I booked this stay at Hotel because of its strong reviews, and it absolutely lived up to the reputation—arguably the best hotel in Golmud. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out. Even as a solo foreign traveller, I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. A complimentary fruit platter was provided, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. The housekeeping team was especially impressive—meticulous in their work and leaving heartfelt handwritten notes every day, which added a very personal warmth to the stay. Even small details were carefully considered. The laundry area had a coffee machine and other amenities, clearly designed to make waiting more comfortable. The hotel also offers free airport transfer, which made arrival and departure completely hassle-free. I would also like to give special mention to the receptionist, 王蒙蒙, who was exceptionally helpful. She went out of her way to assist me in contacting a driver, which made a big difference for me as a solo female traveller in a new place. Overall, my time in Golmud was made memorable because of this hotel. It didn’t feel like just a place to stay—it felt like being welcomed into a small, caring community.

I chose this hotel based on its central location and previous reviews from other foreigners (at check in they politely asked where I had come from, what my next stop was, and the train number I took to reach Golmud). All staff were helpful and welcoming, especially the friendly man in the breakfast room and the housekeeping team on my floor. My room was big and bright, and well equipped with a humidifier (very necessary in August). The breakfast selection changed each day and was not only fast but great value for this price point. I would happily stay here again 😎

This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

一如既往得好，連鎖店的好處就是品質有保障，房間寬敞，床品一流，能安心睡個好覺，布草的用品已經越來越好了，每個毛巾都是單獨包裝了的，可以有效解決衞生問題，沒用過的又能節約資源，值得其他酒店推薦學習。早餐依舊保持豐富的選擇，無論去哪裡，亞朵都是首選。

因為淡季出行的前台小姐姐幫我們房間做了個升級房型，房間非常太讚了衞生很乾凈，房間陽台雅丹景色超美，完全不輸水上雅丹，晚上房間還可以看到星星，而且管家Jenny非常貼心態度很好，也很熱情有什麼需要馬上可以安排！酒店餐廳的川菜也是非常的好吃，算青海這幾天吃的最好吃的一家。贊贊贊

在高原小城被一家“老酒店”治癒了！服務員追着幫我買襪子🧦 沒想到在格爾木這個高原小城，被希爾頓逸林狠狠暖到了！💛 來之前聽説酒店有點年頭，心裏還犯嘀咕。入住後發現，雖然裝修是經典的老錢風，但保養得極好，房間乾淨舒適，床品是金可兒的天逸之床，在海拔2800米的高原睡得特別安穩。 最感動的是客房服務員！出差匆忙忘帶商務襪，阿姨打掃時看到我光腳的樣子，主動問要不要幫我去買。本以為是指個路，結果她特意跑出去挑了回來，還貼心地問顏色喜好，連標簽都沒拆怕我不喜歡，需要換。在這個時代，這種發自內心的熱情太珍貴了！ 更意外的是，這家酒店竟然有國際標準的恆温泳池！高原上游泳簡直奢侈，游完泳渾身通透，高原上能暢遊一番簡直是意外之喜！健身房也是Precor高端器材，出差保持狀態完全沒問題。 這家酒店無愧於高原上的“綠洲”之稱。硬件可以有年代感，但刻在骨子裡的服務意識，才是真正的五星。 下次來格爾木，還住這裏！👏

Overall a great stay! It is a little lacking in terms of cleanliness as the room toilet and bathroom has a weird smell when we entered. Other than that, the room cleanliness is good!

The hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably. Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy. The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.

Hotel is pretty new and has all the amenities that you’d expect from a 3 diamond hotel. In particular they have the oxygen machine that distributes oxygen to the room the whole time. At checkout, they gave some small gifts that could well save you a quick lunch:-)

perfect location a few hundred meters away from the center. the staff is really friendly and helpful; they let me check-in really early because my train arrived still pretty early in the morning.
