Hotel Xinzhou dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

This is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate . During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day. The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room. The lady boss (who we didn’t meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains. Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Overall: Positive experience with excellent service. Pros: • Service: Staff are exceptionally polite and professional. • Cleanliness: Housekeeping is diligent; rooms are well-maintained and odor-free. • Breakfast: The buffet offers a wide and rich variety of options. • Facilities: The self-service laundry is a great convenience for long-term guests (Note: one dryer was out of order during my stay). Suggestions for Improvement: To better align with international standards, I recommend: 1. Increasing the number of towel sets provided in the room. 2. Standardizing toiletries into small, individual packaging. The current use of various large-brand bottles on the vanity can lead guests to worry they were left behind by previous occupants, which impacts the overall sense of hygiene. A pleasant stay overall. With these small adjustments, the guest experience would be even better!

The hotel is in a tranquil area and the view is facing the mountain side thus I had a nice view. The room is nice and comfortable, I like the lotus flower paint on the wall. I was checking if it's a sticker or a painted. I think it's painted. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. What I like about the place is that I can use a washing machine because I stayed for days and it's like almost every week I travel. So using a washing machine is a luxury for me. The place is super clean. If I had a longer duration for my visa. I would stay for a month. There's so many restaurants around, but the vegetarian one is just a shuttle away like 5-10 minutes shuttle ride. Shuttle bus stop is like 2-3 minutes walk only. There's so many temples to go to, very rich in history. The hotel heating is good although I'm not a fan of coal heater I think because when I go out I can smell it. It would be nicer if they could think of something else. I think almost all hotels there, use the same heating method. Although, I'm used to going to cold places without heater so for me it's fine if they don't use but for the rest of their customers, I think they would need it. Almost everything is provided - appreciate it a lot!!! If I will come back again to Mt. Wutai, I would stay in the same place. I think the staff attendant when I was there (father of the hotel manager) is very polite and reliable. I didn't ask for food as I'm vegan, I don't want to bother him to make one for me. 【五台山住宿首選】花築·堆翠閣民宿 📍位置：景區內，離南山寺、龍泉寺很近，到五爺廟車程10分鐘左右，鬧中取靜。 🏨環境：中式禪意設計，庭院有綠植和小景，夜晚燈光温馨，拍照很出片。房間乾淨整潔，地暖、智能衞浴、零壓床墊都在線，舒適度拉滿。 👩💼服務：老闆和員工超熱情，主動幫忙規劃祈福路線，還提供接送服務，細節很貼心。 🍜餐飲：早餐味道不錯，小米粥和小菜都很合胃口。 整體體驗遠超預期，是五台山之行的意外之喜，強烈推薦給想住得舒服又有氛圍感的朋友！

第一次和朋友出來遊玩選擇來五台山朝拜精心挑選下選到了這家民宿 住完之後有幾點感受 希望可以幫到像我一樣第一次出來玩訂酒店沒有頭緒的人 1：位置非常非常好：民宿往前走幾百米就是廣化寺（大概走3分鐘左右）廣化寺路邊能做免費公交，四通八達的。出了衚衕直接就看到菩薩頂，菩薩頂、顯通寺、羅喉寺、五爺廟、殊像寺。因為在五台山中心地帶所以購物吃飯都方便。 2：衞生特別好，住民宿我非常注意衞生這方面 ，房間整潔清爽，毛巾浴巾是一次性的，有一次性馬桶套。房間通風好，會有淡淡的香味。很安靜，尤其夜裡。 3：服務好，老闆很熱心我們開車過去老闆會教我們怎麼預約車輛，跟我們説我們開出去停在哪裡合適，周邊的哪些寺廟應該怎麼逛，會耐心的給講解，本來做攻略看到很多人説住的店服務人員老闆很兇還感到害怕，結果第一次出來就遇到這麼好的老闆和服務人員、真的非常感動喝幸運。

Checked in after the national day celebration, the beginning of October. It was not crowded and a lot of shops around the hotels were closed including restaurants. The room was comfortable and pretty quiet. Generous free unlimited water bottle supplies throughout the day. Cloth washing and cleaning was very expensive. Breakfast was served with huge variations, including local and western style. Did not manage to visit the five peaks due to snow. The locals were very friendly, including taxi drivers. I was advised the best season to visit Wutaishan is May and June.

民宿超級好！！老闆人超級超級好！會專門接送到民宿的，隨時都會接送，非常貼心，沒有交通不方便的問題，而且房間超級大，裝修的也很好，也很乾凈，運氣超好能訂到，很滿意！

Very Nice Hotel at Center of Taihuai Town, The Owner Are Good and Very Welcoming, The room Very Clean with nice and comfort bedding. Hot shower is good. Many food and store available nearby. Early morning breakfast before pilgrimage, is not a problem, many affordable buffet arround at 15 RMB. If you want to go for 5 terrace pilgrimage, the transport will come to pick at the hotel, because the location is nearby The hotel owner also can help to book for the five terrace trip.

We enjoyed our time on Wutai Shan Mountain a lot. The hotel has a great location and very hard-working owners who try to fulfill every wish and make tour organization and travel easy. I would recommend staying here for your trip to Wutai Shan Mountain.
