PPengguna TetamuThis is the nicest boutique hotel I have stayed in China. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, serves me tea the moment I step into hotel. Manager Xiao Luan upgraded me to the sixth floor from fourth floor of hotel which offers a much better view of the sea beneath without added charge. Also explains very carefully how the gadgets in the ultra modern room works. Can watch TV and movies on screen operated remotely. Same with curtains which can be drawn by remote. Big plus is that toilet seat is heated. Room is also warmed by air conditioning which is a bonus, since the day I checked in is quite cold. From the room window, can get panoramic view of the sea beneath. Makes tea drinking by the window a pleasure. Breakfast is delicious and there is free flow of porridge and noodle soup which is cooked with oysters and other seafood. Also plus is that there is lift landing at every level, so no need to climb stairs to reach room. At the roof on the Ninth floor, can take beautiful pics of the bay below.

MM306796****這次去霞浦碰到的寶藏民宿，不想住人多的東壁村，東壁村的民宿溢價高並且人多吵鬧，選擇在小皓村這裏一住就是三天，民宿在位於小皓村，去東壁村看日落開車幾分鐘就到了，老闆娘是本地人，很熱情，民宿離趕海的地方很近，還提供電動車免費使用，有停車場有充電樁，衞生很乾凈，重要的是有電梯，對長者小孩很友好，可帶寵物入住。
淡季的時候還可以買海鮮叫老闆娘幫忙加工，費用不貴，碼頭買的海鮮也便宜，比去外面吃海鮮實惠太多了。

The best photographic spots are only a short walk away, and the hosts directed us to the best spots for the light and shadows photography of the sea-weeds and oyster farms. The room is spacious, and elegantly designed. And the roof deck provides a relaxing spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a cup of tea! The hosts are simply fantastic people! They are super friendly and helpful, even went out of the way to pick us up when we went to a wrong trail instead of simply giving directions over the phone! When they found out that we didn't really enjoy the local food, they offered to cook for us with a very minimal service fee added to the ingredient costs. Their food made us feel so much at home, and was so delicious! We would return for another stay if we visit Xiapu again!

The variety of room types available, including the spacious king room, the cozy twin bed room, and the charming ocean-view suite, ensured that there was a perfect option for every type of traveler. I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.
The attention to detail in each room was impressive. Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation.
One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. This property truly offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in style.
Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel makes no compromises when it comes to hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestion. The location was also ideal—close enough to local attractions and amenities, yet secluded enough to offer peace and quiet.

PPengguna TetamuIt was my second time staying there. The taxi people didn’t want to take me so I ended up walking there from the station. It will take you 40 minutes to walk but it is downhill. Obviously it is better to take a taxi . But if you walk, exit the station and follow the road down to the bottom of the hill. Ignore the first turning and carry on to the next one. Turn left and walk to the end and turn left again. There is a row of five big building and the hotel is the last one. Very visible. The rooms are very nice with charging points next to the bed. Shower and toilet are excellent. The mattresses are VERY comfortable here. Room equipped with everything for showering, hair and teeth. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of foods. This time they gave me a Japanese themed room. I am 65 and not supple. So not practical for going to the loo. It is not the hotels fault so make sure you ask for a normal bed height if you are not used to sleeping close to the floor. The hotel is far from Fu’an itself, but a great place to stay if taking the train. As hotels go? Excellent

FFengGeI had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Fu’an by IHG and would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.
Location:
The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access key areas of the city. Whether for business appointments or casual outings, the location is practical and well-connected, which added great convenience to my stay.
Room Standard:
The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a thoughtful layout. The amenities were of a good standard, and everything was in proper working order. Housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping the room tidy and refreshed daily, which made the stay very comfortable.
Staff Professionalism:
The staff truly stood out for their professionalism and friendliness. From check-in to check-out, they were courteous, efficient, and always willing to assist with requests or questions. Their warm service created a welcoming atmosphere and made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, Holiday Inn Fu’an by IHG delivered a high-quality stay experience with strong standards in location, comfort, and service. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Fu’an.

AAzzahra NufaisaThe 6-hour journey from Shanghai to Xiapu was truly worth it, thanks to the beautiful sunset views — both from inside and outside the room.
Special thanks to the accommodation staff for the complimentary room upgrade (I originally booked a mountain-view room and was upgraded to a sea-view room). My mother and I were extremely happy and impressed by the excellent and friendly service.
The staff even helped carry my suitcase all the way to our room and explained in great detail how to use the lights and the heater.
I highly recommend this accommodation for your trip to Xiapu
The accommodation is very affordable and includes breakfast for two. We also received complimentary fruits (bananas, oranges, cherry tomatoes) and cookies. This is by far the best value-for-money accommodation I have ever stayed at.
When I checked out very early in the morning, one of the kitchen staff kindly prepared and brought me breakfast. I was incredibly happy because I hadn’t eaten yet that morning and was very hungry, as all the food and drinks I had packed in my suitcase were already gone.
Thank you so much to all the staff for your kindness. I will never forget it.

PPengguna Tetamu這次入住體驗真的太棒了！民宿的環境簡直無可挑剔，我們住的房間視野絕佳，推窗就是一幅畫，尤其是清晨和傍晚，光影變幻，美得讓人挪不開眼。房間本身也收拾得一塵不染，打掃得非常細緻，住着很安心。
特別要誇誇管家，服務細緻又貼心，從入住指引到遊玩建議都安排得妥妥當當，有求必應，讓人感覺特別温暖。沒想到民宿的餐廳也給了我們驚喜，每一道菜都很有鍋氣，食材新鮮，味道地道，連吃了兩頓都沒踩雷。這次真的住得太舒心了，已經推薦給朋友，下次一定還會再來！

GGavin Travis-The location is accessible, it's just behind Walmart and a few blocks away from Wanda Plaza. Ningde has shared e-bikes you can scan, so it's convenient to go around the area.
-The property is about 15 minutes to and from the railway station, longer if you take the bus.
-It's a renovated old building and it has no elevator (but shouldn't be a major issue since it's only a 2 story building. The room is clean, bed is comfy, good lighting, and I had a comfortable sleep.
-interiors and amenities might need updating for aesthetic, but honestly won't affect your stay.
-Check-in was swift, but could have used some help with my luggage and assistance in opening the door since I had 2 luggages.
Overall, I had positive experience and will definitely stay again in the future.
