The room was roomy and everything was working perfectly. Room and public areas were cleaned. The robot helper was both a blessing and a curse as the voices Cole up the room partners. It would have been perfect if hand and face powers were provided.

very nice hotel ,room is big and very clean ,very beautiful ,there is a large and soft bed ,good service staff ,i feel happy to stay at this hotel ,i will come back again

The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

Nice location in a vibrant neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Friendly staff.

對比多家最終選定這家，果然沒有失望。衞生標準在線，室內空氣清新，床鋪舒適安穩。前台服務真誠靠譜，周邊吃喝玩樂選擇豐富，不管短途出行還是暫住都很合適，已經收藏店鋪，後續還會再來。

酒店地理位置挺好的，不在鬧市區但吃飯很方便，附近有條美食街能不用等位就吃到嵊州當地的特色小吃，品種很多，都是名廚現做的，住的幾天天天吃也不太重樣，太好吃了。房間很寬敞，住得比較舒服的，酒店門口是個大的停車場，車位有點緊張，遇到過一次沒位子了，前台小姐姐讓出了自己的車位給我們。地下停車場聽前台講使用起來挺繁瑣的，客人自己不能免費使用。衞生狀況勉強還行，剛進入房間的時候有點驚訝，咖啡桌和小邊桌上一片油漬，叫來打掃阿姨希望清潔消毒下，但阿姨回話讓用餐巾紙擦擦就行。房間傢俱和床頭我都是自己擦拭的，擦出來很多灰和臟，可以肯定的是房間沒有預先擦過就安排客人入住了，估計衹換了下床上用品而已，奇怪的是居然沒有客房經理檢查？到了晚上吃完飯回房間還看見阿姨沒下班在清潔別的房間，想來工作量是非常大的，沒時間做到細緻規範。

Ramadan is in the quiet location, not far from the center. Breakfast is great and the biggest advantage for me is the pool. I visited this hotel already twice and definitely I will return in future.x

Decent accommodation for the low price. Beds are soft and room was clean. The shower was very good too. Checking-in was a bit slow as a foreigner, but the staff was very nice.

房子比較窄小。 設施基本滿足要求，就是沒有塑膠拖鞋，洗澡不是很方便，就隨便擦洗了一下。 有早餐，比較難得，但食材很簡單，除了粥，山葯、玉米、糕點等都有些冷了。。 房間隔音效果較差，有個房間打牌，搞到半夜。 還有就是這次住酒店運氣實在太差！不僅出去時房卡丟了，而且走時睡褲也拉在酒店了！住了這麼二十多年酒店，這還是第一次碰到！

The hotel in general was nice and good location, my train to Hangzhou was canceled and one of the workers helped me so much to book a taxi and he had helped me to get soap for ourselves as It was missing, the service was more than excellent If I ever come back I know which hotel to use again
