The guesthouse has a beautiful design and decoration. The location is great, just near Füssen Old Town. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a kettle, and she kindly provided us with cups and tea bags. Even when we accidentally broke a cup, she handled it very kindly. We are truly sorry and very thankful for the hospitality. They also provide bathrobes and towels for the free sauna, which was a nice touch.
Our room was very spacious, with a small living room and bedroom. The highlight was the long balcony with a peaceful view. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I loved waking up to the morning sun in the room. There is also air conditioner & heater in the room & bathroom which is very good to control room temperature. Water heater& water pressure in bathroom was good too. We really wished we could stay longer!
Breakfast was a nice European selection with good variety. On-site parking is €5, which is reasonable, but it would be even better if it was free for guests.
Thank you for everything – it felt so warm and welcoming to stay here. We would love to come back again!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI would recommend this hotel. The hotel very peaceful, I like it. At first floor also have a restaurant. But here have no elevator so please careful to request high floor if you have a big luggage 😅 The staff so kind and nice to give you advice and always take care. This hotel have a good area not faraway from train and bus station. You can get the free tickets to use public transport in the city and leave your luggage to explore the city before check-in time.

__TX***ypBeautiful little hotel with a tasteful interior design. The breakfast was incredibly diverse and offered options for every diet including gluten free, dairy free and vegan options.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious
The bakery included in the hotel offered a vast selection of different cakes and other baked goods, which all looked very appealing.
We loved the little house-made chocolates we got as a farewell gift.

CChoi TYThe hotel is located right next to the main train station, just 100 m distance away. There is also a large convenience store just below the hotel, which open till 8:00pm.
The old town and St Mang museum is within walking distance. The hotel (as with all other hotels in Fussen) provide a transportation card which cover free bus transfer from the bus terminal (outside the train station) to the Castles' ticket center, which is just 10-15 minutes from Fussen. The bus schedule is available from the reception upon request. Taxi is also quite cheap and a good option if between 2 - 3 persons. Taxi stand is near train station as well.
The room are of average size though the toilet is quite small. Breakfast is also average but adequate. May be quite crowded.
Take note that you need to hang the ”Clean Room” sign on the door daily, if not the room may not get tidy up.
Will be a good option for travelers staying just for 1 or 2 nights with plan to visit the castle due to the close proximity to the train station and bus terminal.

FFeipaodebenma有地下停車場，能停20輛車，需要提前預訂車位。或者，停在店員指定的其他停車場。我們實在累，酒店就放了張允許停車的條子，讓我停在門口臨時停車位上了。
酒店到新天鵝堡大概6公里，開車到售票處最近的7號停車場，也就10分鐘。
房間比國內標準間要大一些，35平米吧。2張1米5寬的床。床很輕，可以自己挪一下，拼成一張超大床，2大2小，沒問題。有洗漱用品、拖鞋。給前台打電話，可以送燒水壺來。衞生間乾濕分離，再加一個小小浴缸。房間門上和地上印有巴伐利亞公主瑪麗亞王后的頭像，也就是茜茜公主的親姐妹。
一樓有早、晚餐，晚餐菜單基本都是德文。看不懂，衹能讓店員推薦了。對於孩子，有漢堡和意大利麪就行了。
有個小夥子前台，特別好，很熱情，口頭語是easy。本來門口不讓停車，他讓停了。本來攜程應該是溝通好住2大2小，但不知為什麼酒店訂單系統上標註的是2大1小，他也讓住了。

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel has a superb location, right in the heart of the old town — perfect for exploring nearby attractions and enjoying the local atmosphere. However, cleanliness could be improved, as some areas did not feel as spotless as expected.
My room was on the 4th floor, near the exhaust fan, which caused cooking smells to drift in. This made it less ideal to open the window for fresh air, but the hotel thoughtfully provided a fan for ventilation.
The staircase is quite narrow, so carrying large luggage can be inconvenient. Overall, it’s a convenient stay for its excellent location, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and ventilation.

YYAU KAI MANwe are business travellers and during Sunday in Europe, so we choose to visit the Neuschwanstien and this hotel is just few kilometers nearby.
The room is easy to check-in, clean and quiet. There's many restaurants around so there's no problems for eating

PPengguna Tetamuhe hotel itself looked nice at first, but the overall experience was honestly disappointing. Communication between the staff was very poor, especially regarding luggage storage and check-in information. No one clearly explained where we needed to go, so my friend and I had to drag our heavy suitcases around in the rain while trying to find the correct building by ourselves. It was extremely inconvenient and exhausting after a long journey.
The room was acceptable, but the service did not feel welcoming or professional. Some basic information should have been explained properly from the beginning to avoid confusion and unnecessary stress for guests.
The location may be convenient for some travelers, but because of the poor organization and lack of support from the staff, I would probably not choose to stay here again.
