The room was very spacious, and the bathroom area was impressive and well equipped. The quality of the bedding, towels and other sundries was excellent. The room was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and there was a good variety. Everything was freshly made and served hot. The coffee was very good.

Everything you want in a hotel; clean comfortable room, great location, friendly helpful service, all at a great price. We really appreciated that they found a safe place to park our bikes overnight.

Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

This hotel is just amazing. I have already stayed there and will definitely come back. Especially, because my two dogs are allowed 🖤 As for the pet mom is very important. Very clean, service is commendable, staff is friendly and helpful, hot spring are good.

這次住店體驗簡直滿分！酒店交通特別方便，打車、坐地鐵都很近。房間佈置得超有氛圍感，ins風裝修隨手一拍就是大片。床軟硬適中，枕頭蓬鬆，床墊貼合身體曲線，躺上去瞬間緩解旅途疲憊。衞生做得很細緻，毛巾潔白無異味，地板乾淨到能光腳踩。工作人員特別熱情，幫忙搬運行李、規劃路線，服務貼心又專業，下次來這邊一定還住這兒！

真心要給這家温泉酒店打滿分！一進門，前台效率超高，笑容親切，還主動幫忙提行李，好感度瞬間拉滿。訂的温泉大床房驚喜滿滿，房間寬敞明亮，設施完備，最喜歡裏面的私湯池，泉水清澈温潤，據説含多種礦物質，泡完皮膚都滑溜溜的。公共温泉區的特色湯池選擇超多，工作人員會及時補充温水，衞生也很到位。餐飲也超出預期，本地特色菜味道正宗，食材新鮮，還能在大堂吧享受下午茶。
