We are a family of six who traveled to Lushan during Spring Festival 2026, and this trip gave us memories we will truly treasure. The hotel’s hospitality stood out the most.. warm, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the stations, which made traveling so much easier for our family. They offer a generous Chinese complimentary buffet breakfast, and it’s convenient that lunch and dinner are also available at the hotel. My husband and his family had a great time playing billiards, and there were other recreational activities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was huge, clean, and very comfortable.. perfect after long days exploring Lushan’s beautiful scenery. We did experience a small water pressure issue, but the staff handled it professionally and proactively, even offering to change our room to ensure we had the best possible stay. Overall, a wonderful experience filled with comfort, fun, and genuine hospitality. Truly grateful for this unforgettable family vacation. PS: All pictures were taken by me. Please do not reupload!

70歲以上有年輕人陪同才可以入住，酒店門口有停車位，內部有電梯，一層有餐廳，從酒店四層或五層的側門出去，步行5分鐘就可以到索道站乘坐景區觀光車，從前門出去步行不到10分鐘就有吃飯的地方，溜達到正街或者如琴湖都不算遠，環境可謂鬧中取靜，既交通便利、離鬧市區近，又相對清幽，晚上很安靜（偶爾半夜有其他客人在樓道走動説話另算）。店家給升級了房型，房間寬敞，非常乾淨，榻榻米上可以喝茶賞山景，床品很舒服，洗澡水很好，三層還有個露台，有幾張桌椅，晚上坐在這裏喝喝茶很清凈，本來應該是很滿意的一次入住，美中不足就是酒店雖然可以送站，但是並不知道離開景區的擺渡車每個整點才發車，理論上是一小時一班，除非遊客多，人滿即發，結果去北門的車發了一輛又一輛，去南門的遲遲湊不齊一車人，在我們反覆催促下，才提前15分鐘發車了，害的我們在出景區的觀光車上白白多等了四十多分鐘，差一點兒就趕不上高鐵了，希望以後酒店前台能瞭解清楚去往南北門的景區車發車規則，提醒一下客人，以免耽誤行程

Excellent option to stay on the mountain. The hotel is located in Guling Town, inside Lushan Scenic Area. It's right next to the cableway rope, so it's super easy to find it once you get to the mountain by cablecar. If you get to the mountain by bus, the driver can drop you off at the hotel. The staff is really warm and helpful. They were very kind to explain the best route and activities for a one-day trip. There were some tasty welcome snacks and by the end of our stay, we got a gift box with local snacks and tea. Very nice surprise 👌 😊 The bedroom is comfortable and nice. There's heating floor so the room keeps warm and cozy. We stayed in December so it was quite chilly outside ❄️ It's okay to drink from the tap water as it's from the mountain spring. Towels are disposable, but you can always ask for normal ones if you don't get used to them. Breakfast is included. You can enjoy an abundant breakfast meal before heading off to the mountains.

Room and location is good, 5 min walk to bus station.. upon check in, no more toilet roll and shower gel, tried to call the lady boss, but did not pick up call..

看了好多酒店最後選擇了廬山大廈，感覺非常超值。地址就在廬山會議舊址旁邊，出門就是觀光車站點，去哪個景點都非常方便。大廈是民國曆史建築，底藴濃厚，我們帶了三個孩子，給升級了房間，還贈送了寫真。酒店服務熱情，給我們規劃了遊玩路線。唯一的瑕疵是老建築隔音一般😆 字數：196字 需要我再幫你改寫一版中性客觀、略帶小瑕疵的折中評價嗎？

This was a bit further from 牯岭街 but no regrets staying here! It’s quieter and also quite near to the shuttle bus station (something 旧址station)! My boyfriend fell sick in the trip, and the receptionist was so kind to help us find the nearest hospital / help us collect our food / gave us thermometer etc They were really sweet and gave us some souvenirs too, and upgraded our room. The room was very clean, but be sure to close the windows properly as we had two beetle looking flies that flew in (but it’s a mountain area so I’m sure all hotels will have the same problem if you don’t close it!!) The receptionist also shared lots of tips with us, like which are the fun spots etc, and she patiently explained to us how it works. Food in the hotel was really great and surprisingly affordable. We had the stir fried pork and I really liked it. Overall a good experience. And the bath tub was to die for

This hotel is on the uphill, inside the Lushan attraction. If you come to Lushan/Jiujiang by train, you need to go to their Sightseeing bus centre, and take their sightseeing bus to go up to another bus centre, and just give a call to the hotel, they would pick you up by a comfortable car. We had an unpleasant encounter with the didi driver driving us to the uphill, the driver was rude, even said to me “I got no time, just buy the ticket faster” (you need to purchase a ticket for the didi car and for yourself to drive up, an hour drive btw). So glad that the hotel staffs were all so nice and understanding. They welcomed us warmly, even listened to me complaining about the driver’s behaviour and rude remarks. They presented us with a welcoming fruit platter too! The hotel is clean, and very bear to Ruqin Lake. For my room, we got to wear 2 sets of hanfu for free (just put a deposit first, they’ll return the depo after you return the clothes). The staffs helped us bring our luggages into the room, even offered extra towel and room slippers since we came in 3. You got to experience brewing chinese tea by yourself too, since they prepared chinese tea leaves and chinese tea pot set in the room. Since we arrived there around 3, and had to take shower and clean up first, so we would only be able to start exploring Lushan at 4. The hotel staffs at the reception were so kind to prepare us with a map and gave us recommendations on places we can go, in the best order, since they know we would be walking until late at night. The picture of the lake is Ruqin Lake, it’s just in front of the hotel. As for the next morning, we had to wake up early to get a morning train from jiujiang to jingdezhen, so I asked for the receptionist’s help to make a wake-up call, in which they actually called our room at 4am! Thank you so much. Overall, the stay here was amazing! We will find for JI Hotel the next time we travel to China.

The wooden cabins are not as nice (clean, quiet, comfortable) as the main building’s rooms. You can literally hear the TV and conversations of the neighbors through the walls even if they’re just talking at an acceptable indoor volume. The bathroom is not really clean (toilet, shower mat). The location of the hotel is great except for when it comes to car pickup and drop off. I gave full marks (4x 5 stars) for my 1-night stay in the building, and 90% (2x 4 stars, 2x 5 stars) for my 3-night stay in the wooden cabin. This place was great all-in-all, but do be aware of the big difference between the regular room and the “upgraded” one. Oh, and the duo in the kitchen are a hoot! Loved them! Thank you to Shu Shu and Ayi for all the delicious food. Ask the staff for recommendations as well for what to do and where to go (weather conditions and time permitting). They were all very helpful. The service is top notch and room very comfortable. Outside temperature was 30-40 f but it was very warm inside the room even without the floor heating turned on. Bedding is thick and comfortable, room is very quiet even though it faces the street with traffic, but you cannot hear anything. It’s great! I was sad to leave.

酒店位置還可以，離索道站和正街都不遠，入住和離開的時候會安排車接送到索道口，還是不錯的。玩的時候要自己走過去了，酒店環境和設施都還可以，就是沒有電梯，需要走樓梯，樓也不高，總共就3層，但是如果腿腳不方便的，要考慮一下。衞生間比較矮，房間大小一般，門離床太近了。桌子那邊是固定的凳子，要是再放一張椅子就好了。房間裏再安一個穿衣鏡更好，要不然一個人洗漱，另一個人用鏡子不方便。
