I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the surrounding environment was quiet and easy to access. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would be happy to stay here again

I had a very pleasant stay at H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) and would gladly choose this hotel again. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Pangdonglai, shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the area itself is quiet and comfortable for rest. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Even with limited English, communication was friendly and effective, which made the stay much easier. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with a modern style. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room was well soundproofed, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and complete amenities. Breakfast exceeded expectations — a good variety of fresh and tasty dishes, suitable for both Chinese and international guests. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was important for work and daily use. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, high service standards, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) for both business and leisure travelers visiting Xuchang.

Staff was amazing and always willing to help! For what i paid, it is just WOW. Laundry service, gym, modern look and very very spacious. Highly recommend

Where to start? What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

When we arrived, reception said our bedroom was upgraded. Very comfortable and bedroom size was spacious. The next day in the evening, we had another surprised. They extend 2 free breakfast and make our stay a memorable one. We were also allowed to extend 1-2hrs more. They were indeed kind and had tried their best to serve their guest well. As a foreigner I could say that even though they don’t speak English they will try their best to understand you by using translator and you can even get their WeChat and message them their online 24/7..staff are super helpful the service is 10/10 , they clean everyday so cleanliness is up to standard..view is 10/10, location of the hotel makes it a super convenient spot, close to east railway station and pangdonglai 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

乾淨整潔，我屬於特別怕吵的那類人，房間和房間之間的間距和隔牆比較遠和厚，不用大半夜聽別人嘮嗑，非常安靜的一晚，長者和小朋友都睡得很香，超出預期！ 寶藏酒店，服務也超貼心，從胖東來買了西瓜回來沒刀切，前台小姐姐幫忙切好了送過來的，非常滿意！下次出來玩還選這家。

這次入住維也納國際酒店，被酒店各類增值服務和前台的貼心服務狠狠圈粉！ 暑期帶着家人出行，剛到前台辦理入住，工作人員全程温柔細緻，有任何疑問都耐心解答。沒想到酒店配套超多暖心增值服務：免費接送胖東來、行李寄存、打印複印、瓶裝礦泉水供應、雨傘借用、充電設備租借，還貼心提供本地遊玩、美食攻略。 出門前向前台諮詢路線、預約接送車，小姐姐條理清晰一一安排；晚上回店想要飲用水、驅蚊用品，前台也立馬幫忙送到客房，事事有迴應。各類增值服務全覆蓋，不用額外花錢就能解決出行各種需求，前台服務熱情周到，辦事高效又暖心，性價比拉滿，來許昌入住首選這家！

I love the hotel. It's new, cheap, good location, close to the bus station, smells nice, modern amenities, staff were helpful and nice. I will visit again and again 💯😍🥰😘

It’s the best in the area conveniently located.  Being somewhat western in preference few things stick out. Remember to bring 300 rmb for deposit  Linen clean. Breakfast is good local food from black fungus to soup. Eggs - boiled or fried are available with toast, yoghurt, fruit and jam.  Room comfortable bit dated, carpets are needed replacing odd stains, under the bed was not cleaned in a while. Pool was under renovation.  Smoking it’s still acceptable so the smoke may be a surprise to non locals. No fridge in the room. Staff happy to organise ice. Best local eatery is left out the main door in the parking lot from 6pm good street food ask for cold beers.
