PPengguna TetamuTruly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room is beautifully decorated in a zen theme, we stayed at the courtyard facing room which was extremely peaceful. The room itself is huge, clean and furnished with smart technology.
The service of the staff and owners is one of the best I've experienced, we arrived at 8am in the morning and were picked up at the airport. Breakfast prepared each morning was also very good, tea and coffee were also provided for free at request. The location of the hotel is also extremely convenient as it is situated in the old town. Upon leaving, the owners also gave us complimentary care packages of rose tea to bring home and arranged for our transportation to our next destination.
Highly recommend this stay and would definitely come back again!

PPengguna TetamuThe B&B was amazing. I stayed here with my wife and other family (total 7 people) in the summer of 2026. They provided an airport pickup for us that went smoothly. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and they provide fruit and snack trays for each room daily. The bathroom toilet is equipped with a nice bidet, the mini fridge has a few drinks included, there are small amenities such as steam eye masks, and all daily necessities are provided (e.g., toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, nail clippers, etc). There is also a common area for people to hang out, and their lobby has additional amenities not in the room (e.g., pads, tiger balm, etc). Additionally, they can provide breakfast, which includes local cuisine like er si or mi xian with many different toppings and side dishes. In addition to this, all the staff are super friendly, and the boss provided an accurate and curated list of things to do, places to eat at, and valuable recommendations as a local. My entire family loved the stay at this B&B, and if we come back to Tengchong in the future we will definitely stay here.

I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails.
I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up.
When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm.
Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves.
The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there).
The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps.
The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round.
Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

PPengguna TetamuI usually don’t write reviews, but this place was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Tengchong.
The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by greenery and open fields, so it feels peaceful and secluded without being too far from the main attractions. Waking up to misty mountain views every morning was such a treat.
The biggest reason I booked this place was the private hot spring, and it did not disappoint. The hot spring water comes directly from Rehai and is available 24/7. Having a private soaking pool in the courtyard was amazing—completely private, quiet, and perfect after a long day of exploring. After visiting Rehai and the surrounding attractions, soaking in the warm mineral water felt incredibly relaxing. My muscles felt less sore, and I slept so well afterward.
The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and even the toiletries felt high quality. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared.
What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh local fruit, and they took the time to explain how to use the hot spring and recommend places to visit nearby. They were always quick to help whenever we had questions.
Breakfast here was delicious, with local Tengchong specialties like freshly cooked rice noodles and eggs. There’s also a nice spot to grab coffee and relax around the property.
Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with family, or bringing your parents for a relaxing wellness getaway, I would definitely recommend this place. If I ever return to Tengchong, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

YYoYo_shiyi環境不錯，開車進去那段路有點窄，側邊有個門走出去三分鐘就到野鴨湖，去艾思奇故居、大水車很近，吃飯、喝茶、咖啡的地方都很方便。晚上可以去側院泡温泉，很舒服。以後有時間會再來多住幾天。

整體是全樹木田園風，周邊不遠處有很多原住民，充滿生活氣息。但也正因為貼近自然，早晨五六點
鳥鳴不斷，深夜樓上走來走去的聲音聽的很清楚，對睡眠淺的人來説，確實容易被打擾！
入住體驗方面，接待過程略感單薄。辦理手續時前台僅有一位服務員在崗，後續的溝通則通過微信客服管家完成。這種模式雖然高效，但缺乏傳統五星級酒店應有的面對面服務温度。此外，接駁車停靠在平地區域，經常找不到司機，保安人員服務意識參差不齊，多數時候不主動指揮或詢問。整體來看，除了私湯温泉，其他環節很難讓人聯想到“五星級”標準。房內私湯獨立享用，舒適度高，房間保潔服務也還不錯！房費1000+一晚，結合環境和服務水平來看，價格偏高。酒店的核心優勢集中在温泉私湯和自然氛圍，管理服務意識方面還有不少短板需要進一步完善！

PPengguna TetamuOn the day I arrived, it was raining. The taxi driver dropped me off at the Heshun village entrance gate, as cars cannot get in the village. I then called the Hostel and asked to be picked up at the entrance (this is a standard service for all the hostels inside the village), which was 10 min away by walk. The receptionist said ”they didnt have any transportation method” to pick me up, asked me to walk. When I politely told her that I am a person coming from another country (despite being able to speak chinese), also I was carrying a 20kg suitcase and a backpack, she said ”it'll be okay since you will be walking downhill”. This was a very rude and surprising response. In the end, she called me back but I was already halfway there. I am giving 2/5 for service because the breakfast was decent. The altitude of the receptionist is unacceptable and almost ruined my experience.

SSwee Chee TeoWe booked two rooms. Upon checking in, we found that the toiletries were not complete. The bar soap, comb, toothbrush and shaving kit were missing in one of the rooms. The toilet paper was apparently not topped up and ran out in half a day. One of the towels smelled of cigarette smoke.
Room make-up service needs improvement as well. Although towels were replaced, the beds were not made. Used cups were also not replaced.
Breakfast was buffet-style on the first day. Coffee was not provided. The only beverages provided were milk and coffee berry tea. On the second day, the breakfast was given as a set, not buffet style, even though it was stated on Trip.com that the breakfast is buffet-style. Each of us received a bowl of rice noodles, a hard-boiled egg, a mantou, a piece of corn, a pack of biscuit and a glass of milk. I asked if peanuts can be given as part of the condiments for the rice noodles as there were peanuts on the first day. The response was that peanuts are only given for buffet-style breakfast.
