Service was wonderful. The ladies at the concierge were always friendly and offered us hot tea whenever they spot us sitting at the waiting area while we wait for our cabs. Breakfast was fabulous. Very tasty with a wide spread of variety. Room was big and clean. There's also a Halal restaurant right next door which also offered good dining options.

Amazing location and I loved the rooftop. They let us use the bqq and later prepared the fire place for us. Absolutely a wonderful experience and super friendly staff.

Being non- Chinese, Yimei Light Luxury Hotel was a bit challenging for me to find, but once I called the posted number, Mr. Wu immediately came to pick me up. The hotel location is pretty good, right smack in the middle of Anshan Town - therefore, everything is within 2-5 minutes in all directions - restaurants, bus stop, live music, ticketing center, coffee shops. The hotel is run by a lovely couple and their 2 kids. The room i had was clean, and everything was in great condition. Toiletries amenities were provided. When I mentioned I was looking for an interpreter to walk around with, WZY, their teen daughter, volunteered. Having her help me navigate crowds and queues made my trip so much smoother. Ms. Zhao even gave me a ride to catch the cable car up the mountain to help me save some time, while Mr Wu arranged for a rightly priced private car for my trip back to Zhengzhou. Oh, and their little boy always had a welcoming smile every time I saw him. He is such a charmer! The personal touch that my hosts provided truly made my trip to Yuntaishan much more special.

環境特別好，場地很大，很多娛樂設施，小朋友玩的特別開心，比爬山開心多啦，今天都沒出去景區玩，在店裡待得很愜意～店裡有餐廳，做的地鍋雞是柴火飯，味道很棒，店裡人都很熱情，接送我們去售票處，服務貼心，已推薦給朋友，下次來還會選擇這裏～退房時還給了意外的驚喜，總之，一切都很棒～😊

The hotel room is very nice . You will have both hot and warm water for drinking from boiling machine. Bed and all facilities also good. The special moment is the owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. He helped us to find taxi to pick up us from Jiaozuo station to the hotel which take about 1 hr by car. Breakfast also fresh making. I would recommended everyone to stay here during there stay at Yun tai shan. Personally Special thanks for his assistance to contact ticket office to refund our cable car tickets.

The location is very good, near the ticket office. The lady at reception desk was very kind and helpful. She helped us with the travel plan in the National Park. We had a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is ideal, and the rooms are of good quality. The front desk staff are proficient in communication and provide excellent service. However, room service is average, likely due to understaffing. Additionally, the room telephone was not functioning, necessitating guests to go to the front desk for assistance. This can be particularly challenging for foreigners facing language barriers. The hotel is situated outside of the town, making it difficult to find a taxi. For guests seeking specific dining options, such as halal food, it is challenging to locate these through online apps, requiring a trip into town. This, coupled with the difficulty in finding a taxi, adds to the inconvenience.

Obviously this is a low cost hotel and expectations need to be adjusted accordingly, but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and how clean it was. This would have been quite an expensive hotel when first opened and while it's showing the signs of its age now, it was still really quite nice. Would definitely stay again.
