I booked through a third party (trip.com) and the reservation policy was 100% pre-payment. Due to change of schedule, I needed to leave a day earlier than planned, but after checking with trip.com AI chat, they were unable to update the booking based on the reservation type. When I explained I was leaving early to reception, they mentioned they could refund the remaining night and contacted trip.com to mention they could accept the booking amendment. Thanks to the super helpful reception staff to help me amend the booking. Apart from that, the hotel is new and clean, while the room amenities are reasonable for the price.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service.

Well located hotel in a genteel neighborhood which is only 10 minutes' drive from the well-known tourist attraction - WudianShi traditional blocks which feature the traditional houses in the JinJiang region. Hotel is within walking distance to eating outlets like MacDonald's and Kentucky Fried Chicken. The staff also go the extra mile to help me to get around the place. In particular, Zheng ni and xiao mi who di di the addresses of attractions like South ShaoLin Temple. In addition, the room is quite big in size and the bed is firm. Breakfast is excellent with local specialities like mianxian - the traditional Chinese rice noodles. In all, a hotel which I would use for my next visit here.

Even as a foreigner with only basic Chinese skills, I felt completely at ease spending time in the tea room, exchanging thoughts with the host. Language wasn’t a barrier at all — tea became our shared language. This was my first time staying in a tea house, and it left me with beautiful memories. If you're looking for something authentic, relaxing, and deeply rooted in local life and tea culture, Wanran is a must.

I have been booking this hotel for for my 3 consecuity business trip to Jinjiang, Xiamen since July 2024- Apr.2025. I have a good impress of this hotel in any aspects that the hotel should have. 1). Good location. 2). Cleanliness. 3). Safety. 4). Good environment. 5). Good front desk staffs. 6). Good breakfast. 7). Good Room architecture. 8). Fair price. Next time of business trip will book again.

酒店內裏可以的，新裝修的，沒有味道，住着也舒服，空間滿大的，新年價格適中，離陽光夜市走過去500米左右，走出酒店門口右轉走個200米那邊買甘蔗汁才6元一杯，我天天喝，夜市裡8元一10元一杯，五店市離酒店1公里多左右，晉江萬達就在五店市旁邊，還有酒店紅綠燈西邊有個食泉薑母鴨店，聽説也很有名的，大家避雷，我認為燒的有點鹽最主要的是鴨肉太差了，好像20-30元的白條鴨，還120元一衹，節假日不能用券，實價，太難吃了，其它沒啥避雷的。

I am Chinese I Don't Speak Chinese. The Staff Check Me in Was Friendly Towards Me. A Good Surprise for me. The Room Definitely Needs Renovations. The Walls are Dirty, Floors Needs Deep Cleaning, Entrance Door Old, Should Also Deep Deep Cleaning. The Bathroom Floor Deep Cleaning. No Curtain When you Shower, Waters Everywhere. My Second Third Night the Elevator Not Working or Turn Off to Save Electricity. Also No Hot Waters. All in All It's Okay. The Staff Cleaning Lady Was Kind.

After further experience, it seems that this place is typical for this area at this price range. So I guess I got what I paid for. But still, I was significantly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The lobby seemed clean and new, but after that, the elevator, hallway, and room were disappointing. And although this room was a bit cleaner than a cheaper room at a different hotel nearby, the floor and bathroom were still noticeably dirty. There was a stain on the bedsheet, which I don’t doubt was perfectly sanitary, but still added to the impression of it being dirty. There were some free condoms and lube in a container near the bed, which made the place feel even more shady and unappealing. Besides those things, it was fine. The breakfast on the top floor (you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it) was ok, though quite simple, Chinese-style breakfast items. Overall, it was tolerable, and from experiencing a few other hotels later during my stay, I came to see that it’s hard to get anything much better than that for that price range. I paid about $28/night for this place. If you want a clean place to stay, you’ll probably have to pay a decent amount more money, probably more than $40.

海景房空間很大，性價比非常高，住着蠻舒服的，樓下過馬路就是海，酒店停車方便，有充電樁，就是樓下路口有點吵，房間有一點陳舊。
