What I found surpassed dreams: delicate petals dancing against karst mountains, quiet paths where time softened. Poetry in motion. But the true bloom wasn't only in the trees—it was in the people. Every corner whispers thoughtful curation: crisp linens, ambient lighting, spotless spaces that feel both luxurious and lived-in. The Heart of It All: Our Landlady Words fail, but I'll try: she is heartfelt, organized, effortlessly kind. When I arrived shivering in Anshun's 8°C March air, she appeared minutes later with a soft cardigan and knowing smile: ”For you, so you can enjoy our beauty comfortably.” That small gesture made me feel profoundly seen. When I mentioned wanting to capture Anshun through video, she acted. Within hours, she connected me with a talented local photographer—a true artist. The footage? Breathtaking. She gifted me memories I'll hold forever. A European's Truth: ”I Felt Home” The subtle loneliness of being far from familiar faces simply dissolved here. Language barriers softened through smiles and genuine care. Cultural distance? Bridged by shared tea, laughter, and her pride in showing me her Anshun. I didn't feel like a foreigner. I felt like a guest who'd been warmly awaited. Why This Review? Because travel at its best isn't about places—it's about connections. Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Saya membawa ibu saya melancong semasa Festival Musim Bunga. Ia adalah 300 meter berjalan kaki dari Pusat Pelawat Great Falls dan sangat dekat dengan menaiki bas ulang-alik. Pembantu rumah menghubungi kami melalui WeChat terlebih dahulu untuk membantu menaik taraf jenis bilik, dan memberi kami buah-buahan alu-aluan yang lazat. Bilik itu bersaiz besar, dipisahkan dari kawasan kering dan basah, dan mempunyai dua singki basuh, tetapi kekurangan cermin solek agak menyusahkan. Saya menempah makan malam semasa Perayaan Musim Bunga. Hotpot daging lembu dan hotpot ayam tempatan adalah besar dan lauknya mencukupi. Anda boleh pulang dari tempat yang indah pada tengah hari untuk berehat sebelum berangkat. Saya berjalan-jalan pada waktu petang dan pemandangan malam adalah seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam gambar. Saya rasa ia adalah tempat yang baik untuk melepaskan diri dari panas pada musim panas. Akhir sekali, terima kasih kepada wanita di meja depan untuk kopi percuma☕❤

這次來黃果樹，選漫心府真是選對了！酒店服務超級棒！硬件也很OK👌🏻房間設施完備，居住體驗佳！早餐品種豐富，食材新鮮！ 自由行到遊客中心，沒有車，是酒店來接的，感恩～旺季沒有及時搶到要客票，很是擔心，沒想到酒店有要客升級服務專崗，當時就補了差價，享受了要客專門通道，非常意外的驚喜！ 酒店位置就鄰近第二遊客中心去景區很方便，美食街也是步行七八分鐘就能到，推薦入住！

設施：很好，五星級達標。 衞生:很好。 環境：很好。應該是郊區，離得近高鐵站，方便 服務：還行吧，二次入住時接待服務人員説幫我免費升級，到房間一看，是降級了，拍的跟第一次入住是一個標準的房子，實際上就是房間小了，感覺服務人員不誠實 總體上性價比高，值得購買

The hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points. However, the staff ..... We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key... At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ? Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today. Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work.... Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience.

Very friendly and helpful service people. Free transport to the huangguoshu waterfall Town for food and recommended authentic food which is really good. Room is clean and spacious, allowed early check in Provide rain coats when raining. A 5 starts for the hotel.

Shengfeng Hotel was our first stop in Anshun City and marked the beginning of our 10-day journey through the truly amazing Guizhou Province. From check-in to check-out, our experience was consistently pleasant, and we stayed at the hotel for three comfortable nights. We are especially grateful to Xiao Wang at the front desk, whose engaging personality, accommodating attitude, and exemplary service quality made a genuine difference to our stay. His professionalism and warmth set the tone right from the start. The hotel’s location was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all essential amenities, and exceptionally good value for the very reasonable price. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep every night. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered well to different tastes and provided a great start to each day. This hotel is particularly well suited for overseas travellers, as its location offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the city and experience everyday life like a local. In addition to visiting the nearby Gufu Street night market, with its tempting array of culinary delights, we also explored the morning market close to the hotel. There, we interacted with street vendors who were friendly, welcoming, and happy to engage. We were genuinely touched by the warmth and openness of the people of Anshun. Speaking some Mandarin certainly helped us connect more meaningfully with the locals and enriched the experience even further. This Hotel also served as an excellent base for visiting some truly incredible attractions, including the majestic Huangguoshu Waterfall, the historic Tunpu medieval army garrison, and the world-famous, record-breaking Huajiang Bridge. Each excursion was easily accessible and added to the overall convenience of staying here. Will we stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Anshun? Absolutely, without hesitation. Our sincere thanks once again to Xiao Wang for making our stay so memorable.

房間衞生非常乾淨，地板也看着特別舒服，抱着試試的心態住了一晚，體驗非常好，又連續住了幾天，下次來安順還會選擇他家，主要是服務熱情，衞生乾淨，性價比也很高，值得推薦
