週末攜家人微度假來到了海天一洲，超出預期的滿意。壯觀的建築歎為觀止，更值得一提的是所見每一位員工細緻周到的服務，提現出酒店日常管理的軟實力。 客房：寬敞舒適，視野開闊，看日出首選。室內的地毯、窗台都極其乾淨。隨處可見的小貼士，能夠迅速瞭解設備的使用和酒店的概況。 早餐：中西式，品種豐富，日式拉麪，雲南米線，松板肉，鵪鶉蛋。 娛樂：二層的文創；三層的手信；四層的桌球、乒乓、遊戲房；五層的電影院；六層的圖書館、小童娛樂區。 景區：15層兩岸咖啡的2號位的落日景觀、16層的室內觀景區，都很棒。 一定會推薦給親朋好友，一定會再來！

非常棒的入住體驗！行程挺趕來不及吃飯，幸虧有深夜粥道，白粥熬得很好，配上酒店對面走五米就到的燒餅，滿足～早餐也挺豐盛的。房間乾淨寬敞，枕頭很舒服，一覺睡到大天亮。服務特別到位，有什麼需求響應很快，小機器人立馬上門。下次還住亞朵🥰

I recently stayed at a hotel, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was modern, bright, and very quiet, even though the area was quite busy. The bed was extremely comfortable, with soft, well-kept linens that made a big difference after long days out. The bathroom was also great, with a strong shower and good-quality amenities. The service was one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were always polite, attentive, and quick to help with anything needed, from check-in to small requests during the stay. Breakfast had a good variety of options, all well-prepared and tasty, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot drinks. Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient experience. It was a comfortable stay, and I would definitely come back again.

Excellent location. Opposite Aegean Cixi Mall. The room was clean. Unlimited mineral water. Porridge served 9.30pm till 11pm. It was delicious. Breakfast spread also nice. From 7am till 11am on weekend. Unlimited coffee at lobby. Self serves coffee machine. Laundry & gym at level 3. 24hrs Its recommonded.

本次入住超出預期，酒店整體環境舒適雅緻，各類設施保養到位，房間衞生做得十分細緻，乾淨無異味。大堂可以自取免費飲料、飲品、冰淇淋和爆米花，等候入住的時候很愜意。自帶停車場停車無憂，自助洗衣房使用方便，健身房器材齊全，出差旅行都很實用。工作人員態度友好，各方面都很滿意，下次過來還會優先選擇這家酒店。

房間很好很舒適，房間很大，而且還有投影有按摩床，不僅乾濕分離還有智能馬桶，視野開闊，出門就是市中心，去哪裡都很方便，性價比挺高的，下次還會再來

The hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

The hotel is very nice very clean with an original architectural and rooms so beautiful with a balcony, the inconveniences was the location can’t if you looks for something to eat or to buy outside you may use taxi each time, the automatic closing room doors make a very noisy slaps you can imagine when you are sleeping

We stayed at this hotel with our family and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
