PPengguna TetamuExcellent 4 days with my girlfriends. Arrived early, at the hotel they promptly adjusted our arrival and allowed us to leave our heavy luggage, in storage. Always friendly helpful with a smile. Highly recommended value for money. A**osphere everything we desired.

PPengguna TetamuUne bonne nuit dans ce petit hôtel, situé à Vilaflor, petite ville très mignonne dans laquelle il faut se promener et se perdre dans ses petites ruelles. Tantôt au dessus tantôt au dessous de la mer de nuages.
L’hôtel est harmonieux et divisé en 3 secteurs.
Les parties communes sont très jolies. Il y a aussi une zone solarium et des appareils de sport en extérieur.
La salle de restaurant annoncé ne fait que le petit déjeuner qui s’achève malheureusement à 9h30, ce qui est, à mon sens, un peu tôt. Le choix est assez restreint, et même si l’on croise une personne très polie, il n’y a rien de plus à attendre. À noter que quelques fruits sont produits par la Finca (poire, pommes)
Les chambres vu océan sont orientées vers la mer mais pour atteindre sa terrasse, on longe toutes les autres, ce qui peut gêner un petit peu l’intimité. J’étais tout au bout cela m’a moins dérangé.
Les chambres sont modernes et design, la mienne disposait d’un grand lit très confortable. Quoi que poser sur deux sommiers distincts, ce qui crée un léger creux au milieu. Bon équipement (bouilloire, frigo, grande télé…). La salle de bain est dans la même veine, avec une jolie décoration blanche et noire. Malheureusement, lors de mon séjour, l’eau était froide le soir et à peine tiède le matin.
L’accueil est correct et il y a quelqu’un toute la journée. Il est possible.
Une jolie adresse.

PPengguna TetamuIt is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it.
We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉.
Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill.
We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck.

PPengguna TetamuWe loved the location and apartment. The apartment had great, thoughtful touches like a bottle of water chilling in the fridge and washing-up liquid and sponge under the sink.
The pool was fantastic and we loved hiring the fancy day beds around the pool.
The only thing we weren’t sold on was the small cafe/bar, it smelled like a grease and smoke. The iced coffee was lovely and the staff were fabulous. The cleaners were out every morning cleaning the entire pool area throroughly. We enjoyed the snooker table too for €1.50

PPengguna TetamuIt's been 15 years since my last trip to Tenerife and the comments below are based on international five star hotel experiences around the globe.
So here's what I experienced on this reservation:-
Positives
1.Check in / out process fast and professional.
2.Direct beach access via the pool area.
3.Breakfast buffet with internal and external seating choices was excellent.
4.Evening entertainment between 21:00 and 23:00 Hrs was good.
Negatives
1. Allocated R3101 upon arrival and entered to find the bath tub was extremely dirty and required
solvent cleaning to remove large accumulation of water scale dirt around plug area (Approx 200mm
in dia).
Root cause of this problem is a leakage from the shower hose connection which remains to be fixed.
2. TV was on and could not be turned off. This was rectified by Maintenace changing the batteries within
the remote control.
3. Sink plunger mechanism was broken and I was shown how to remove the plug on a daily basis once
housekeeping cleaned the room.
4. Locking mechanism on the balcony sliding door is broken and extremely hard to open / closed.
5. Only one, yes one pool towel provided / guest at the pool via a plastic card that you are required to
exchange at the pool towel bar. If you forget this card it's a return trip to the room.
General Travel Tips.
1. Taxi from TFS Airport to hotel cost 25 Euro each way.
2. Hard Rock Cafe located next door (£££).
3. Great Italian, Thai, Japanese and British restaurants located on the second floor off
the shopping complex across the road from the hotel (££££)

PPengguna Tanpa NamaEl hotel nos ha encantado. Tiene una cama grande. Cocina con electrodomésticos. pero lo mejor el jacuzzi q es muy grande.la piscina está también muy bien . El desayuno fueron 10€ a parte, y me pareció que estaba bien. En general Recomendable.
Lo único q no nos gustó es que se nos quedó una bolsa con ropa y en vez de llamar a avisar la sacaron de la bolsa y no hubo forma de recuperar todo el contenido xq ya estaba mezclado con otras cosas

JJavier04L'ambiance de cet honnête reste familial. Simple mais convivial. Comme ds tous hôtel il y a des points positifs et d'autres négatifs.
Les points positifs :
- à 10 minutes de l'aéroport,
- à 15 minutes des plages touristiques playa Los Americas ou celle des Christinos, et de l'ambiance ”vacances” des villes comme Costa Adeje,
- pas mal de places pr se garer aux alentours (attention : parking de l'hôtel 7€)
- soirées à thème chaque soir, en mode ”camping paradis”,
- les cocktails du barman : top et large choix. Prix raisonnables.
- La taille des chambres, spacieuses et pratiques pour une famille.
- Le personnel de la réception, sympa et arrangeant. L'un des réceptionniste maîtrisait un peu le français ce qui a été un plus mais les autres, dont Javier, sont très sympas.
- La piscine : non chauffée certe mais on s'y fait vite une fois dedans et elle est suffisamment grande, je trouve... Peu profondes 1,40m au max, appréciable des familles. Juste un bémol, les gens incivilisés laissent traîner leurs mégots ds les jardinières, ce qui est dommage.
Les points négatifs, oui il y en a qd même un peu 🙄.
- Peu d'excursions Nature autour de l'hôtel...
- La déco est très soignée et jolie dans l'entrée, les patios, l'espace piscine mais fait qd même un peu ”vieillot” entre autre ds les chambres et la salle de resto.
- La salle de spectacle est sympa avec pleins de photos de stars mais les couleurs ”chaudes, façon ibériques” la rende ”Vintage”.
- Les frais en plus ne sont pas donnés (30€/nuit/chambre pr le changement de chambre que nous avions demandé et 10€/pers pr le ptit déj.) Je ne sais pas pr le reste...
- Autre désagrément : les odeurs nauséabondes à certains moments de la journée entrez autre le soir... Et là dessus, malheureusement, l'hôtel n'y peut rien car je pense que ça vient du golf situé à proximité ou bien d'un truc qui ressemble à une station d'épuration. Alors, ça ne dure pas toute la journée ou nuit... ou alors mon nez c'est habitué mais c'est qd même dommage pr l'hôtel. Et dérangeant pr les résidents.
- Manque de prise à côté du lit. Lampe de chevet, 1 prise donc pas possible de charger son téléphone portable la nuit.
- Les avions qui passent la journée mais cela n'est pas dérangeant la nuit car au max à 23h, il n'y a plus de traffic donc la nuit, reste reposante qd même.

SScott GirlingWe really enjoyed our stay in Vilaflor 😁 the self check-in was straightforward and our room and the communal areas were very clean. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Vilaflor with plenty of on-street parking available nearby. We found the bed to be comfy and the room to be warm in the evenings. The complimentary tea and coffee was a nice bonus.
As noted in other reviews, the only negative for us was the thin walls separating the upstairs bedrooms which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Someone walking up and down to toilet regularly from about 1am then washed pans for about 15mins at 2am. Also up again running water for what seemed like ages at 4am I didn’t have earplugs so got no sleep . Appalling behaviour .
Light from hall / toilet brightens room and curtain not big enough to cover window .
