New building, kitchen with brand new silverware and cooking equipment. Front desk service was great - and the complementary coffee was excellent. Would visit again.

My gf and I recently stayed to attend the Russell Peters show at ****** Rama and overall had a great experience. Positives: affordable, quick and easy check-in, comfortable bed, friendly and welcoming owner/manager, good location between Orillia downtown & ****** Rama, a short 10–15 minute drive either way. Negatives: the noise - bad sound isolation between neighbors, water heater, fridge, etc. The location can be a negative: it’s quiet and away from the crowds, which is nice if you’re looking for peace, but it also means you’re further from amenities like grocery stores and restaurants. Overall: If you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable stay with a friendly host, and don’t mind some noise or being a short drive from town conveniences, this inn is a solid choice - especially if you’re heading to ****** Rama for a show.

Service was nice, and the room is clean and quiet. The restaurant in living water village is tasty.

We needed a room due to weather conditions and being from out of the area. We were attending my daughter's wedding and had to make some very last minute changes which included my dog. The Hampton Inn was very accommodating. The location was perfect, the food and staff at the Hamptons in Barrie were exceptional and the accommodation was perfect. I suffer from PTSD and having my dear dog with me has helped immensely when staying at a hotel. I was very thankful that I was able to have her there. The staff and other guests loved her as she is a very sociable girl. Thank you for helping me with my last minute dilemma.  I must commend all of your staff especially the lady who works preparing for the breakfast rush and doing double duty cleaning rooms. Could have used another couple towels, pillows a little hard. Couldn’t find light switches in room. Room was 16 degrees when we got there. But soon warmed up

Great location, Great staff. The mattress is not too comfortable and the shower head needs to be descaled so we can have a nice shower instead of chasing water.

Spacious room that was newly renovated. Biggest problem was the fridge leaking, but the staff was proactive to investigate the issue after we checked out. We're still waiting to hear back, but appreciated the recommendation to provide feedback.

Perkhidmatan ini sangat mesra dan cepat. Bilik hotel adalah luas dan bersih. Satu-satunya perkara ialah orang yang mempunyai bilik di atas kami kedengaran seperti mereka mundar-mandir di tingkat sepanjang malam (4 pagi!), tetapi itu bukan salah hotel. Secara keseluruhan penginapan kami adalah menyeronokkan.

The Staff is excellent, polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean! Close to restaurants and entertainment and very quiet! I give this hotel 10 plus! Location is great too. I forgot to mention that breakfast is free and delicious!

When checking the hotel amenities before booking, it indicates that there is an elevator and a snack/bar deli on premises. I did not see either of these. We were fortunate to be on the ground floor, however friends were booked on second floor but fortunately were able to change rooms.
