這次入住東嶼島酒店的體驗非常好，首先酒店的前台小姐姐服務好，有問必答，態度很好，當時腳磨破了，還提供了創可貼，有任何事情，打前台電話，馬上解決，還有打掃衞生的阿姨也非常盡責，每天過來打掃衞生，屋內乾淨整潔，使這次入住體驗非常棒，在此非常感謝前台的品薇，給我們提供了幫助，下次有機會再去東嶼島酒店，謝謝啦🌷

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

房間佈局合理，超級乾淨！酒店建築和裝飾是地中海風格，非常適合情侶出遊或帶孩子遊玩，酒店設施齊全，觀海，觀日出，看煙花效果絕佳！工作人員服務一流！雙人魚療項目和游泳池因天氣冷沒有開放。特色下午茶和晚間茶歇很貼人心，早餐非常豐盛，初一早上早餐時，在餐廳裝扮成聖誕長者的工作人員給住店客人挨個的發紅包，絕對是加分項！第二天上午九點半，酒店工作人員帶着住店客人去參觀和講解酒店內的各種熱帶植物，並有小童遊玩，品嚐椰子，採摘椰子，套圈抽獎等等項目，超五星好評！

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The location is perfect—about 500 meters away from the crowded beach area, so it is peaceful but still highly accessible. Because it is slightly removed from the heavy crowds, the property is much cleaner and newer, and we noticed significantly fewer mosquitoes compared to the hotels right on the crowded strip.The amenities are great and offer excellent value for money. There is a washing machine available in the room, which was incredibly useful, though do note there is no dryer. However, the staff was exceptionally accommodating and quickly provided us with plenty of extra hangers when we requested them.

The hotel is good, everything is clean. The view from the window is gorgeous. The area is large, there are places to walk. There is also a swimming pool on site. I recommend

Excellent location, clean rooms, very close to the sea, the view from the balcony is incredible. Of course, you can hear a cart with a clean belt going from floors to 8:30 in the morning, but this is not a problem. The only thing I didn't like was that the description of the hotel says free parking. The fact that parking turned out to be paid is not a problem. I don't like the guard's attitude. When I drove the car to the barrier, the guard showed me a QR code that I had to pay 10 yuan. I have a question why I have to pay, usually people pay when they leave the parking lot. When I asked why I had to pay, the guard didn't say anything, but just left. He sat on a chair and ignored my questions. I'm a foreigner, but I speak Chinese, and I think it's a huge disrespect to treat customers like that. The boy at the registration desk didn't pay any attention to me until the last moment. He was communicating with my friend who doesn't speak Chinese, and I was standing in front of him, speaking Chinese. I asked him to explain to me why I was asked to pay for parking, but he didn't hear me at all, as if I were speaking in another language, even though I was talking to him in Chinese. Honestly, I didn't like this situation very much. I know that this is an absolutely normal situation when your interlocutor does not understand that you speak Chinese, but in this situation it was as if he did not want to communicate with me because I am a woman and he was talking to my friend, who is a man, although my friend does not speak Chinese. I'm not offended, but it was just unpleasant. I advise you to stay in this hotel there is parking there is a car charger there is an underground parking lot very quiet close to the sea

酒店位置非常好，鬧中取靜，離主街道很近，酒店外面路側停車非常方便，且不收費，酒店前台裝修風格非常有型，酒店特色鮮明。前台服務員業務水平非常到位，細心解答客人的問題。客房面積中規中矩，設施設備簡明實用。巨幕投影儀非常實用，使用方便快捷。寢具乾淨整潔，衞生間無異味。酒店可提供簡單的早餐。性價比很高，值得推薦。贊。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful beach view and the location is convenient, close to the town area with many restaurants. We were also honored to be the first guests in their newly designed art room, which was very comfortable and unique. Our trip here was very special, as we came in search of our long-lost relatives with very limited information. We are extremely grateful to the lady boss, who was so kind and helpful. She not only asked around for us but even personally drove us to the village area. Thanks to her generosity and warmhearted support, we were able to find our relatives. This stay was truly unforgettable, and we deeply appreciate her kindness. 这家酒店让我们留下了非常美好的回忆。房间可以看到漂亮的海景，位置也很方便，靠近镇上，附近有很多餐厅。我们很荣幸成为他们全新艺术设计房的第一批客人，房间舒适又有特色。 这次旅行对我们来说意义非凡，因为我们是带着有限的线索来寻找失散多年的亲人。非常感谢老板娘的热心帮助，她不仅帮我们打听，还亲自开车带我们到村里去寻找。在她的热情和善意支持下，我们终于找到了亲人。我们对她充满感激，这次的入住体验令人难忘。

衝著投影和智能客控定的 投影不錯，挺大的，看的還是很舒服的 但是智能客控改不了空調，而且調空調的設備在門口，衹能手動去調，很麻煩，沒發揮智能客控的優勢 一進房間就有兩衹蟲子在飛，而且也趕不出去，直到退房的時候都還在，雖然有配電蚊香，但是沒起多大作用 床頭的靠背好臟，而且圓椅也被燙壞了，衞生間一股味，開了通風也沒用，而且沐浴露洗髮水沒了也沒有及時補充 隔音太差，半夜被門外的動靜吵醒，而且太潮了，第二天衣服都潮了

我要給這家酒店一個大大的好評！管家服務太到位了，房間開好後，介紹入住須知，很容易明白，園區挺大的容易迷路。一進來房間感覺很舒服，衞生方面做得特別好，每個角落都很乾凈。面朝大海的房間風景如畫，陽台就可以看大海，就是陰天不是最美的時候，價格是真的太便宜了，這次住宿體驗很棒！
