The most satisfied hotel for my trip, the room is spacious, comfy and had everything that we could needed, like cloth detergent, cleansing oil, face cleanser, they provided the laundry service. The staff 金琪 and 涂涂is very helpful, they help extend the check out hour. I had a few parcel shipped to the hotel, but the alley was too dark, 涂涂is helping to collect, even this is not in her job scope, very appreciated.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I would definitely return to this hotel next time when I visit Nanchang. The breakfast deserves special mention. Both the Chinese and western were in excellent quality.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all top-notch. The dinner dishes were of a high standard, the breakfast was satisfying, and there were even laundry facilities for long-haul guests. Finally, there was airport shuttle service. Both of my friends were upgraded to suites. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again or book other hotels in the same group if I had the chance.

Unfortunately, the hotel is like a building site outside. Lots of roadworks which are very noisy. There aren't proper pavements to be able to walk anywhere safely. The staff are very helpful. The room was comfortable, but the view was nothing to write home about. The name Garden Hotel is a little misleading too. There is a small patch of fake grass out the back of the hotel, with a few tables. Very disappointed by the Nanchang Garden Hotel.

Location: The location is not right smack central to all the popular tourist spots but it's close enough to get to 万寿宫 on foot (5 minutes). Also, it is close to the river and if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a fantastic river view! Cleanliness: The hotel I am not sure if it's new or what but it's very nicely maintained. The beds are good, the sheets are clean and everything is really superb. Service: Maybe it's just me (Singaporean) cause I am very impressed with their receptionist services like helping me out with payment, booking of car etc etc but all these according to my local friends, they say it's just the basic in service industries~ Facilities: Honestly, if you are here looking for a gym or a pool then sad to say, it's non-existence, even the breakfast I would recommend not to get it unless you are traveling with elderly and they need something to eat early in the morning then for that price point, it's still reasonable. Otherwise, go out hit the streets and there are tons of fantastic food options for you to choose from. Lastly, overall impression is superb and it's definitely super value for money. In fact for the price I paid I would say it far exceeded in value. Which is the reason why, I will always choose this hotel when I am back in Nanchang~ (I tried other hotels, to be honest, the rooms are not as great)

I appreciated their polite attitude and willingness to help with directions and local advice. My room was clean, bright, and modern. The design is simple but stylish, with comfortable bedding and practical furniture. The bed was large and supportive, with fresh linens and soft pillows that made for a good night’s sleep. The room also had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a small desk area, which was helpful for doing some work during my stay. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is essential for travelers who need to stay connected. The bathroom was also very good—compact but functional, with a nice shower, clean towels, and basic toiletries provided. Everything worked well, and hot water was consistent. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room tidy and replenishing supplies. One of the highlights for me was the quiet environment. Even though the hotel is in a lively district, the rooms are well-insulated, and I was able to rest comfortably without noise disturbances. This made a big difference after long days of exploring the city. In summary, MY Hotel (Nanchang Hengmao Dream Times, Xiejiacun Metro Station Branch) offers excellent value for money. The apartment is very charming and offers a truly breathtaking view. The location is strategic, with easy access to the metro and all essential services, making it ideal for getting around the city without any hassle. That said, with a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding place to stay. First of all, cleanliness needs attention: dust was present on almost every surface. The check-in process is also not very intuitive, especially for international guests. Without the help of a young man at the building entrance, we would not have been able to access the apartment. One particularly disappointing aspect was the check-out management. Although check-out was scheduled for 12:00 PM, the electricity was cut off at 10:00 AM, leaving us without heating, hot water, and even the possibility of making a simple coffee for an hour. This significantly affected our final impression. Finally, we had to follow up two days later to receive our security deposit, something that could easily be avoided with a more efficient management system. In summary, the apartment has great potential, an excellent location, and a spectacular view, but it needs more attention to operational details. With better organization and care, it could truly reach the next level.
