Hotel Revelstoke dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Overall, the hotel stay was good, and the room and services were good.. there is one area of improvement for all Best Western. They only offer body wash soap instead of shower gel. This is strange as shower gel is very common in all other hotels that I stayed in.

Our 2 bedroom suite has 3 stories. The entrance was on the 2nd floor, there were no elevators. On the second floor there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Go up a flight of stairs there’s the living room, kitchen and dining area, and a powder room. The house was generally clean and tidy. But when we were about to go to sleep we saw a few strands of hair under the pillows and it was quite disturbing. We knew it was not our hair because we saw it just as we were going to bed and picked up the pillows to fluff them; no one had used the bed yet. We then opened the blanket to check and there was one strand of hair under the covers too. Management apologized for it and was sincere but that did not help with our experience. It was the hair under the pillows that made us feel that bedsheets were likely not changed. A few other things: Headrail of blind was loose and fell down when we opened the blind. In the kitchen cooking oil/condiments seemed to be provided, but was empty. Overall I would probably have rated this stay 4.5 stars if it wasn’t for the hair on the bedsheets. That made us all feel very uneasy

Lokasinya cantik dan damai. Malangnya jauh dari bandar utama yang tidak praktikal bagi mereka yang tidak memiliki kereta seperti saya. Terdapat perkhidmatan teksi dengan harga kira-kira $30 untuk pergi ke bandar, yang sebenarnya kurang daripada tempat percutian lain di BC, dan kawasan hotel itu sendiri adalah tempat percutian yang baik daripada sebarang bunyi bising. Saya menikmati masa saya di sini. Kolam renang yang bagus, tab mandi panas dan sauna. Sarapan pagi disertakan yang praktikal tetapi resto ditutup pada waktu malam kerana Covid. Anda boleh memesan makanan jika perlu.

這間旅館離國道比較遠，在小鎮上，我們在一個暴風雪的夜裡到達，大約1分鐘左右有人接待我們。總的來講各方面都滿意。

服務員態度很好，我房有一盞燈壞了，很快給我們處理。傢俱有些舊但也很清潔，特大床房，床真的很大而舒適，位置好近市中心。

There was no elevator, but only 2 short sets of stairs. Was not a problem. Room was good, although don’t understand why there aren’t rooms available at solo travellers prices. No safe.Hot tub had  sand in the bottom . No towels one time. Pool area clean though. Breakfast was good, ran out of a few items and had to ask for them. Good selection of tea, although no Red Rose. Coffee was awesome. Wondering if a smoking tower could be out by picnic tables. Such a nice spot to sit. Instead of smoking out front  at the entrance.
