Nice location in Little Tokyo of Düsseldorf. Friendly staff. Clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was good and you have many choice. Nice bar and the have family board games.

Fuss free check-ins and can’t complain about the rooms - it was sufficient. They do offer earlier breakfast hours (4am onwards) but I did not take them so I don’t know how it is this might be helpful for those going for early flights! Location is near the airport but far from everything else tho it is a small city after all. Quite affordable option nonetheless and had a smooth check-in experience.

Nice, clean hotel in a very convenient location. There is an ironing board and a kettle with instant coffee, tea, sugar and sweetener available in the room. There is also a very well functioning AC and blackout curtains. The room was spacious, with a double bed(with a single double mattress), safe, TV, coffee table and an armchair. The hotel is located a walking distance from the central station. There are multiple shops and restaurants nearby. Included complimentary breakfast is nice and has variety(though no vegan options, other than fruit/veg), mainly consists of cold cuts and cheeses, but also has eggs, breads, yoghurt, cereal, fruits+veg, and drinks. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to requests. There is free luggage storage, but I was able to check in before 3pm as the room was available.

Comfortable and welcoming hotel with a friendly, helpful staff who make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The location is excellent—conveniently situated for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport links. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and comfortable stay. Breakfast is varied and tasty, with fresh options to start the day well. Overall, a pleasant experience and a great choice for both short and longer stays.

location is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

I've been here a few times now and it's the only hotel I'll stay at, it's very very nice the staff are great very welcoming. The room was nice and cosy bed super comfortable.

Hotel is good, room service is nice, staff is kind. Facilities are generally in a good condition. Unfortunately, it only has one elevator, so, please avoid to use it during the peak hours. Also, dining hall is quite small, you may have to sit outside at the bar area. 😂

unfortunately, they do not have a gym and also do not offer any discount at nearby gyms. Staff is very friendly, and breakfast is good as usual at NH collection hotels.

뒤셀도르프를 일년에 3번은 가게되는데 벌써 3번째 숙박을 하게되었습니다. 해당 호텔에서 제공하는 전기차 충전 혜택과 친절한 안내에 대한 부분이 가장 마음에 듭니다. 또한 지난번 숙박시 호텔 리셉션에 있었던 동유럽 계열의 여자분께선 상당히 불친절했었는데 이번 호텔 방문했을때는 해당 직원이 없었고, 친절한 남성분들이 계셔서 안내를 잘해주셔서 감사했습니다. 올겨울에 한번더 가야할 일이 있어서 다시 들를 예정이며, 앞으로 뒤셀도르프 숙박시에는 해당 호텔만 방문할 것입니다.

Good Location! Next to train station. Very convenient to visit Berlin. Room is large enough and comfortable. Have refrigerator. Haha it is very important if you visit Berlin’s in summer time. Breakfast really yummy! Staff is nice and friendly. I will recommend my friend to choose this hotel.
