Only thing really annoying, smoking permitted everywhere, once you open the door lift, people sitting there smoking despite is a indoor non ventilated area, so smoke all the way to your room. Attention should be paid to this as we requested non smoking floor, non smoking room, away frok smoking.
Staff is ok, just you wont feel the sincerity of service. Its just std sop.
Laundry room is a plus as we travelling more than 20days, so we have been washing almost all the stop at hotel.
Smart toilet is partial smart again, without bidet wash... Lol

The Puyue hotel is centrally situated in Baotou’s Qingshan District, with short taxi rides to attractions in the Kundulun and Donghe districts. For those seeking a brief respite from the heat, easy access to the Baotou Olympic Ice and Snow Center for fun-filled indoor ski/snowboard activities (one of my favorites). The hotel offers fresh milk daily in rooms and leaves complementary fruit along with crackers after cleaning, adding thoughtful touches of convenience and care. This is an ideal choice for travelers looking for comfort, proximity to attractions, pleasant experience, and wonderful service from all staff members.

PPengguna TetamuWir wurden super herzlich von den Betreibern empfangen und hatten zwei sehr schöne entspannte Tage in der Graslandschaft. Zusätzlich wurden wir auf eine kleine Tour durch die innere Mongolei mitgenommen wo uns typisches Essen und verschiedene Attraktionen gezeigt wurden.
Zusammenfassend war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind würde ich dort schlafen

PPengguna Tetamu希拉穆仁草原上最大的蒙古包度假景區，300多個蒙古包，共計有23排，從景區大門口依次排列，一到十排是北區，中間位置是大餐廳，小餐廳和篝火晚會廣場，第11排到第23排是南區，蒙古包房間號清晰可見，特別好找，簡單易懂，環境到處都是野生的小草和各種花。服務人員微笑服務態度好，給安排各種遊玩活動，都是親情優惠價，和接待的人員特別聊得來。還給贈送升級了最豪華型的蒙古包，床品衞生乾淨，室內設施齊全，乾濕分離的豪華衞生間，語音智能管家系統，獨立的WIFI特別流暢，自動窗簾，空調，還給贈送了早餐。10分感謝。

PPengguna TetamuOur experience was truly memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with horse wine and traditional music, which set the tone for the trip. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, offering us a variety of activities right away.
Shortly after arrival, we went horseback riding through the beautiful fields. Following that, we visited a nearby area with an array of activities like tea tasting, dressing up in traditional Mongolian clothing, archery, and viewing livestock. There was also an option to watch a horse riding show, but we decided to skip it as we were a bit tired.
The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though it was cold outside, the heating kept the space warm, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of activities. It added a charming touch to the overall experience.
In the evening, there was a large yurt on the premises where we enjoyed an authentic Mongolian dinner accompanied by a captivating live show. The night ended with fireworks, a bonfire, and more entertainment, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
I highly recommend this place if you want a well-organized and immersive experience. Even though we don’t speak Chinese, communication was never an issue, and we always felt welcomed. A big thank you to the team for taking such great care of us!

PPengguna TetamuBeautiful resort in the Xilamuren grasslands, with a mix of traditional yurts and unique modern-styled accommodations. I stayed in both types of accommodation and both were very comfortable. Full length windows offer views of the expansive grasslands in the day, while the yurts also have a unique skyroof design for stargazing on clearer nights.
Breakfast was quite simple local fare, mainly porridge with sides like pickles and egg, very filling. Lunch and dinner is not inclusive but there is a large menu that you can order from. The resort also has its own bar! I believe it is open nightly during the peak season of July/August, and depending on guest volumes at other times.
The boss Mr Da and his staff were so welcoming and kind. I travelled solo, and they added me on WeChat so that I could easily reach them if I had any questions or needs. Boss Da also very kindly took me to a few local sights and spots, since I did not have my own means of transport (感谢达老板!). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. If I were to visit Xilamuren again, Xilamuren Grassland Mongolian Holy Land Resort would definitely be my accommodation of choice.

Our time at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort will forever be etched in my heart. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us like family, going above and beyond to recommend attractions, arrange tickets, and even personally drive us to the sites. Where else do you find service like that—done with a constant smile and thoughtful touches like free bottled water to keep us refreshed?
Staying in a traditional yurt on the open grassland is an experience beyond words. There is something grounding, peaceful, and almost spiritual about waking up to endless green horizons instead of concrete grey, hearing the soft rustle of the prairie wind, and watching the morning light sweep across the landscape.
This isn’t just accommodation...it’s an authentic encounter with the beauty of Inner Mongolia. Anyone visiting the region simply must experience this once in a lifetime.
