PPengguna TetamuWe needed a room due to weather conditions and being from out of the area. We were attending my daughter's wedding and had to make some very last minute changes which included my dog. The Hampton Inn was very accommodating. The location was perfect, the food and staff at the Hamptons in Barrie were exceptional and the accommodation was perfect. I suffer from PTSD and having my dear dog with me has helped immensely when staying at a hotel. I was very thankful that I was able to have her there. The staff and other guests loved her as she is a very sociable girl. Thank you for helping me with my last minute dilemma. I must commend all of your staff especially the lady who works preparing for the breakfast rush and doing double duty cleaning rooms. I am sorry I did not get her name. Thank you for a wonder stay.

PPengguna TetamuLocated in downtown Barrie, there are many restaurants and an Asian supermarket nearby. It’s also very close to the lakeside and the GO Train station. I stayed here twice because it’s hard to find such a cost-effective, clean, and comfortable hotel in Toronto. Many hotels in the Toronto area don’t allow you to open the windows, but here you can enjoy fresh air. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.❤️

EEllie DiegelThe room does have a little odour but well equipped with fridge and microwave. The location of the inn is great, surrounded by restaurants and grocery store. Not too far drive to blue mountain slopes.

PPengguna TetamuSpacious room that was newly renovated. Biggest problem was the fridge leaking, but the staff was proactive to investigate the issue after we checked out. We're still waiting to hear back, but appreciated the recommendation to provide feedback.

RRick HardyAll fine, except in advance I asked for a earlier check in than 3:00pm. Was hoping to get in for 2:00pm. I got told on arrival no rooms ready yet.
Seems funny that since check out time is 11:00am at the latest, no rooms would be ready until 3:00pm.
Besides everyone does not wait to 11:am to check out out. Others trying to check in also told same thing.
I even did advance check in day prior on line like they asked for.
I was told check back in at 2:30pm maybe a room would be ready.
Maybe hotel has magic room cleaners who clean all rooms at once just before 3.00pm.
Does seem they are lacking in service help or bad system.
May not go back in future.

PPengguna TetamuPerkhidmatan ini sangat mesra dan cepat. Bilik hotel adalah luas dan bersih. Satu-satunya perkara ialah orang yang mempunyai bilik di atas kami kedengaran seperti mereka mundar-mandir di tingkat sepanjang malam (4 pagi!), tetapi itu bukan salah hotel.
Secara keseluruhan penginapan kami adalah menyeronokkan.

DDebbie stargrattThe Staff is excellent, polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean! Close to restaurants and entertainment and very quiet! I give this hotel 10 plus! Location is great too. I forgot to mention that breakfast is free and delicious!

PPengguna TetamuWhen checking the hotel amenities before booking, it indicates that there is an elevator and a snack/bar deli on premises. I did not see either of these. We were fortunate to be on the ground floor, however friends were booked on second floor but fortunately were able to change rooms.
