A very pleasant stay at Scarman as part of a work development event. The room was clean, warm and spacious. The food at the venue was good and there was a good selection. I would happily stay there again.

Other than the location (on the University of Warwick campus itself) the hotel is at best like a Premier Inn or other such budget hotel. It feels and looks like a dorm. One note to anyone walking from campus to hotel: there is no direct access from Arts Centre plaza. You have to walk all the way around business school to access car park. This was very inconvenient in the rain as it added a 5 mins walk. The room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom sink was clogged when I checked in. Resolved the next day (though the first answer I received when asking for repair was that I may have to move). On second night the hearing went out; housekeeping brought a small radiator heater… no repairman came, however. Resolved the next day. The food was cafeteria quality (both breakfast and dining room). I recommend eating elsewhere. Bar was ok, but not great. Overall, I would recommend a different hotel for the price, and taking a cab to campus. Sorry

Attended an 80th birthday celebration within the private dining facility - Service and food was excellent.  Bedroom was pleasant and clean - enjoyed our breakfast.  Overall very good

It was a nice big room, the bed with four-poster. The receptionists were doing their job properly. We only stayed one night, did not use all the facilities, such as bar, swimming or gym which there were available, only the restaurant. The bed is too soft, my husband was sank into it. He did not have a good night sleep.

Very pleasant stay.. pub restaurant offered info on food allergies. Food was great. Rooms (I rebooked) were great, bath and shower that actually did what they said… no getting soaked trying to turn on shower. As a single female traveller, felt safe. Will rebook next visit . Staff are friendly and helpful.

Overall a nice hotel but a couple of plasters were in the pool which wasn’t pleasant but the staff sorted straight way.

The place was really lovely — just a few minutes from where we were going. The only issue we had was that the room we were initially given wasn’t great; it was dirty. I went to the reception to let them know, and within a few minutes, we were given a clean room. Overall, it was a pleasant experience

I loved staying at the Wyken Inn, in Coventry. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left,I was made to feel very welcome. The management and all the staff were all so friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, The food was great and being a Wheelchair user, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. I would highly recommend staying here and I am looking forward to going back to stay there in May. THANKS GUYS. LYNN.

Was a nice place in abit of a rough area but was still fine. The room was really hot which you couldn’t change and being on the bottom floor we didn’t want to keep the window open. Would have possibly stayed again but the £100 deposit you have to send before your stay they don’t send back even though they said they would. I made sure the room was mostly clean and that it would just be the standard cleaning that the cleaners had to do between each guest so I could get my deposit back but after many messages and calls they won’t send it back they just keep saying they don’t have my details even after sending it multiple times. Seemed abit weird that we have to send a deposit but as no other reviews had this issue I trusted it but if you need that money back DO NOT SEND IT.

Hotel looks very posh. Unfortunately thats where it stops. The family room was large but lacked character. The gym facilities was extra charge Breakfast was OK. But plates and bowls were filthy We travel to Midlandsa lot. We wont be staying here again. .
