We arrived at a small village villa in Chengdu, unsure of what to expect, and left with hearts overflowing with warmth and gratitude. In a place where no one even knew our religion, we were welcomed like family. Every greeting, every smile, every gesture radiated genuine kindness — something you rarely find in modern hotels. Jojo was the heart of that experience. She stayed with us for dinner, thoughtfully asking about our dietary needs as Muslims and ensuring every meal was prepared with care and respect. Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. True hospitality isn’t about polished professionalism or fancy amenities — it’s about heart, authenticity, and human connection. The generosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth we experienced here are rare treasures, and the memories of this stay will remain with us forever.

We booked our stay for Chinese New Year and received a warm welcome from the very beginning. The owner and his family were very friendly and assisted us in getting settled in no time. They provided us with oranges each day and dumplings for the new year. Everyone made an effort to speak with us even though there was a language barrier and were all extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to an ancient street which contains food stalls, restaurants, stores and other attractions. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Anren!

The room is spacious and clean. It’s also not noisy as it’s away from Main Street yet it’s conveniently located to the attractions. The breakfast was also delicious and glad there are options for vegetarians like me. I must applaud the staff and manager’s warm and helpful service and attitude throughout my stay here. Highly recommend and will come back.

Hotel is modern design and clean but avoid 5th floor cos of noisy thumping sound from bar on top floor. Room hot water not consistence, Location is far from train station and there's nothing much around the hotel. Nearest shopping street is located at DONGJIE STREET around 20 minutes walking distance. Location in google map is wrong and hotel name also different from what advertised, and breakfast is very basic and not much choices.

I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

地方不錯，離四季温泉谷就步行幾分鐘，泡温泉很方便，環境衞生乾淨，零食早餐準備的很齊全，老闆人好話不多，退房的那天要去西鄰雪山，時間很早還麻煩了老闆送我們到鎮上，但是房間空調效果不怎麼樣，不過有電熱毯還不算冷，照片忘了拍，總之在花水灣是值得選擇的

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, using the app to communicate to me in English. My room was on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the trees, mountain and pool area. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. It was really a peaceful room that I enjoyed. The hotel was very nice, it seemed like an Italian marbled hotel. The breakfast had many choices, and it was all delicious. There are many pools, warm and hot springs to choose from, it was fun and relaxing. The massage and treatments were wonderful, especially from Rufong, if you like deep acupressure. She is a really experienced, friendly and wonderful person.

Quaint hotel in the centre of town, with bustling morning market right on the street below. No elevators, had to haul luggage up stairs. Rooms are equipped with heater and even heated blankets! Took didi from hotel to Xiling Ski Resort for RMB80 (50 + 30 extra for mountain drive). Food a bit difficult for Muslims or Vegetarians, best bring instant noodles or ready-to-eat stuff. Auntie Chow, the assistant, was very helpful in providing service despite the language barrier. Very happy with our stay here.

Seorang rakan mengesyorkan hotel ini, dan ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk menyejukkan badan pada hari yang panas. Walaupun hujung minggu yang sibuk dan kakitangan sangat sibuk, mereka masih cuba sedaya upaya untuk menerangkan perkara-perkara dengan jelas kepada tetamu. Tilam di dalam bilik adalah sempurna untuk seseorang seperti saya yang mempunyai masalah belakang, dan saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi.

Our famy is from Malaysia and our experience was amazing. The owner was so welcoming and super helpful in making our stay comfortable which I really appreciate after a long day of travel as a family. The staff was also friendly and very good. The owner also helped us by preparing a car to send us to xiling mountain which was a relief as we do not have to worry about our transportation. I highly recommend anyone to stay here as everything was great.
