走進聽山，有一種回家的感覺。 從大管家到每一位小姐姐，都讓人覺得親切又温暖，沒有距離感。 推開窗，滿眼都是綠色。山泉順着山間緩緩流下，耳邊是潺潺的溪水聲，是真的回到了大自然的感覺。 如果不着急趕行程，很推薦在茶室坐一會兒，喝一杯茶，聊聊天，享受片刻的寧靜與愜意。 一日三餐都是素食，種類豐富，清爽可口，也能感受到用心。 希望很快還能再找時間，回到這裏，“歸家”。

The hotel is in a tranquil area and the view is facing the mountain side thus I had a nice view. The room is nice and comfortable, I like the lotus flower paint on the wall. I was checking if it's a sticker or a painted. I think it's painted. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. What I like about the place is that I can use a washing machine because I stayed for days and it's like almost every week I travel. So using a washing machine is a luxury for me. The place is super clean. If I had a longer duration for my visa. I would stay for a month. There's so many restaurants around, but the vegetarian one is just a shuttle away like 5-10 minutes shuttle ride. Shuttle bus stop is like 2-3 minutes walk only. There's so many temples to go to, very rich in history. The hotel heating is good although I'm not a fan of coal heater I think because when I go out I can smell it. It would be nicer if they could think of something else. I think almost all hotels there, use the same heating method. Although, I'm used to going to cold places without heater so for me it's fine if they don't use but for the rest of their customers, I think they would need it. Almost everything is provided - appreciate it a lot!!! If I will come back again to Mt. Wutai, I would stay in the same place. I think the staff attendant when I was there (father of the hotel manager) is very polite and reliable. I didn't ask for food as I'm vegan, I don't want to bother him to make one for me. Host very attentive, friendly. Offered free bottled water. Food was good too. Rooms very clean. Location close to the bus stop from which you can get everywhere you need. I placed an order from JD, package was received by the reception and given to me afterwards, no problems with that. If you are a foreigner, be very careful with typing in the address because there is another Floral hotel in Wutai.

第一次和朋友出來遊玩選擇來五台山朝拜精心挑選下選到了這家民宿 住完之後有幾點感受 希望可以幫到像我一樣第一次出來玩訂酒店沒有頭緒的人 1：位置非常非常好：民宿往前走幾百米就是廣化寺（大概走3分鐘左右）廣化寺路邊能做免費公交，四通八達的。出了衚衕直接就看到菩薩頂，菩薩頂、顯通寺、羅喉寺、五爺廟、殊像寺。因為在五台山中心地帶所以購物吃飯都方便。 2：衞生特別好，住民宿我非常注意衞生這方面 ，房間整潔清爽，毛巾浴巾是一次性的，有一次性馬桶套。房間通風好，會有淡淡的香味。很安靜，尤其夜裡。 3：服務好，老闆很熱心我們開車過去老闆會教我們怎麼預約車輛，跟我們説我們開出去停在哪裡合適，周邊的哪些寺廟應該怎麼逛，會耐心的給講解，本來做攻略看到很多人説住的店服務人員老闆很兇還感到害怕，結果第一次出來就遇到這麼好的老闆和服務人員、真的非常感動喝幸運。

This is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate . During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day. The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room. The lady boss (who we didn’t meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains. Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

My room was spotless—so clean and fresh, and completely non-smoking, which was a huge plus. I loved relaxing in the bathtub while taking in the view. Breakfast was a solid win with varieties of options, both international and Chinese. My favorite part was the freshly squeezed juice —such a nice touch! The Chinese restaurant downstairs was also great, especially the spicy chicken dish. If you like bold flavors, it's a must-try. The hotel offers four mineral hot bath pools, which looked super clean. They do come at an extra charge, but they seem worth it if you're looking to unwind. Speaking of relaxation, the spa was amazing! The lady massager was incredibly kind, helping me with my lower back pain after a long week of traveling. She even shared a tip—walking backward to ease the pain! The only downside was that during the spring season, there’s no air conditioning. If the room gets a bit warm, you’ll need to open the window for cooler air. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place!

Located near to Taiyuan town bus station. Can walk to the hotel from bus station, or if u tired of walking, can take the public bus from 普化寺 stop to 友谊路口 stop. (FOC, all public bus in Taiyuan Town does not need to pay bus fare). Only one bus stop to the hotel. Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Taiyuan Town temples. Cos, public buses sometimes are packed, Can choose walking if not tired. Traffic jam in the morning too. Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price. The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel. Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park. Thumb up for the hotel services! Thank you! Wholeheartedly recommend this place. It is clean and comfortable, with really modern showers/barhrooms. Additionally - the real highlight - Liu Kaidi couldn’t have been more helpful in helping to organize our trip with us. Amongst other things she: answered all of our questions we had about our hike around Mount Wutai, gave us a route and map, was extremely responsive on WeChat throughout our time in the area. She also allowed us to leave bags during our hike free of charge, helped us book and catch our bus to Taiyuan, arranged our bus to the East Terrace at 3.30am at the start of our hike (waking us up) and gave us a fantastic food recommendation for dinner (even walking us to the restaurant). Our stay would not have even the same without her help and we are so grateful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came to the area.

Ot's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower. The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly. The hotel is also close to the central bus station. The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were. She then helped us to get our partial redunds. And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong. She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away. So top marks for her customer service The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast ) We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel

Nice place I stayed for 4 nights to explore Wutaishan beginning of February. Location: 100m from Jinjie temple (have to walk uphill a bit, it is the same pathway that brings to Daluoding temple), 300m from Dailuoding bus station. No restaurant inside, the closest place to eat is Dico’s at 300m (I have never been there as I prefer a local food), restaurants for both breakfast, lunch and dinner are 1km away. The room is small but ok for one person. The window face an indoor place (the entrance of the hotel and the stairs). The girl at the reception is very friendly and helpful.
