Hotel Giza dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Очень даже неплохой отель, пусть сама улица на которой он расположен не самая красивая , но отель , комнаты и сервис мне понравились. Интерьер , современный, все работает, чисто , предоставляются тапочки, полотенца, фампунь и др одноразовые принадлежности. Есть чайник холодильник, вода , чай кофе предоставляется. Отдельной похвалы заслуживает вид на пирамиды 🥰 завтрак также входит в проживание , завтрак слабенький но можно что то выбрать. И рядом есть магазин и кафе. Работники отеля очень заинтересованы в комфортном безопасном пребывании гостей, спасибо им 🙏

The hotel was beautiful - more than a hundred years of history nestled beside the pyramids! Pyramid view daily was real! One point to note was the good service of the buffet staff at the restaurant. The buffet was clearly not catered to the Asian palette despite so many Asians (Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, Malaysians, Singaporeans, ********* and hongkongers) staying at their hotel. Their variety at the lounge was terrible too (catering mostly Indian food as they have only an Indian and Italian restaurant on site). I suggested that the variety of food should cater to the guests at the hotel. When there are more Indian guests by all means increase the Indian variety but when they are Asian guests, increase the Asian varieties. Wageh (the manager) took my suggestion and asked me what would he preferred. I said a simple egg fried rice with cabbage and a simple chicken fried noodles would capture the hearts of Asians. He changed the menu for the next couple of mornings and the Asian section got wiped out! He’s really a rare gem that would listen to feedback and work on it. He was so happy when the food was finished and he had to get the chef whip up more! Amazing attitude there! I hope the hotel would give him the best employee award. One point to note. The staff (the lady at the counter and the chef) at the lounge were terrible. They gossiped behind our backs and were glad we were gone. Excuse me, we have a translation app on the phone that captures every conversation spoken. WE KNOW WHAT YOU WERE SAYING. So unprofessional and I hope the hotel gives them a warning and ethical education to be better people.

Very friendly, thoughtful and helpful staff, rooms are immaculately clean. Restaurants are among the best I’ve ever eaten in. It was my birthday during my stay and they even delivered a birthday cake to my room. Would definitely recommend this place to stay. His was my view from a Nile River Room with king bed and balcony

Un buen lugar para estar cerca de las pirámides con unas vistas privilegiadas. El staff muy amable y simpático (gracias Ahme y muhamed) El desayuno en la azotea genial, repetitivo, pero agradable. Las habitaciones cuidadas y limpias. No esperes un hotel europeo al uso, estás en Egipto. Está ubicado en una tercera planta, en la zona de hoteles, que es bastante marginal. La única pega es pensar que tiene piscina y no es así. Está en el hotel de enfrente y nos pidieron 10$ por persona x día por usarla. Nos parecio una broma... Muy aconsejable para visitar pirámides y el gran museo egipcio, por un par de noches, no más. El barrio es penoso.

The hotel is ducked in an alley but that's the only drawback if you want to mention any. All the other aspects of this hotel are fantastic. It's walkable from the nearest busy road where shops and restaurants are plenty. I felt the Egyptian vibe, the moment I entered the hotel reception where one can find the hospitable concierge service on the desk. The room is clean and well maintained. Talking about the restaurant which is located at one floor atop the hotel, it has got a very nice and magnificent view of the great pyramids of Giza. I was greeted with a welcome drink the day I checked-in and the next morning offered a fantastic breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Giza and worth every penny spent on this hotel

The room was absolutely lovely, spacious, good air con, nice sized bathroom. The noise from the street is very loud, good earplugs are helpful. The location to the Pyramids is fantastic, and having breakfast overlooking them is great. On the one occasion we had breakfast, it was very good. Although breakfast was good on the day we had it, it took a very long time for it to be served. We attempted breakfast on the 2nd morning, but no one was there to serve us, so we gave up. We asked for earplugs due to the volume of the street noise, which were kindly provided, but had to chase to get them and waited for an hour for them to arrive. The room is beautiful, location great for the Pyramids, but some work on customer service, and service in general is needed.

Hotel is nice, staff is very polite and happy. Beautiful rooftop terrace with pyramid view is fantastic. Breakfast every morning with pyramid view is something special, you can relax there and start your day with tasty Egyptian food. They also organise private tours to city and attractions, laundry service and other support, easy and fun. Special thanks to amazing/mysterious Egyptian woman in black dress, she did clean my room perfectly every time and offered tea and juice at lobby many times when i was sitting there, your smile make many people happy. 😇 Thank you. 🙏

Персонал очень хороший: и на ресепшене, и мальчик в ресторане (хоть и язык плохо понимает). Завтраки хорошие. Вид в ресторане заслуживает отдельного внимания. Египетская сыр и колбаса - это невыносимо отвратно. Но вкусной колбасы я Египте я не видел нигде. Я забыл сфотографировать номер внутри, но мой супериор с видом на пирамиды был шикарным. Все новое, эстетичное. Было все, что нужно, однако меня расстроило отсутствие утюга во всем отеле. Расположение вообще отличное - до пирамид и музея при желании можно было дойти пешком минут 15-20. Да, надо перебегать 12 полос оживленного шоссе - но без этого в Египте не выжить.

직원 엄청 친절함 룸도 깔끔하기도한데 특히 카운터 직원이 정말정말 친절함 다시 돌아간다면 그 직원 때문일듯. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was clean, but what stood out the most was how exceptionally kind the front desk staff were. If I ever come back, it’ll probably be because of them

Excellent customer service and the location is perfect. 1 min walk to pyramid of giza ticket office. The hotel is good and the staff was very helpful and friendly especially Jabeel(manager ) who made us very comfortable. Breakfast is ok but the view of the pyramid is amazing. Dinner is expensive but u pay for the view not the food. Overall excellent place to stay...
