This hotel is super convenient to the train station- about 10 min by didi (and you can also take the bus). While the entrance may be a bit tricky to find as there are several hotels in the building (it’s to the left of the McDonalds), the rooms are great. They were extremely spacious, clean, and very comfortable (and affordable!. Downstairs there is a supermarket which sells all types of great breakfast items and at night, there is a food market for the high school students to visit during their dinner hour (it doesn’t last long as it caters mostly for the students). The area around is very convenient with buses, bikes, and e-bikes available. These are helpful as the roads are quite wide and the blocks are large so it takes quite a bit of time to walk places.

Really beautiful hotel room. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top.  My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel.

這次出行選擇這家酒店，真的是全程驚喜，體驗感直接拉滿，必須認真寫個好評安利給所有計劃來本地的朋友！ 酒店的地理位置特別優越，步行幾分鐘就能到地鐵站和核心商圈，周邊餐飲、便利店、生鮮超市一應俱全，不管是休閑遊玩還是商務出行都格外方便。自駕的朋友也完全不用擔心，酒店自帶免費停車場，車位充足，出入都很順暢。 前台工作人員的服務更是沒得挑，辦理入住和退房都高效快捷，全程微笑服務，態度温和又貼心。提前打電話諮詢能否提前入住，工作人員很爽快地幫忙協調了房間，到店後還主動告知酒店各項設施的使用時間、周邊出行攻略，甚至會貼心提醒天氣變化，細節處拉滿了歸屬感。 房間內部寬敞明亮，衞生狀況無可挑剔，一進門完全沒有異味，地板、桌面、衞浴角落都打掃得一塵不染，床品乾爽整潔，床墊軟硬適中，躺上去舒適度拉滿。房間隔音效果特別好，完全聽不到走廊和外界的噪音，一夜安睡到天亮。房間內設施齊全，空調、熱水、智能投屏都能順暢使用，免費飲用水、茶包、洗漱用品都配備齊全，品質在線。 酒店的早餐也格外用心，品類豐富，中式熱菜、粥品、包子點心，西式麪包、咖啡、水果一應俱全，食材新鮮，口味在線。整體性價比超高，同等價位裏絕對是首選，下次來本地一定會再次入住，真心推薦給大家！

This place far exceeded my expectations! I booked a regular room with a queen bed for me and my little one and was upgraded to a yurt with 2 queen beds for free! I LOVED the yurt experience. There is a stargazing window which was amazing. The place was clean (but it is a wet shower meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower). I think most yurts and even hotel rooms have these types of bathrooms in inner mongolia. The girl at the front desk provided extra of everything when asked. She helped me booked activities (we watched a horse and a wedding performance, and we also did horseback riding). They have 2 cute lambs on the properties. The restaurant is in a separate large yurt - I found the food to be a bit pricey. Breakfast was included in our price and it had a variety of local food we got to try. They were also so flexible with when we wanted to eat it which was very kind because I had a little one with me. Everything else was honestly wonderful. We got to borrow their Mongolian costumes and wore it to one of the performances. People kept asking me where I got the costume was. There’s a swing on the property where you can sit to stargaze at night. The inside of the yurt is pretty chilly at night because it’s cold at night outside but with the thick duvet, it felt sooo comfortable. During the day it’s quite warm. The bonfire performance that’s included in the price is actually located 10 mins away and ended at 9pm so don’t go later than 8:30pm if you want to watch it. Overall, this was an incredible experience and we would definitely come back to stay here again!

Beautiful resort in the Xilamuren grasslands, with a mix of traditional yurts and unique modern-styled accommodations. I stayed in both types of accommodation and both were very comfortable. Full length windows offer views of the expansive grasslands in the day, while the yurts also have a unique skyroof design for stargazing on clearer nights. Breakfast was quite simple local fare, mainly porridge with sides like pickles and egg, very filling. Lunch and dinner is not inclusive but there is a large menu that you can order from. The resort also has its own bar! I believe it is open nightly during the peak season of July/August, and depending on guest volumes at other times. The boss Mr Da and his staff were so welcoming and kind. I travelled solo, and they added me on WeChat so that I could easily reach them if I had any questions or needs. Boss Da also very kindly took me to a few local sights and spots, since I did not have my own means of transport (感谢达老板!). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. If I were to visit Xilamuren again, Xilamuren Grassland Mongolian Holy Land Resort would definitely be my accommodation of choice.

老闆人很熱情，現在草原溫差很大，晚上挺冷，蒙古包裏有電熱毯，被子也很厚，有能洗漱的熱水就更好了，坐大巴方便老闆來接，以後要來草原還來這家住，總之體驗很棒

This hotel gave us the most unbelievable, heartwarming stay we’ve ever had, and I truly cannot praise the hotel management enough their service is absolutely unmatched, no exaggeration at all! We were fully worried about how tricky it would be to find and reach the hotel at first, expecting a stressful journey navigating the area. But the management team stepped up with incredible kindness, extreme accommodation and genuine hospitality from the very second we contacted them before arrival all the way through check-in, our entire stay, and even our check-out moment near the hotel entrance. Every single member of the management team treated us like beloved family, not just random paying guests. There was zero cold, robotic hotel service here—they cared about every small worry we had, offered help without us even asking, and always greeted us with warm, sincere smiles. During our whole trip here, we never once felt like we were far away from our own home; their thoughtful, wholehearted care wrapped us in comfort the entire time we stayed. PLUS the views were outstanding! From the start of our trip to the minute we packed our bags and left the hotel, their thoughtful support never wavered. This level of genuine, heartfelt hospitality is extremely rare to find anywhere. If you want a hotel that doesn’t just give you a room, but makes you feel welcomed and loved like family, this is the one you absolutely must book without hesitation. We will 100% come back on our next trip and strongly recommend this accommodation to every traveller looking for warm, flawless service!

This is exactly what a Grassland stay should be, and more! Our time at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort will forever be etched in my heart. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us like family, going above and beyond to recommend attractions, arrange tickets, and even personally drive us to the sites. Where else do you find service like that—done with a constant smile and thoughtful touches like free bottled water to keep us refreshed? Staying in a traditional yurt on the open grassland is an experience beyond words. There is something grounding, peaceful, and almost spiritual about waking up to endless green horizons instead of concrete grey, hearing the soft rustle of the prairie wind, and watching the morning light sweep across the landscape. This isn’t just accommodation...it’s an authentic encounter with the beauty of Inner Mongolia. Anyone visiting the region simply must experience this once in a lifetime.
