Nathalie and David were delightful hosts and made us feel very welcome. Lovely home, beautifully furnished room, modern facilities and extremely well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Relaxed, quiet and feeling like one was living in one's own country home apartment. Quiet location in the center of the town - easy to access and free parking public parking within a one-minute walk from the residence. Private peaceful garden with nice pool which is excellent for just sitting back to read a book with a nice bottle of wine. Breakfast choice was extensive with nice touches prepared by David including freshly prepared home-made preserves. Would thoroughly recommend this wonderful accommodation as an excellent base for discovering both St Emillion and the surrounding area. Have stayed in many hotels and apartments around the Saint-Emilion area but Pavillon de Millesimes rates as one of the best. We will definitely be back.

The location is a 10-15 min walk away from the train station due to the layout of the train tracks, however it is also served frequently by tram C. Upside is its in a good, quiet and clean neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle. Very modern, clean and chic hotel. Comfortable sized rooms and toilet. Reception served by delightful and polite ladies.

I enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux at this Appart Hotel. I walked there from the train station, it is not far but not close. At the beginning, I wasn't able to find it as it is off the main street, but once I know my way around, it's not bad! There are washers and dryers on-site and you can purchase tokens at the reception. I was told there is a sauna but I didn't have time to check it out. The lady at the reception is friendly, and there are candy bars and ready-to-microwave meals available for purchase. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the room has a microwave, fridge and pots, kitchenware for cooking a light meal. The room and bathroom are a bigger than most hotel bathrooms and bedrooms. The two photos are the nice view from my hotel room.

Lovely little room not too far away from the centre of all things happening in the centre.tranaport links are really good and the public transport system itself is so efficient. The room has a small kitchen filled with essentials for cooking light meals - hob, microwave and kettle. Sink prepared with things to wash dishes too. Also delighted to find we had a drip stand coffee machine! The room is compact but absolutely everything you need. There is a huge gate at the front of the property which means it's really safe. Neighbourhood was ok but would be walking quickly if I was on my own, however I didn't feel the need to get a taxi once. Bathroom has a hairdryer! Lovely graffiti artwork around the property as well.

Arrived late from a flight and left early. Easy access. Hotel and room were a bit tired but generally fine. It was hot and the window had been left open and mosquitos had come in so didn’t sleep very well. Not sure I’d stay again.

Disappointed. The room was small, the furnisture was tired and in dire need of refurbishment. Second-hand books were used as part of the room decor. To enter the bathroom, one needs to put one leg in with the other leg left outside and, with the door half-open, bring the other leg in - that's the only way to enter. The room standard is much lower compared to similar type of hotels in most other countries, while the price is significantly higher. The building opposite the hotel is boring-looking and is undergoing constuction. The closest underground car parking is a bit far away and is extremely pricy. Everything is pricy in that country, while the quality of living is lower compared to most other European countries. The city as a whole dissapoints. A lot of **** people, really **** on the streets! You see them everywhere selling self-made trinkets, however, when you return a few minutes later they are all gone - ostensibly swept away by the police. You also see a lot of homeless people who sleep outside. This is a result of incompetence and mismanagement by ****** and his life partner, apparently. The standard of living in this city has deteriorated significantly compared to what was the case 5-10 years ago. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the personnel is friendly. The location and the surrounding area are OK, however, it takes 15-20 of walking to most major sites.

🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill. 🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday. 🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

Habitación amplia y completa, baño con champú,gel, secador.Nuestro lavadero estaba atascado. Fue avisar y cuando regresamos ya estaba solucionado. Contra no dejan ni paños ,ni estropajos ni líquido para lavar la loza... Las habitaciones a simple vista estaban limpias. Pero debajo de las camas...mejor que no se te caiga nada. Cama principal es muy cómoda. Supletoria es grande pero blanda, te hundes en el medio.

Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students) Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better. Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante. Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception. Petit hôtel très sympas, personnels super accueillant poli, courtois. La literie super, télévision un peu petite et salle de bain trop petite mais pour une nuit j ai su m adapter. Il me fut indiqué que des choses allaient être amélioré, cela leur un plus sans soucis. Amicalement André
