PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

and not so far away of train station🚆near also of supermarket..they have a mall near at train station..the location is good for the travellers..
the front desk is superg good..they are kind..and no hassle to check in and check out..
recommended hotel...

PPengguna TetamuOverall nice hotel, fitness room is not equipped with weights. Cleaning ladies were very rude barged into our room while the do not disturb sign was hanged to make us leave earlier before checkout

MMinI stayed there for one night. The hotel is in a good location ,right next to the city. It's a clean hotel and the service (front desk) were very friendly. There is not enough parking place in fron of the hotel (10 Eur/night parking fee). But they also have a small underground parking place on the other side of the hotel (must drive around). The parking fee for the underground was 4 or 6 Euro ,if I remember correctly. The decoration is not the best and looks a bit old. But for a short staying good enough. If you need a teeth brush ,you must ask the fornt desk. I didn't had a breakfast ,so I don't know if it's good. In total it was alright.

The room is huge compared to other hotels where you would pay even more money. Located near everything. Staff super friendly.
You can take a water bottle at the reception (made out of glass) and refill it with normal water or mineral water at the reception.
Totally recommend it!

PPengguna TetamuLocated on the other side of the main area, but still extremely close. Clean, easy check in, nice room with screen mirroring for Android to watch your own shows. The shower was slow to drain. Would come here again.

PPengguna TetamuDas Hotel liegt super, wenn man, wie in unserem Fall, auf ein Konzert auf der Piazza geht. Außerdem war es sauber und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Leider hatten wir keine Handtücher am Zimmer. Und bei der Buchungsbestätigung hat es so ausgeschaut, wie wenn das Frühstück inkl. war, war es aber laut Rezeptionisten nicht. Und ich wusste es nicht mehr, das es schon eine Zeit lang her war als ich das Zimmer gebucht hatte.
Alles im einen war der Aufenthalt aber echt gut. Danke.

PPengguna TetamuRooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant.
They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers.
Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

PPengguna TetamuBed and comforter were quite comfortable for a good night sleep. Air conditioning was fine.
However, if you don’t own a car, the location is not really good; The hotel is located in an industrial area with many trailers and trucks. The nearest bus stop is situated 10 mins away, so I was pretty anxious to walk to and fro between the bus stop and the hotel, especially when it’s dark. (And the bus comes hourly on weekends.)
For the room: It would have been better, if a kettle was provided.
