I arrived March 12th chasing online glimpses of pink blooms. What I found surpassed dreams: delicate petals dancing against karst mountains, quiet paths where time softened. Poetry in motion. But the true bloom wasn't only in the trees—it was in the people.

The Heart of It All: Our Landlady
Words fail, but I'll try: she is heartfelt, organized, effortlessly kind. When I arrived shivering in Anshun's 8°C March air, she appeared minutes later with a soft cardigan and knowing smile: ”For you, so you can enjoy our beauty comfortably.” That small gesture made me feel profoundly seen.
When I mentioned wanting to capture Anshun through video, she acted. Within hours, she connected me with a talented local photographer—a true artist. The footage? Breathtaking. She gifted me memories I'll hold forever.

The subtle loneliness of being far from familiar faces simply dissolved here. Language barriers softened through smiles and genuine care. Cultural distance? Bridged by shared tea, laughter, and her pride in showing me her Anshun.

The service and food are good. A big like to the photographer: he can catch the moments, every you in the beautiful scenery.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good.
The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok.
The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties.
Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

The owner of the hotel is also welcoming and helpful. He helped to call didi to the railway station at a much lower price. The room is clean and breakfast is average.

Bilik itu bersaiz besar, dipisahkan dari kawasan kering dan basah, dan mempunyai dua singki basuh, tetapi kekurangan cermin solek agak menyusahkan.
Saya menempah makan malam semasa Perayaan Musim Bunga. Hotpot daging lembu dan hotpot ayam tempatan adalah besar dan lauknya mencukupi. Anda boleh pulang dari tempat yang indah pada tengah hari untuk berehat sebelum berangkat. Saya berjalan-jalan pada waktu petang dan pemandangan malam adalah seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam gambar. TTan lik kianI only stayed at Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel for one night, but the exceptional service I received made my visit truly memorable. Throughout my stay, Miss Wu was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. She was always polite, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.
Miss Wu helped me arrange my visit to the spectacular Huangguoshu Waterfall .The hotel also has a dedicated Huangguoshu Waterfall service counter in the lobby, where guests can get information and assistance with any questions, making the entire experience very convenient.
One of the biggest advantages of the VIP package is that the shuttle bus picks you up directly from the hotel lobby and takes you to the various scenic spots around Huangguoshu Waterfall. This made sightseeing effortless and stress-free.
On my return journey, I encountered some difficulties arranging transportation back to Anshun Railway Station. Once again, Miss Wu stepped in to help. She patiently assisted me in finding a suitable transport option and ensured I could get back to the station without any hassle. Her willingness to help, even after my sightseeing trip, demonstrated genuine care for her guests.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Miss Wu for her outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. She truly made my trip much more enjoyable and worry-free. I highly recommend Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel to anyone visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall. The hotel's excellent service and caring staff made all the difference.

PPengguna Tetamu住了兩天，終於明白作為一個評分五星級酒店，為啥它沒有進入榜單前五了，不止因為地理位置。
一是酒店管理差勁，二是酒店智能化產品**。
第一天，給我們安排到了客房部辦公室對面，早上8點多保潔阿姨們打開門開始吵架，嗓門大得跟在菜市場一樣，一直吵到了十點鐘，根本沒法睡懶覺，不知道的還以為住她家了。
第二天，我主動換了一個房間，小了一點就不説了，晚上10點多正在洗澡呢，突然有送餐電話打來，但我們沒人點外賣，怪嚇人的，趕緊擦乾打開房門一看，機器人在隔壁的隔壁房間門口，那打我電話幹嘛？？跟前台反饋，前台説等機器下去他們處理。
但是！！！11點多剛剛睡着，突然又有外賣電話進來，直接心臟驟停，出門一看小機器人還是在那個房間門口，再次向前台反饋，前台仍然衹有嘴上態度沒有實際行動。
因為凌晨12點多，又有外賣電話進來了，我要爆炸了，第二天還要開車六個小時回家，完全沒辦法休息，再次向前台反饋，然後拔掉了電話線，世界終於清靜了。

SSiew Kee LohThe hotel location is great . Just minutues away from the Bus station to take us to Anshun waterfall site, where we spend a great day. However, I had feedback to the hotel that the hotel should at least have a power socket adaptor for International travellers . My laptop which had a UK power cord cannot be plugged into any socket to charge my laptop ! It is not a hotel for the local , but an international hotel .
