酒店位置交通便利，周邊吃飯逛街都很方便。房間佈局合理，採光通風很好，衞生打掃得很徹底，無異味。床品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品齊全，熱水供應穩定。工作人員態度温和，服務貼心，整體入住感受舒適愜意，值得回購。

Location is a few minutes by foot from Shanwei high speed railway station. But it is far from the city center. If given a choice, I would go for a hotel in the city center to be nearer to the attractions. Anyway, the room is very good. It is loft styled, very clean, bright, fresh, and inviting. To stay in the room itself is a pleasure enough. The bed was super comfortable and I had to kick myself to get out of bed. There are two toilets in this room, which was new to me. There are a few shops nearby for meals but other than that, there is nothing else around. I rented a motorcycle to go to the downtown area for sightseeing. Still, it is not really cost effective nor convenient for a tourist like me.

Clean, two restrooms, lots of comfortable furniture, a projector, fast check-in, if you quickly need lemonade, snakes or anything else😏, you can buy it right here in the boxes. I've never seen such thoughtful planning. The shower stall needs some minor repairs. About the train noise, they don't run at night, but in daily time here some noise, but I expect it from apartment 5 minutes from station, for me no problem. And, write to owner in wechat beforehand, then you will not wait

THIS IS MY 3RD TIME STAYING HERE, THIS TIME I FELT MUCH COMFORTABLE DUE HOTEL SUPPORTS A LOT ABOUT MY CHANGING CHECK IN DATE DUE TO ON ARRIVAL FLGIHT WAS DELAY AND I AM NOT ABLE TO CHECK IN ON THE DAY OF MY BOOKING. SO I INFORMED HOTEL AND THEY HELP TO CHANGE MY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT SCHEDULE . VERY SMOOTH DURING CHECK AND EVERYTHING GOES WELL THIS TIME EVEN THERE IS COMMUNICATION PROBLEM BUT TRY TO SOLVE IT IN INTERNATIONAL WAY. SPECIAL THANKS TO THE YOUNG BOY WHO HELP ME TO EXPLAIN IN ENGLISH IN VERY WELL DURING COMMUNICATION WITH STAFFS. I WISH HE WILL BE THE NEW GENERATION OF THE HOTEL OWNER ( AS HE'S ONE OF THE OWNER SONS HERE ) . THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE HERE . SOON I WILL BE BACK AGAIN .

I really love this place -- incredibly spacious and comfy with the couch and the bed and the bedsheets and the pillows all perfect, plus you couldn't ask for a better location if you're traveling to or from shanwei on the train! Recommended highly

Overall is fine, especially on front desk staff, when I report them the problem about the room quality, they will take a prompt action to follow. They would have a room to do improvement on room regular maintenance or daily cleaning to meet the criteria as a Five Star hotel. But service time(14:00-22:00) of indoor swimming pool is not so friendly for guest who wanna to take an exercise during morning. Perhaps it could make some adjustment.

The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. This is my second stay in the hotel and I enjoy staying near the seaside with a lot seafood to enjoy.

這次海邊度假完全被這間海景房驚艷到！180°全景落地窗直麪整片藍海，沒有任何建築遮擋，推開門就是海風。早上不用早起，隨手拍都是大片。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟親膚，隔音很好，夜裡枕着海浪聲入睡格外安穩。老闆人超熱情，給了超多本地吃玩攻略，步行2-2分鐘直達沙灘，出行特別方便。性價比拉滿，治癒所有疲憊，情侶約會首選，已經推薦給朋友，下次再來！

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Artel Xinghai Resort Shanwei Jintingwan! Our family truly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The food was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options that satisfied all our cravings. But the highlight of our trip was definitely the beach. The sand is soft, fine, and impeccably clean – perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. We spent countless hours soaking up the sun, building sandcastles, and enjoying the beautiful seascape. Overall, we highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway. The combination of great accommodations, delicious food, and stunning beach scenery makes it a perfect destination. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.
