PPengguna TetamuHotel was quiet considering how close it was to the highway. There is nothing walkable to. Hotel has 1 restaurant but that's about it. We drove to a town about 15 mins away to have dinner. Room was adequate.. bed was fairly comfy, room appeared clean. Fridge was on way too low to be useable. Breakfast was typical.. some hot foods, fruit, juices, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee. I don't typically risk any of the hot food so settled with a yogurt, a piece of toast and coffee. This location was convenient for our purpose and the price was good for what it was.
There was a big mixup with Trip.com not having sent the hotel our payment confirmation but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We resolved it quickly.

PPengguna TetamuThe check in was very smooth once I managed to get in to the building. The room was huge, clean and had all the little touches except the lack of drawers (only 2 small drawers for a 2 Double bed room). Also only 3 hangers for clothes and nowhere to hang a coat.
The staff were all very pleasant and friendly.
Would definitely highly recommend to a convenient stay in London. Will most certainly be staying there again.

We were not able to go because our dog was sick. This happens. We understood that we would loose our money because I didnt have free cancelation or modification.
But.... when I received an email stating I would be charged if I didnt check in I was mortified. I searched everywhere on the Trip.com app to see how much I would be charged if I didnt check in, on top of loosing our money.
I couldnt find the answer anywhere. I called the hotel and they didnt know.
When I made the reservation there was no mention of this extra charge.
Needless to say I was upset. So, we made a point of driving to London to check in but not stay at the hotel. We went back home. 3 hour round trip.
I won't use Teip.com again. And I will tell all my friends and family the same.

KKa Wai PerryConvenient location. This was my third time to stay with my family and this year is for my daughter’s graduation ceremony. The receptionist is responsive as we requested for hair dryer and laundry powder. Only thing is to pay attention is to keep silence after 10pm during the stay

PPengguna TetamuOur suite was perfect for my family of 6. There was a separate living space with a pull out bed and the bedroom had two queens with french doors for privacy. The kids enjoyed the pool and mini arcade. Wish there was breakfast included..or even coffee for guests.

PPengguna TetamuIt is conveniently located downtown with clean rooms, and the breakfast is quick and easy. Unfortunately, because there is a drug rehab center nearby, there are homeless near the hotel. The homeless do not disturb residents, but it may be a surprise to see this for those who are not used to seeing homeless and who may be suffering from drug addiction.

PPengguna Tetamugood for the price. I appreciated that there was a fridge and microwave although I didn't use them. I often do when I go away. Location is good. Breakfast was better than some places I have been. Staff were friendly.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is conveniently just off of the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They were doing several renovations/upgrades while we were there (early 2025), but hardly noticed (did not impact our stay). It will look great when the restaurant upgrades are done.
