Hotel was relatively clean, although we found mosquitoes on bedsheets, hotel staff explained the bugs might have flew in when door was opened. Also found bugs at the balcony. Staff was prompt when we request to change the linen. Location is further as it is a resort hotel, onsen was nice

這次入住東嶼島酒店的體驗非常好，首先酒店的前台小姐姐服務好，有問必答，態度很好，當時腳磨破了，還提供了創可貼，有任何事情，打前台電話，馬上解決，還有打掃衞生的阿姨也非常盡責，每天過來打掃衞生，屋內乾淨整潔，使這次入住體驗非常棒，在此非常感謝前台的品薇，給我們提供了幫助，下次有機會再去東嶼島酒店，謝謝啦🌷

房間佈局合理，超級乾淨！酒店建築和裝飾是地中海風格，非常適合情侶出遊或帶孩子遊玩，酒店設施齊全，觀海，觀日出，看煙花效果絕佳！工作人員服務一流！雙人魚療項目和游泳池因天氣冷沒有開放。特色下午茶和晚間茶歇很貼人心，早餐非常豐盛，初一早上早餐時，在餐廳裝扮成聖誕長者的工作人員給住店客人挨個的發紅包，絕對是加分項！第二天上午九點半，酒店工作人員帶着住店客人去參觀和講解酒店內的各種熱帶植物，並有小童遊玩，品嚐椰子，採摘椰子，套圈抽獎等等項目，超五星好評！

太棒了簡直，位置沒得説，就在海邊，走在走廊裏都能看到碧海藍天，這種感覺真的很哇塞，房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，下午的時候海邊還排滿跳傘沖浪的人，度假氛圍感拉滿，值得一提的是這家酒店的康養中心非常奈斯，高大上，有專 家坐診，還可以免費體驗一次身體檢查。總之這次的旅行收穫超乎預期，下次還會來哦😊😊

Our recent stay in Chonghai was absolutely epic — the perfect escape and reset from work and daily life. Traveling with my family, this place truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was perfect: spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the balcony with its view made every morning and evening special. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus, with convenience stores nearby and charming little coffee shops along the way. The swimming area was beautiful and relaxing, especially for families. The service deserves special recognition. The receptionists went above and beyond to help us and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The only small disappointment was that I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, and unfortunately, the bathtub wasn’t there. That said, this was the only downside in an otherwise fantastic experience. My kids loved it, I loved it, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for having us and for creating such a warm, comfortable space for families to relax and recharge. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, clean rooms, very close to the sea, the view from the balcony is incredible. Of course, you can hear a cart with a clean belt going from floors to 8:30 in the morning, but this is not a problem. The only thing I didn't like was that the description of the hotel says free parking. The fact that parking turned out to be paid is not a problem. I don't like the guard's attitude. When I drove the car to the barrier, the guard showed me a QR code that I had to pay 10 yuan. I have a question why I have to pay, usually people pay when they leave the parking lot. When I asked why I had to pay, the guard didn't say anything, but just left. He sat on a chair and ignored my questions. I'm a foreigner, but I speak Chinese, and I think it's a huge disrespect to treat customers like that. The boy at the registration desk didn't pay any attention to me until the last moment. He was communicating with my friend who doesn't speak Chinese, and I was standing in front of him, speaking Chinese. I asked him to explain to me why I was asked to pay for parking, but he didn't hear me at all, as if I were speaking in another language, even though I was talking to him in Chinese. Honestly, I didn't like this situation very much. I know that this is an absolutely normal situation when your interlocutor does not understand that you speak Chinese, but in this situation it was as if he did not want to communicate with me because I am a woman and he was talking to my friend, who is a man, although my friend does not speak Chinese. I'm not offended, but it was just unpleasant. I advise you to stay in this hotel there is parking there is a car charger there is an underground parking lot very quiet close to the sea

酒店位置非常好，鬧中取靜，離主街道很近，酒店外面路側停車非常方便，且不收費，酒店前台裝修風格非常有型，酒店特色鮮明。前台服務員業務水平非常到位，細心解答客人的問題。客房面積中規中矩，設施設備簡明實用。巨幕投影儀非常實用，使用方便快捷。寢具乾淨整潔，衞生間無異味。酒店可提供簡單的早餐。性價比很高，值得推薦。贊。

晚上趕路臨時訂的酒店，卻被房間驚艷到啦。手繪的荷花和中國風的佈置很浪漫，不同於常見的現代裝飾，讓人眼前一亮。房間很大，四個人住很舒服，陽台上有茶几，可以邊喝茶邊看海。房間的吧枱和大長桌也很方便小朋友看書。老闆娘有才又熱情好客，下次來海南再住這兒。

衝著投影和智能客控定的 投影不錯，挺大的，看的還是很舒服的 但是智能客控改不了空調，而且調空調的設備在門口，衹能手動去調，很麻煩，沒發揮智能客控的優勢 一進房間就有兩衹蟲子在飛，而且也趕不出去，直到退房的時候都還在，雖然有配電蚊香，但是沒起多大作用 床頭的靠背好臟，而且圓椅也被燙壞了，衞生間一股味，開了通風也沒用，而且沐浴露洗髮水沒了也沒有及時補充 隔音太差，半夜被門外的動靜吵醒，而且太潮了，第二天衣服都潮了

The apartment has a huge balcony with a nice view. It is a bit run down, and there is no hot water. They provide single-use paper towels. The complex has a nice pool, but it is far away from the food, and the sea is the worst in the area. There are electric bikes on the road to use.
