PPengguna Tetamu必須給這家如家酒店一個宇宙無敵巨無霸的好評！昨晚飛機晚點，到蘭州已經很晚了。抱着試試看的心態打了接機電話，沒想到師傅秒接，而且很快就到了指定地點，大半夜的真的超級感動，很迅速很安心。
到店後，重點誇誇前台的小姐姐！服務態度簡直太好了，大晚上依然熱情周到，看我很疲憊，辦理入住特別快，還貼心地詢問了早餐時間，是否需要送機。這種被關心的感覺真的很暖，謝謝你們！
房間和公共區域都很乾凈，如家的衞生一如既往讓人放心。今天早上吃了早餐，沒想到品類這麼豐富，熱菜、粥、麪包、水果都有，吃得飽飽的。總之，無論是接機、衞生還是服務都無可挑剔，下次來還會住這裏！

PPengguna TetamuI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

PPengguna TetamuWe weren’t happy when our suite that was advertised as smoking clearly had signs of smoking in the suite, smelling like smoke, and equipment for smokers. When front desk was confronted about the marks of put out cigarettes on the furniture and ashtray, she merely stated that no room exchange was possible due to ashtrays being in every room whatever that meant. I don’t know if it was because it was around 2am that we checked in but the next morning the front desk had a much better customer service attitude.
The hotel itself feels somewhat polished and the lobby has a pretty stunning display, which is not a bad location for some photos of silk road style art and architecture.

PPengguna Tetamu回來凌晨的飛機，司機大哥很親切及時聯繫並送到酒店，不到兩百的價格能住到條件這麼好的標間真的是意外驚喜，酒店早餐牛肉麪套餐也很美味，很滿意，衹有一個意見：刷牙杯子能換成帶把手的麼，玻璃杯子手滑很容易碎，拿的時候要很小心

CcordeonyouCame to this hotel because of any early flight the next day and they provide ride to the airport. When it came to getting food, it was a little tough. I had to walk about 15-20 minutes along wide, open roads with no other human in sight before I found a few restaurants. I just needed a quick dinner and be done with it. Room was fine, nothing to brag about. As long as I made it to the airport, I had no complaints.

PPengguna TetamuI believe the hotel has changed its name but I can't remember what's it currently called as I only had a brief time there, checked in late and checked out early the next morning.
Even though my time was brief, the service at the hotel was great. The hotel is located about 15 minutes drive away from the airport and they offer pickup and dropoff service to and from the airport (and the railway station). However, I don't think there's any shops or restaurants nearby in walking distance.
The room was great with plenty of electrical outlets. All in all, I wish I had more time at the hotel.

However, despite their sending messages in English, noone there is able to speak or understand a single word of English or any language other than Chinese. I think that customers should be aware of that.
Also, they promised with gestures to give me a wake up call early in the morning and they didn't.
It was a hard experience indeed!

QQiyian設施：設施齊全，放東西的地方很多，尤其衣櫃旁邊的鏡子更是值得一誇很方便。
衞生：打掃得乾淨整潔，就是浴簾尾部有些臟，該換了！
環境：整個房間很大很寬敞，關窗後也很安靜。
服務：最值得一誇的是接送機服務，凌晨12點多到都可以接機，早上還可以送機。
