一家人來寧夏旅遊，第二天準備去沙坡頭玩，選擇在沙漠住還是市區住，糾結了很久，最終選擇在市區選擇了這家酒店，酒店很不錯，在入住前就有管家特意聯繫，問是否需要免費接機或者接站服務，得知需要之後，也是立馬安排的司機，一進大廳就感覺到了工作人員帶着熱情，辦理入住也非常的迅速，房間衞生乾淨整齊，空間合適，最主要的是，這家酒店在市區周邊，不像市區內吵鬧，可以睡個好覺，而且早餐到11點鐘才結束，相當於午餐了，不用早起，怕錯過早餐，並且是兩點鐘退房，對我們一家人出來旅遊的太友好了，酒店很不錯，值得五星好評

Stayed 1 night late August. 24kms and ¥40 taxi ride from ZhongweiNan fast train station. The area used to be a farm on a bend of the Yellow River. There are numerous accommodation areas, all looking similar. Apparently, one person owns all, and rents out clusters to various entities. Ours had a restaurant, but it wasn't open. For dinner and included breakfast, we went to the first restaurant on the right as you enter through the security gate from the carpark. Peaceful part of the world. Facility had a nice little pool, but water was too cold. Too dangerous to swim in the river. As you face the river, we walked right to a glamping area and had a cold beer. There is a petting zoo type deal on the way. To the left, you eventually climb up to a mini version of the great wall. Keep walking, for a side track to the river, or up to a little pavilion after crossing a road. + points, well set up, peaceful and secure. - points, zero English and most frustrating experience I've had in China even with apps both ways. We all travel with a price to quality/experience ratio. In this instance, far too high, and I wouldn't be back or recommend this place

隨便定的民宿，太棒了！完全超出預期！ 在黃河邊森林裏的美式小木屋，配備豐富的露營裝備，房間內用品都是品牌的，尤其誇一下他們的洗護特別好用，退房時問了説是澳洲的牌子。 房間裏衞生很好，露營氛圍給到滿分，兩張1.5米的大床足夠睡四個人，天氣好的話應該出門就可以看星空！完全滿足城市人淺嘗露營體驗的需求！

We had an absolute amazing time here at the Desert Camp 🐪 the staff were very helpful and we were able to do many activities the site provided. Side Note: the address on trip is not accurate, you should call the camp before you travel to help you with directions.

酒店的房間寬敞明亮 衞生乾淨整潔 前台接待美女 熱情甜美 看見6層客房的服務員 工作認真 打掃房間非常細緻 問房間的窗簾、電視怎麼開 放下手裡的活 就過來幫助 還主動詢問 是不是需要飲用水 看着她忙碌的身影 真有點不好意思 酒店設施完善 花灑出水強勁 也喜歡酒店這樣的格局 尤其布草邊緣的綉花太愛了 早餐品種多樣 菜品隨時補充 每個服務員都非常有禮貌 真的是無可挑剔 有機會再來 一定還會選擇這裏

The hotel is very convenient as it is inside sha po you yellow river park. You can enjoy the view while taking your meal at the restaurant which is next to the yellow river. At night can walk around the park while the rest of the tourists leave the place. It is like the whole park is yours. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Food wise is more traditional/local Chinese food. Foreigners may not be used to it. Hotel is very clean as welll. They have complimentary breakfast and dinner, welcome fruits and afternoon tea. overall the hotel is great!

整體來説還是比較值得住的一家酒店，酒店的設計、環境和硬件我都很喜歡，房間也不錯，我訂的是帶泡池的房型，衞生做得也很好。 但服務和管理確實是比較明顯的短板。入住當天滿房，大堂本身不大，人很多，剛到停車場的時候也衹有一位大爺在忙，找人拿行李都找了一會兒，明顯能感覺到人手不足。辦理入住時也沒有太多主動介紹，基本都是我問了以後工作人員才告訴我。整個過程和我以前住過的一些同定位酒店相比，服務的專業度還是有比較明顯的差距。 餐廳也是類似的感覺，工作人員態度其實都不差，但服務比較生疏，餐飲整體一般，不過晚上的牛肉串意外地很好吃😂。反而是酒店裡一些大爺大媽做事很勤快，一直在打掃、忙前忙後。所以住下來我的感覺不是員工態度有問題，而是整個酒店在人員配置、培訓和管理上還沒有跟上硬件。 這一點其實挺可惜的，因為酒店本身真的做得不錯。 值得特別表揚的是酒店的活動，講解非常認真也很專業，這部分體驗很好。再加上沙漠本身的環境和星空，對於專程來體驗沙漠的人來説，我覺得還是值得住。 如果單看設計、房間、衞生和整體環境，我是很喜歡的；如果後期能把管理和服務的專業度提升起來，整個酒店的體驗應該會好很多。

A friendly lady host who fetched us from Zhongwei South railway station to the entrance of the campsite for a fee, 60 yuan. The next day we paid her another 60 yuan transportation fee to our hotel in Zhongwei city. At the entrance, another 4WD vehicle fetched us to and from the campsite which is less than two minutes away from the main entrance. This campsite has about 107 camps, 20 or so wooden chalets and also 20+ VIPs private individual chalets. We booked a two-beds camp to experience the night stay in the desert. The camp was clean and met our expectations. The shared bathrooms & toilets were also clean. The only setback was the unstable flow of the hot water, and we have informed the host about it. Breakfast served was adequate.

Excellent service! The staff really cared about us. Rooms did not smell, beds were comfy. Rooms were not upright dirty but also not very clean. Cleanliness was average

My friend and I stayed at the campsite for two nights and had a wonderful time. We come from the United Kingdom and do not speak Chinese so there was a language barrier. However, despite this the staff were very helpful and patient, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The location itself is very nice. The sand dunes are very impressive and fun to climb on. The food was lovely, especially the scrambled egg with tomatoes and cucumber salad. The campsite provides many fun activities. We particularly enjoyed the kareoke and the dice games we played with We Bon and the others. They also had other games for children which we enjoyed even though they are not designed for our age group😹. Altogether we would highly recommend staying at this place. Our only slight complaint would be concerning an external activity we did which was the go carting. We paid 80 yuan for one lap in the car which felt like a scam😹. So we would not recommend that activity. Another honourable mention would go to the taxi driver who was very lovely and showed around many activities with a lot of patience. Lastly we hope to have a rematch arm wrestle when we come back, and also that the younger guy finds love soon😂🫰🥰
