I stayed here for one night while I was in BC on a biz trip before catching my flight home. The location was very convenient—only about a 10-minute drive to the airport—and parking was easy thanks to the large front yard. The place itself was lovely: spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and you could really tell the hosts had put a lot of effort into making it comfortable and welcoming. One highlight for me was the washer/dryer combo. It was exceptionally clean and worked perfectly, which was a huge plus after dealing with some less-than-clean laundry facilities elsewhere during my trip. I didn’t get a chance to use the bathtub, but it looked fantastic and had a really unique design. And I have to mention the little details too—the toilet paper was surprisingly high quality, which genuinely made me go 👌🏽👍🏼lol Although there wasn’t air conditioning, the fan provided was more than enough- blows icy breeze. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for somewhere with reasonable price, clean, convenient, and close to the airport.

The idea of viewing the tarmac at a hotel room is fascinating! The room (Deluxe King) is very spacious, beautiful and clean. I don't find the room noisy despite the location. I had my cat with me and cat litter, litter box and bowls were provided and prepared in advance. I love the brand and scent of the toiletries provided, le labo Rose 31.

The room was good, clean and spatious! The shuttle was convenient. The big dissapointment was breakfast, which I think is really just Comfort Inn level and does not justify the room price.

Stayed for one night as we have an early flight to catch. The free shuttle to and fro airport was the key reason for booking this hotel. Overall a pleasant stay, with a good touch of providing a duckie which you can take with you as a lovely gift of having stayed there.

We stayed one night in the Icon room. The room was spacious although it was not the largest in the hotel. Modern decor and furniture placement were very special. My bathroom only had a shower but it was spacious with overhead showerhead. We caught the complimentary shuttle from the hotel and the driver was friendly. We did not had breakfast. The price was very high for the night I was staying. The surroundings are mainly parking lots and some industrial areas though.

We were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together.

Great hotel very accommodating when my mom was in a wheelchair chair they upgraded into a bigger room for her mobility device which is appreciated. Overall For price. Location and customer service …highly recommend ….

The name in my reservation was changed and I need to wait for the front desk person to talk to the manager and fix my reservation, we arrive to the hotel at 1:09 am after a long trip we had to wait for about 1h to get our room, very frustrating

Location is convenient, close to Bridgeport Skytrain Station. Though refurbishment seems somewhat outdated, still in general satisfactory. Breakfast is good albeit choices are limited. Wifi service is efficient. Good choice for budget travellers.

Had issue at check-in, but was resolved quickly Hotel under renovation, room was immaculate and new. Location was excellant and convenient.
