The hotel is excellent, and its location near Jinanxi train station makes it very convenient. We always choose to stay here when visiting Jinan, and it has always been a pleasant experience. However, on this occasion, we were assigned a room with twin beds instead of a double bed as originally reserved. In addition, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room and on the bed linens, which was rather unpleasant.

The service was excellent. When I got lost, they even came to fetch me from my DiDi, which I really appreciated. The staff were very kind and friendly throughout my stay. It was my first time in Jinan, and I would definitely recommend this place. The location is great and very foreigner-friendly.🌹🌹

As a foreigner on a solo business trip to China, when my phone couldn't connect to the local network, it meant I had no way to pay for anything. I couldn't buy food, couldn't get around, and was completely cut off from the outside world. I was filled with a sense of helplessness being alone in a foreign land. Upon hearing this, the hotel staff immediately contacted a nearby China Unicom service center where I could get a SIM card using my passport. The next morning, Ms. Chu Yi from the front desk, concerned about my language barrier and difficulty getting around, proactively offered to accompany me to the service center to help with the procedures. The moment my phone successfully connected to the network, what I felt was not just the restoration of a signal, but a profound sense of relief. This warmth continued throughout my entire stay: the housekeeping staff thoughtfully prepared a power adapter in my room; the restaurant staff enthusiastically recommended delicious and agreeable dishes during my meals. From Chu Yi's exceptional initiative at the front desk to the meticulous and warm service from housekeeping and the restaurant, your actions perfectly embodied the meaning of ”a home away from home.” This transcends nationality—it's all about heartfelt care. First time searching for this hotel can be a challenge because the lobby is located on the 19th floor. On the first floor, it looks like any normal apartment.
