I have stayed in this hotel multiple times now and I have been beyond satisfied each and every time. Every staff member is friendly and more than willing to help and accommodate. Breakfast and afternoon tea and snacks are included, rooms are clean, and laundry can be done for you with no extra fee. I’ve recommended other family members to stay here as well and we’ll only be coming here every time we visit Wenzhou.

It was a good experience although they should have a shuttle service to the airport. The sound proofing is quite bad but overall was really great.

The hotel facilities are new and complete. The breakfast is delicious, specially Wenzhou flavor , and has the taste of childhood. During the three nights stay, hotel staff solved small problems timely.The room hygiene is excellent. It is the first choice to stay in Wenzhou.

Staffs are very good. They are very helpful and service minded. The room is very clean but the toilet's door is transparent. The location is near to Longwan International Airport. It takes around 10-15 mins to the airport. Hotel is a bit far from restaurants. There is vending machine in the lobby. You can find some beverage and instant noodles.

Overall experience was good. However, the room and common areas are not free of smoking smell.

Stay was perfect. Optimal location for my trip. The staff were really welcoming, the room was clean and neat. Services were really nice too.

I travel to Wenzhou very often for business, and after staying at many Marriott hotels across Asia, I can honestly say that Wenzhou Marriott Hotel is one of the best I have experienced. Just the day before arriving here, I stayed at the Guangzhou Marriott. Last month, I also stayed at the Osaka Marriott and visited the Macau Marriott as well. However, Wenzhou Marriott still stands out as the best among them. Whenever I come to Wenzhou, this is always the hotel I choose. Even when my business partner books a hotel for me, they reserve Wenzhou Marriott, because they know how much I like staying here. But what made this stay especially memorable was the wonderful service from Ms. Bella Liao at the reception. When I arrived on the evening of the 10th, Ms. Bella Liao welcomed me with genuine kindness and professionalism. She thoughtfully upgraded my room and even prepared a beautiful welcome fruit plate, which was a very pleasant surprise. Most importantly, Ms. Bella Liao also carefully helped arrange the airport shuttle for the next morning, making my travel much easier. I had been traveling through Macau → Guangzhou → Taizhou → Wenzhou, so I was extremely tired. Thanks to the warm hospitality from Ms. Bella Liao and the comfortable environment of the hotel, I was able to rest well and return to Korea feeling refreshed. This review is written with 100% sincerity. If you visit Wenzhou, I highly recommend staying at Wenzhou Marriott Hotel, and I hope you have the chance to experience the excellent service of Ms. Bella Liao as well. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

The best: incredibly helpful staff and impeccable cleanliness The most outstanding quality of this hotel is undoubtedly the extremely helpful and attentive staff. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective. Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note. The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles: 1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations. 2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms. In summary: I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.

Staff was a bit overwhelmed  Bedroom floor was dirty and sticky Shower glass had hand prints on it with hair in the flood drain  Mosquitoes in the bathroom and room But the bed sheets was very clean, I was so exhausted from my trip and business so o crawled in to sleep and jumped on the early morning flight the next day.
