這次入住體驗特別滿意，必須好好誇一誇。房間打掃得十分細緻，角落、桌面、衞浴都沒有灰塵，床品乾爽整潔，住着特別舒心。酒店配套設施很齊全，洗漱用品、充電插座、置物空間一應俱全，使用起來很方便。自助早餐種類豐富，熱菜、麪點、粥品、水果、飲品都有，口味在線，能滿足不同人的口味，早餐吃得很滿足。工作人員服務熱情有禮貌，辦理入住退房效率高，有需求響應及時，態度温和貼心。自帶停車場停車方便，自駕出行完全不用擔心車位問題，進出便捷。整體性價比很高，環境舒適、服務到位，不管是出差還是旅遊都很合適，下次來這邊還會選擇入住，推薦給大家。

Probably the best hotels in Ninger in 2026, all new. A bit away from the town centre (7 kuai Didi), quiet location, rooms are large and clean, but decor is a bit soulless. Special: the large swimming pool, rare in Yunnan in a hotel. The balconies of the rooms are a nice idea, but in reality of little use.

One of my favorite places I have stayed my whole trip! The rooms were safe, clean, and provided towels and slippers. As jt is only women staying here, it felt very safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. The girls who work here are SO kind and helpful, they took me to see different sights and suggested things I might enjoy seeing. It’s very peaceful here, and I would definitely return if I was staying in Jingmai. Also, this hotel is in a slightly less touristic area which means there is little hustle and bustle from other tourists but is still located close to everything you need.

L’hôtel est particulièrement bien placé dans la vieille ville où il est très agréable d’évoluer puisqu’il n’y a aucun véhicule. Et tous les commerces sont à quelques mètres mais ce que le marché de nuit, l’hôtel et calme la nuit bien qu’on entende les bruits du dehors mais de façon modérée. En revanche la journée il y a des travaux dans l’hôtel qui sont pas particulièrement bruyant et qui empêchent définitivement tout repos pour la journée.

Warm hospitality at Pu’er DeTing Boutique Hotel. The staff greet you warmly both upon arrival and departure. At check-in, we were upgraded to a room with a larger bathroom featuring a bathtub 🛀 and a basin for foot soaking. We enjoyed several perks during our stay: • Complimentary fruit (pears and apples in November) available at the entrance. • Free tea in both the lobby and the room; the room is stocked with Pu’er red tea, two instant coffees, and plenty of free bottled water (at least 4 bottles). • Free admission to the China Pu’er Tea Expo Garden, located 30 km south of Pu’er – just present your hotel card, saving about 50 RMB per person. • Complimentary simple dinner served from 5 PM to 9 PM on the top floor (usually breakfast area) offering a homemade Chinese noodle dish, typically in broth. • Special promotion for free laundry service (limited items, likely a seasonal offer). Clothes are cleaned, folded, and returned within about 3 hours or half a day, left hanging on the door handle of your room—very quick service. Pros: • Central location on a main street with all necessary amenities nearby. • Numerous benefits as detailed above. Only downside: • No fridge in the room, which is typical in many Chinese hotels.

Hotel was excellent. Staff was friendly. Gave recommendations of what to do in the city. Helped me with my laundry and ordering food delivery. Clean spacious rooms. Can enjoy tea and fruit in the lobby. Within walking distance to Simao Old Street area. Internet was very slow for me and never got better. Not sure if it's because I need a VPN or have a Google phone. Also be aware there is construction that is happening and will be happening for months. The nice staff told me before check in so that you could cancel if needed. They provide only disposable towels which I'm not a fan of. Water and AC in rooms.

Oh my goodness I have never stayed in a place like this! We live in a noisy city and come here felt like being in heaven. So peaceful and quiet. Our kids loved trying to catch fireflies in the night. We took a walk quite a distance from our cabin towards the hills and came back whrn it was pretty dark. We were able to see the milky way galaxy across the sky and so many stars that the only other place we ever saw tjat many stars was back in my country in the village with no light pollution. Words cannot describe the tranquility of this placed the magnificence of nature and the peace and quite. The nights are so dark and quiet, felt like being somewhere in wild savanna. I heard some sounds of animals I had never heard before. We will seriously make this place our frequent holiday detination for peace and quiet, nature and mental healing. There were quite a number of activities for the kids but our kids were too young to participate. We were just quite happy going for walks and watching the stars at night. The grass looked so inviting and we wanted to roll down the hills hahaha but it was all fenced, which makes sense for safety. We heard there was a heard of elephants nearby. We also loved in when it rained, the sound of raindrops on the leaves outside and on our leaves. It’s definitely a place for poets and writers, artists and creative people. I was truly inspired and I mostly sat outside when the babies were napping, and read my Lord of the rings book that I took with me, as that place reminded me of hobbit-land and magic. Coffee lovers must go, we had as many cups of coffee as we liked. They also offered us hotpot for dinner and lunch.

The host and his wife are very nice and helpful - thanks again! Dont miss the delicious tee the family is producing themselves. There is a nice roof terrace for breakfast and a nice restaurant just on the other side of street.

Originally, i booked only 1 night, with the intention of going onwards to Laos the next day. But i stayed a 2nd night because the room was spacious and the view out of the window was so restful. About the room, I like it that there is a desk i could work from. And that the shower and WC areas are divided by a screen. For the 2nd day, my room was refreshed with used toiletries replenished and towels changed. I wish the guesthouse would implement a system where guests are able to indicate if they wish to use the same towels. I am pro-environment, so if i don't change my towels everyday at home, i don't see the need to do so when i am away. I also like the location as it was easy for me to catch Bus Route 3 to a nearby shopping area (i had KFC breakfast there), cross the road to take Bus Route 8 to Meizi Lake Park. I spent about 3 hours there, including enjoying coffee and cake in the cafe near the entrance to the park. (My biggest regard was i did not get to drink even 1 cup of Pu'er tea while in Pu'er :)) After that I back tracked on Bus Route 8 to change to Bus Route 3 to visit the Tea Horse Ancient City. Then after, I took Bus Route 3 to the shopping centre, had dinner and shopped at Walmart, before catching Bus Route 3 back to the guesthouse. There is a walking/running track just across the road from the guesthouse. Forget about going the full length of the track. Once you see a slope on the right side, walk up there. You will get a nice viewpoint and there is a nice cafe there. If the weather is right, you get to see sunrise too! I went in the morning, the cafe was closed, so did not patronise the place. Had I known about this cafe, i would have gone there on the 1st day. Perhaps the guesthouse operator could do up a map with information of easily assessible places of interest. This could result in longer stays for free and easy travellers. Pu'er is a well planned town/city. I like it and will recommend others to spend some time there. Most importantly, do stay at this guesthouse. The surrounding tea plantations will recharge you!

Great hotel right at the entrance to the Wenji village. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful, making tea for us in the evening & helping book transport around the mountain & back to Pu’er after check out. Enjoyed my stay there & in the Jingmai Tea Mountain area
