FfaithlmfDidn't take much photo of the room we booked but it was excellent. It's located right next to a mall and there were plenty of food selection. The room was squeaky clean and spacious. They also offer free laundry service. Breakfast at the hotel is affordable serving fresh food but not much variety.

CColleen2025I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious and spotless, which made it feel very comfortable and relaxing. The overall service was excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was polite and attentive. The front desk team, in particular, was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.
The breakfast was also a highlight—there was a good variety of food, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start the day.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great service.

PPengguna Tetamu間房的空調修理過了，換個空調機主板了，衹有温度可以調。其他都調不了，風量是最大風的，也是最大聲的，比我家78年的紅運台式風扇還大聲。
一晚的耳朵都是呼呼的風聲。睡不好，根本睡不好。反感

PPengguna TetamuAs a foreigner, I have limited experience as to how Chinese Hotels are like. But this one ranks, in my opinion, towards the top.
The best element was the staff. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful when I arrived yesterday evening, not hesitating to use translating apps to make sure I would understand everything. To them: good job, continue so on! But the other staff were just as friendly. For example, the breakfast ladies were always attentive at the, quite frankly, numerous guests - ready to help at any moment's notice.
And there are a lot of small quality elements adding up to the nice stay: the room has a larger TV, the shower is grand, the seats at the breakfast were very comfy, the breakfast in itself was varied and constantly filled up, there is a laundry room, the location is very central, ...
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever visit Yulin.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is near to train and bus station. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, even so kindly offer us a free ride to the nearest bus station. However, we did not enjoy the stay because the hotel is filled with cigatette smell all the time. Besides, the cleanliness has much to improved.. Both my pillows have stain on the pillow sheet.

PPengguna Tetamu這次入住體驗完全超出預期，是近期旅行中最舒心的一次，必須給這家酒店滿分好評！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，全程都能感受到貼心周到的服務與優質舒適的環境，不管是設施配置、衞生狀況還是服務態度，都無可挑剔，讓人住得安心又愜意。
酒店的環境真的太加分了，整體裝修簡約大氣又不失格調，公共區域乾淨整潔、佈局合理，燈光柔和温馨，沒有絲毫嘈雜感，不管是大廳休息區還是走廊過道，都打理得井井有條，隨處可見精緻的裝飾，氛圍感拉滿。酒店周邊交通便利，鬧中取靜，既能輕鬆抵達商圈景點，又能遠離喧囂，入住期間能享受安靜的休息環境，睡眠質量直接拉滿。
再説説設施，配置齊全且嶄新完善，完全滿足出行住宿需求。房間裏床品柔軟舒適，床墊軟硬適中，躺上去疲憊感瞬間消散；空調、電視、高速WiFi等設備運行流暢，使用起來毫無問題。獨立衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質在線，熱水供應充足且出水穩定，還有貼心的收納空間、辦公桌椅等細節設計，不管是休閑度假還是出差辦公都十分合適，每一處設施都能看出酒店的用心。
衞生方面更是讓人無可挑剔，房間打掃得一塵不染，地面、桌面乾淨整潔，床品、毛巾、浴巾都是全新更換的，潔白無污漬，觸感柔軟乾淨。衞浴區域沒有水漬、毛髮，洗漱台、馬桶擦拭得鋥亮，角落衞生也處理得十分到位，完全沒有衞生死角，看着乾淨整潔的房間，入住心情都變得格外愉悦，對注重衞生的旅客來説太友好了。
最讓人暖心的是酒店的服務，從前台辦理入住開始，工作人員就熱情禮貌、效率超高，耐心解答出行問題、主動幫忙拿行李，態度温柔又專業。入住期間有任何需求，工作人員都能快速響應，及時幫忙解決，服務細緻又貼心，全程沒有絲毫敷衍。客房服務也十分到位，打掃及時、服務周到，處處能感受到賓至如歸的温暖，讓人倍感舒心。
總而言之，這家酒店各方面都做到了極致，環境優雅、設施齊全、衞生乾淨、服務貼心，性價比超高，完全是閉眼入住都不會踩雷的選擇。下次再來本地，一定會首選這家酒店，也真心推薦給所有出行的朋友，這樣高品質的住宿體驗，絕對值得大家選擇！

SSamantha SHWe book several rooms, few rooms had smoke smell, i think hotel needs to seriously consider to implement no smoking policy that they claim.
However, other than the smoke smell, overall the hotel is alright, just i feel the staff are not as good as other JI hotels.

出行比較方便。房間衞生狀況良好，床品乾淨整潔，基本設施齊全，能滿足短期住宿需求。前台服務態度尚可，辦理入住和退房效率較高，沒有出現拖延情況。
房間隔音效果較差，走廊和隔壁的聲音容易傳入，影響休息。部分設施略顯陳舊，比如浴室的水壓不穩定，偶爾出現水温忽冷忽熱的情況。此外，雖然提供了免費Wi-Fi，但網速較慢，對於需要遠程辦公的客人不太友好。早餐種類偏少，口味也較為普通，性價比不高。
總體來説，新西里酒店適合對住宿要求不高、預算有限的旅客。如果酒店能在隔音和設施維護上稍加改進，體驗會更好。
