🌟 10/10 – Truly a Home Away from Home! 🌟 I absolutely loved my stay at H Hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind and helpful staff, everything was just perfect. Special shout-out to TongTong at the reception...she’s the best of the best! Always so kind, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed. The cleaning staff were amazing too... very humble, friendly, and hardworking. My room was always spotless, towels and toiletries changed regularly, and bins emptied all the time. I also loved the free laundry service... they washed my clothes twice during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone here is so welcoming, especially to foreigners, and they truly make you feel at home. If I had more time, I would stay here forever! I’ll definitely be coming back. Staff was amazing and always willing to help! For what i paid, it is just WOW. Laundry service, gym, modern look and very very spacious. Highly recommend

The location is wonderful because is very close to the high speed train station which is very convenient to travel across provinces. I enjoyed my week here, besides just few mins by walk there are shopping malls for eating, shopping and hangout 😍

As a foreigner I could say that even though they don’t speak English they will try their best to understand you by using translator and you can even get their WeChat and message them their online 24/7..staff are super helpful the service is 10/10 , they clean everyday so cleanliness is up to standard..view is 10/10, location of the hotel makes it a super convenient spot, close to east railway station and pangdonglai 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

The variety of breakfast is good and they also have various healty items. The free late check out was given until 14:00. THe room is spacious. After check out, the staff checked my room to find out my lost item, which, I immediately manage to recover.. Free laundromat is available and the monitor as to how many machines are available can be done from TV screen in the room, which, is very convenient.

We went there for our business meeting and did like the hotel. Nice big room with great city view. Only disadvantage there is no English translation at the room so you don’t know what is included in the price.

I am an American living and working China. I live the amenities and the caring staff at the Hongbao Hotel in Xuchang. A beautiful city should have at least one equally beautiful hotel. Xuchang has several that are nice, but I have really found the Hongbao to be impeccable!

This is a wonderful property! The staff are very friendly and the location works very well for me. My only concern is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I believe it is that way in all of China. I think Hotels should not allow any smoking but short of that, they should designate at least one or two floors as completely, not smoking. Cigarette smoke has been proven to be deadly to both the smoker and those people are around them. It is unhealthy and it just smells bad. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping and the security gentleman outside are all wonderful people and have made me feel very welcome here.
