PPengguna TetamuThis is the second time I have visited this hotel this year. The first time was in May and the second in December. I absolutely loved everything about the hotel the first time but the second time was a disaster. We were allocated the worst room in the hotel with a window that looked out onto a wall just a few feet away and the decor was rough and depressing. Thankfully they let us have a different room the following day but this should never have happened. There was a very brash tall lady who wore glasses on reception who was rude, ignorant and officious with me which spoiled my holiday. Restaurant staff, porters and housekeeping staff were great. We will never return I'm afraid.

PPorcupine12tradeI was traveling with my daughter (youth). Our priority for hotel is location, near train station and safe for 2 female travelers. Le Grand’s location is fantastic, right opposite the train station and beside walking streets, everything was within walking distance. Take the local metro was also very convenient as it’s just at the main train station. The breakfast buffet was also good.

JJean MonI stayed for one night. The main things for me were the location near the center and the availability of breakfast. Both of these points were in this hotel, so I liked everything. The breakfast was variated, the dining area was large and comfortable, and there were no queues or crowds. The reception staff were very pleasant. The only small inconvenience were the room itself — there was no towel hook in the bathroom, and the room was quite small, but in my case this was not a problem. The positive aspects outweighed these shortcomings.

PPengguna TetamuThe aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes.
Nice things:
- Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle.
- Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower.
Thing to call out:
- The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn.
- The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin.
- The air conditioning is not adjustable.
- Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest.
- Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash.
- Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

The morning-shift staff made me feel a little uncomfortable, they didn’t allow me to bring my small luggage into the breakfast room which I understood, but afterward two men (different time/room) were allowed to bring their checked luggage and sat right next to me that made me wonder why.. But despite that, the stay was really good

PPengguna TetamuHacia muchísimo frío en la habitación y me queje a recepción y la respuesta es q el gobierno del país no les permitía poner más de 21 grados... Cuando en la calle había 3 grados y hacia muchísimo frío en todo el hotel a excepción de la recepción que curiosamente hacia calor agradable. Solicite una manta extra que nunca me facilitaron. La atención de la persona en recepción esa noche fue pésima.

Bilik yang luas tanpa banyak kemudahan -- kami cuba mencari pengering rambut di dalam bilik hanya untuk mengetahui daripada penyambut tetamu bahawa anda perlu meminjam pengering rambut daripada mereka, dan anda hanya boleh memilikinya selama 2 jam setiap kali. Sila ambil perhatian bahawa tiada perkhidmatan pembersihan bilik disediakan sepanjang penginapan anda melainkan anda sanggup membayar caj tambahan untuk pembersihan.

PPengguna Tetamuno electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.
