WWONG 0426Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient,and professional.
Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service.
The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby.
Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

PPengguna TetamuMy stay at this hotel was excellent. The overall atmosphere is modern, welcoming, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and everything feels brand new. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is great, and having a bathtub made the experience even more relaxing.
The air conditioning works perfectly, which is especially important during warmer days. Room service was also very good—fast, reliable, and efficient. Overall, the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations in every way.
In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in the city. The quality of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the overall comfort make it a place I would gladly stay at again and highly recommend to others.
The only downside is that very few staff members speak English, which can make communication a bit challenging for international guests. However, with the help of translation apps, we were able to manage without any major issues.
Other than the language barrier, everything was outstanding. A modern, comfortable, and well-equipped hotel that offers a great experience. I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

WWuchangli酒店位置特別好，出行吃飯逛街都很方便。房間收拾得乾淨整潔，無異味，床品柔軟睡得很舒服。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全。前台服務熱情有禮貌，辦理入住退房很快。整體環境安靜，性價比超高，入住體驗很好，值得推薦！

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

The breakfast selections is nice. Also the dinner selections full of seafood. But by 8.30pm they stop refilling.
The cleanliness is excellent. Well done.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet.
The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

这次入住慈溪回禾国际饭店，整体体验很不错，整体性价比很高。
优点：
1. 客房设计特别出彩，装修风格简约大气，布局合理，住着舒适又有质感，入住观感特别好。
2. 酒店工作人员服务态度超贴心，尤其是樓层房務张姑娘，服务周到热情，全程体验感很好,早餐就是 四鑽來講還算不錯
3. 房务部工作人员响应及时、做事细心，保洁和客房整理都做得很到位，服务特别专业。
不足建议：
唯一小缺点就是房间隔音效果一般，偶尔能听到走廊和隔壁的动静，容易受打扰，希望酒店后续可以优化隔音设施，提升入住静谧感。
整体来说抛开隔音小问题，不管是房型设计还是工作人员服务都很值得推荐，下次来慈溪还会选择入住。

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery good stay at Empark Cixi. Room is very confortable and big! Affordable prices! All staffs were kindly, Ana and Alisa helped us a lot at any moment!
The breakfast is good with a great variety of flavor. I just missed some cheese or ham.
Personally, the AC was set too hot, always 23°C. Anyway the windows are able to be opened.
Inside the hotel, on 2nd floor, there is also a Japanese restaurant very tasty.
