EEmPrWe had the most amazing stay. From the complimentary pick-up/drop off service from/to Huashanbei train station, complimentary drop off at Yuquan Square for the start of our Mount Huashan North peak hike, to pickup from West peak tourist center after our cable car bus ride down. Everything was provided with a friendly smile. Communication was via a translator app as we do not speak or read Chinese but everything was explained to us in great detail. They also helped us purchase the necessary tickets for our Mount Huashan adventure. The accommodations were very new and clean. Both bottled and filtered water (hot and cold) were available in the room. And the A/C worked even though it was only mid April. There is a lovely roof top terrace with a great view of the mountains in addition to a street level terrace where we enjoyed tea and a beer! We enjoyed 2 great meals; dinner and breakfast, the food choices are varied and everything was reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

AAz.IzWe chose to book this hotel due to the positive reviews. The free services (pick-up and drop-off) made everything seem sweeter. When we dropped off at Huashanbei Railway Station, the boss messaged me that the car was waiting for us. True enough, we spotted the car easily. The boss even helped to put our luggage in the car.
Throughout the short journey to the hotel, communication was hard because we do not speak Mandarin and he does not speak English. When we reached, we were brought to a front desk where we were charged for our next day trip to Mount Hua. The lady at the front desk quickly checked us in, gave us the room card & booked our tickets.
The boss then brought us to our room (about 50m walk from the front desk) and showed us the amenities. The hotel on the outside does not look too outstanding. But on the inside, EVERYTHING is wonderful. We got room 8201 with a huge window facing the small lane. No privacy is not a problem as we get to see locals doing their daily life.
As we are Muslims, the boss suggested a Muslim restaurant nearby. We did not go due to being too tired. The next day, our journey to Mount Hua was seamless. Everything was arranged, we were dropped off at the bus area and they explained to us clearly. They even waited for us to have our breakfast first before dropping us.
We are so happy with the service, watching the locals quietly go on with their lives, that we decided to extend one more night. Extending is easy because there is a vacancy for the room we are in. And changing our train tickets is easy too. We are now typing out this review in front of the big window, relaxing.
We love and enjoy everything about the hotel. The good & efficient service, the clean & warm room, the clean toilet with bidet, the clean bathroom with 24 hours hot water to shower, the wash basin with lighted mirror, the beautiful view we get for this room. So much love. Too much that we are sad we have to go back to Xi'an tomorrow.
Highly recommended. Will be booking this hotel when we decide to hike Mount Hua again. Thank you so much for everything you & your staff have done for us during our stay. We really appreciate it and will remember this sweet moment for the rest of our lives.

ЕЕлена 1505Замечательный отель с очень приветливым персоналом. Отель новый, все чистенько, аккуратно, а вид из окна просто потрясающий))) хозяйка подсказала по маршруту в горах, форме одежды, когда лучше пойти. Впечатления только положительные! Также был бесплатный трансфер с жд вокзала и в горы. И спасибо за выданные перчатки с собой, даже не поняли зачем они нужны 😁 но в горах не раз вспоминали с благодарностью)))
Спасибо за отличный отдых 🙏☺️ это место куда хочется вернуться!)

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at the Shanshui Tianyuan Homestay, which was simply a treasure. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and it was particularly practical! Each room is straightforward and the surrounding environment is also very nice. It's particularly quiet at night, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. If time didn't permit, I really wanted to stay for a few more days. Finally, I decided to extend my stay for one more night! The food in their family is also good. Before cooking, the chef will ask us where we are from and then start cooking! The kitchen is also quite clean. The pick-up and drop-off service at the station is very prompt. The front desk will ask us about our arrival time very early. It feels particularly warm and cozy, giving a sense of home! They were also very considerate and gave each of us a pair of labor protection gloves! I won't write more! It's just a ”very good”!

Hotel ini terletak di Daerah Barat. Terdapat restoran berdekatan dan di dalam hotel, dan pakaian mendaki gunung disediakan.
Ada satu lagi yang saya nak 👍🏻suka. Malah bos menyediakan pengambilan dan penghantaran dari stesen, dan ia sangat cekap.

SSteven DowsonStayed two nights in twin room, wanted a double but none available at time of booking. Perfect location a few minutes drive from the highway and west entrance to Huashan where the managers dropped us off and picked us up on the day of our visit. Parking available in front of hotel. Rooms are simple but very clean & comfortable, we liked the water dispenser providing hot & room temperature water, good to see a Chinese hotel thinking about the environment. We stayed on the first floor which is very tastefully decorated (see photo). Shower was not always hot, but that's our only quibble with this hotel that provides excellent value for money. We ate twice in the restaurant, the food is also good value and there's cold beer in the fridge. We had a takeaway breakfast of eggs and youtiao. One warning to Huashan visitors - check the forecast! We were lucky but it started raining heavily the night after our visit and Huashan closes when the weather is bad. Highly recommend this hotel because of the location and very helpful staff. My wife is Chinese so communication not a problem, other foreigners with little or no Chinese would need to use a translate app.

I have traveled to many places, but this hotel was by far the best I’ve stayed at in China! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I was truly, truly surprised. Their level of hospitality is exceptional—they go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels special.
The rooms are immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The service is simply outstanding, always attentive and professional, yet incredibly friendly.
The hotel’s location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the city.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to China. I will definitely be coming back!

SSylvainLÀ l'entrée de la randonnée pour le Mont Huasha, cet hôtel nous a reçus comme de roi. Des chambres propres, climatisées pour un prix très attractifs.
L'hôte nous a même fait un brief sur carte pour la rando, nous a offert des gants, nous a proposé des bâtons de marches et tout cela de manière très sympathique.
On nous a même proposé des services pour nous servir de la nourriture dans notre chambre et avoir un taxi.
Vraiment très accueillant. Je recommande à 1000%.

PPengguna TetamuRoom is spacious and reasonably clean. Bed is comfortable. A family operation, is literally 3-5 mins walk from the Tourist Service Area, where one can purchase the entry ticket and is the entry point to ascend the north peak (including to reach the north peak cable car). If you prefer to hike all the way up instead of cable up, the start of walking trail is slightly more than 30mins walk away but seems like there is a free shuttle bus that would transfer people between this Tourist Service Area and the start of the walk trail. If you come by ”normal” train, you are about 10mins drive away. The husband of the hotel provides a one time service to either pick up or drop off to the train station. I suggest to use it for the latter as you would have hoards of cabbies trying to bring you from station. Currently the area where is the hotel is partially obscured by a major road expansion but don't let the cabby coax you to cancel this booking and move to their recommended hotels in the more touristic ”village centre”. On paper it sounds great but I find most eateries there sell the same choice of food and goods. For food, the wife of the hotel also operates a eatery on the ground floor of the hotel which I find tasty and reasonably priced. Note that this is budget hotel of simple fittings but I personally find of good value for money for a couple of nights after a long day up in the mountain. (I believe parking might be free there too but do check with owner to confirm).
