MMacarena1975It was very different then staying at usual hotels we stay in. The learning opportunities were very appreciated. Activities and workshops are well priced and organized. Want to give a shout out to our story teller Samuel that made our first activity a memorable one The lady doing the necklace workshop will surprise you with all her abilities.
The showers were very ergonomic. The bed and beddings were very comfortable.
The aspects I wished were part of the experience:
Bigger pool as we went there as a family and the pool was rather small.
Wooden floor are nice and stone floors in bathroom look nice as well but both are really cold to walk on.
Although they offer bathrobes they unfortunately dont offer slippers.
More hiking trails nearby as well, although the little trail they have around the hotel with panels giving information on different aspect of the Wendat traditions was a nice evening walk to do as a couple.
Overall a very nice stay. Would recommend it without hesitation.

Pour ma part jai trouver le lit trop dure mais ce nest pas grave. Les employer sont vraiment super accueuillant !!! Merci malgrer tout bon prix avec le déjeuner inclus ! :)

CclarissaWe had a wonderful stay at QUALITY INN—perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day. The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway.

LLittleMoonMoonI love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint.
I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

PPengguna TetamuNice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect.
The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities.
I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy.
There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info.
I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop.
It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself.
All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors.

PPengguna TetamuUpon checking into our room had to use 2 separate elevators (neither of with were in good condition). Get to our room and it's 30deg in the room and it absolutely stinks of wet dog ( I know the smell). Next morning the --＞ Extra 26$/pp breakfast ＜-- in the hotel was horrible (just don't eat there. So many good restaurants in walking distance). The --＞ Extra 25$/day ＜-- Parking is overprice, go on Palais Montcalm (10 min walk) for 15$/day. For the money spent a this Marriott, our experience was very disappointed. Marriott Delta Quebec City used to be a higher end hotel now it's low end. Old and Tired Dirty rooms and bins of garbage in common areas doesn't help too.
We are both heavy travellers, and this experience at Delta is one of the worst I've been go through.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaComfy bed in a nice specious room in a century building, great location in upper old town, 300 meters away from Chateau Fromtqnac. the shared bathroom is clean. The wall isn't sound proof but it's bearable. The lobby area could be better organized for more efficient use of space. No frills, charming place. No elevators, you need to have strength to drag your luggage upstairs :D
