房間非常乾淨，還沒到民宿老闆娘打電話給我們打開電熱毯，房間也有空調，老闆娘送了水果。 民宿很乾凈，老闆娘很客氣，給我們道晚安早安祝我們一路順風。 第二天早上就走了，我們問老闆娘附近有早餐店沒，老闆娘送我們到門口，給我們三個雞蛋做早餐，還給一包抽紙，天哪，沒見過這種服務。 以上全是真實的入住和經歷，下次一定還在你家住。

The whole experience was quite amazing. When we first arrived, my father was impressed by the mountain view. Even it’s still cold in the end of April, he jumped into the swimming pool. The service and food are good. A big like to the photographer: he can catch the moments, every you in the beautiful scenery. 整个体验非常棒。一到达民宿我爸就对这里的山景赞叹不绝。即使四月底还很冷，他还是跳进了泳池。 服务和食物都很好，尤其是摄影师，他能捕捉到每一个你与美景的瞬间。

This is the first hotel I come across in my travels that provides a washing machine cum dryer in the room. It is so convenient to do laundry in the room. Very much appreciated. The owner of the hotel is also welcoming and helpful. He helped to call didi to the railway station at a much lower price. The room is clean and breakfast is average.

Saya membawa ibu saya melancong semasa Festival Musim Bunga. Ia adalah 300 meter berjalan kaki dari Pusat Pelawat Great Falls dan sangat dekat dengan menaiki bas ulang-alik. Pembantu rumah menghubungi kami melalui WeChat terlebih dahulu untuk membantu menaik taraf jenis bilik, dan memberi kami buah-buahan alu-aluan yang lazat. Bilik itu bersaiz besar, dipisahkan dari kawasan kering dan basah, dan mempunyai dua singki basuh, tetapi kekurangan cermin solek agak menyusahkan. Saya menempah makan malam semasa Perayaan Musim Bunga. Hotpot daging lembu dan hotpot ayam tempatan adalah besar dan lauknya mencukupi. Anda boleh pulang dari tempat yang indah pada tengah hari untuk berehat sebelum berangkat. Saya berjalan-jalan pada waktu petang dan pemandangan malam adalah seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam gambar. Saya rasa ia adalah tempat yang baik untuk melepaskan diri dari panas pada musim panas. Akhir sekali, terima kasih kepada wanita di meja depan untuk kopi percuma☕❤

This homestay is heaven on earth!😍 The location is nestled between the beauty of nature and the beauty of what man can create, the astonishing baling bridge. The hotel is far from the city and restaurants but the staff do tell you that in advance so they can prepare lunch and dinner for you. I found it to be the perfect escape in nature✨ The staff were so friendly and helped with everything I needed. Loved this stay and would definitely come back in the future.🩵🩵🩵 ⚠️Do book the rooms with the bathtubs😍

Very friendly and helpful service people. Free transport to the huangguoshu waterfall Town for food and recommended authentic food which is really good. Room is clean and spacious, allowed early check in Provide rain coats when raining. A 5 starts for the hotel.

先説優點，酒店離第二服務中心非常近，出後門直接就能乘坐景區班車，同樣這裏的硬件和服務非常棒，有個小泳池方便孩子玩水，屋內智能馬桶，巴馬礦泉水還有掛耳咖啡，電視不光可以投屏還有免費的點播節目，房間空間大且床品舒適，臨走送的小禮品非常精美。 再説一下不足吧，首先早餐確實一般，除了水果比較豐富外，其他的種類和快捷酒店差別不大，而且用餐區域略顯擁擠，酒店對面目前是工地，遠處還是在建酒店，基本沒有什麼風景，房間陽台很大，但略感雞肋，連個晾衣服的地方也沒有，就一張桌子三把椅子，酒店自身沒有餐飲服務也沒有夜宵服務，周圍餐館很多但比較同質化，沒什麼好吃的，也可能考慮大部分來黃果樹玩的住不了幾天。 最後希望你們可以越來越好，也希望整個景區可以越辦越好。

帶家人來安順玩，選了這家酒店的家庭房，體驗感直接拉滿！ 前台服務也特別貼心，知道我們帶了孩子，還主動給我們準備了小童用品，給我們推薦了適合孩子吃的本地美食，還有去安順古城的遊玩路線，全程都特別耐心。 位置也很方便，周邊配套齊全，打車去古城十幾分鍾，去黃果樹也很方便。性價比超高，家庭出行首選！

The hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points. However, the staff ..... We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key... At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ? Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today. Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work.... Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience.

The hotel location is great . Just minutues away from the Bus station to take us to Anshun waterfall site, where we spend a great day. However, I had feedback to the hotel that the hotel should at least have a power socket adaptor for International travellers . My laptop which had a UK power cord cannot be plugged into any socket to charge my laptop ! It is not a hotel for the local , but an international hotel .
