Hotel Bas-Rhin dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

This is the second time I have visited this hotel this year. The first time was in May and the second in December. I absolutely loved everything about the hotel the first time but the second time was a disaster. We were allocated the worst room in the hotel with a window that looked out onto a wall just a few feet away and the decor was rough and depressing. Thankfully they let us have a different room the following day but this should never have happened. There was a very brash tall lady who wore glasses on reception who was rude, ignorant and officious with me which spoiled my holiday. Restaurant staff, porters and housekeeping staff were great. El apartamento está muy bien para 4 personas, dos en habitación con cama grande de matrimonio y los otros 2 en sofá cama. Baño esta bien el único detalle que no tiene ducha y es una bañera y al ducharte se salió agua por una esquina. También otro fallo el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, bueno que no enfriador,dimos parte y como era domingo y el lunes festivo no tenían servicio de mantenimiento. También tiene cocina con todo pero faltaría renovación del armario donde está la cocina.

I stayed for one night. The main things for me were the location near the center and the availability of breakfast. Both of these points were in this hotel, so I liked everything. It was a nice stay over here with many facilities available and the gym was so clean and well-maintained. Room was pretty huge and comes with a small pantry/kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. Thing to call out: - The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn. - The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin. - The air conditioning is not adjustable.  - Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest. - Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash. - Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

Hacia muchísimo frío en la habitación y me queje a recepción y la respuesta es q el gobierno del país no les permitía poner más de 21 grados... Cuando en la calle había 3 grados y hacia muchísimo frío en todo el hotel a excepción de la recepción que curiosamente hacia calor agradable. Solicite una manta extra que nunca me facilitaron. La atención de la persona en recepción esa noche fue pésima.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

The location is very good. In front of the hotel ist a tram and bus station. It is very convenient to go to any tourist attractions. Room was clean und bright. The receptionist war friendly as well. We had a good stay.

The studio apartment is equipped with a small kitchen, which is quite sufficient for simple cooking. The location is strategic, about 1.5 km from Petite France, making it convenient to reach various tourist attractions. That said, don’t expect a luxurious stay—this place is just okay but reasonably priced. Parking is available for €14 per night.

La chambre était superbe ! Le lit etait confortable, tout était très propre et l'accueil superbe aussi ! Je recommande cet hôtel que ce soit pour un long ou court séjour !!
