房間設施很全，有冰箱、熨衣板、餐具、電磁爐、鍋等等，有很多零食和咖啡可以自己沖，每天都有客房服務，最後退房把鑰匙還回鑰匙箱就可以了，附近吃的比較多，有一家很近的漢堡店很不錯

Very clean room. Amenities were excellent and staff helpful. Despite emails suggesting I needed an app for the key to the property I was provided with a key card, which I preferred. Excellent value.

Booked for one night & due to circumstances ended up checking in on 3 consecutive nights. As a lady solo traveller I felt so safe and completely at ease here. Unfortunately as it wasn’t a planned trip I didn’t have swimming costume with me to make use of their facilities. Parking is lovely & close to hotel. Whole hotel spotless & beds comfiest I’ve ever slept in while travelling. Breakfast, loads of choice & although buffet style all very fresh. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Super the bar served fresh food until late as I was later checking in on all nights. If I’m in the area I would gladly stay here again & happily recommend to other travellers 😊

Bagus dan keren banget nih hotel, tempat strategis dekat dengan pusat kota dan mal, dekat dengan tempat penjual makanan. Staff ramah dan cekatan, hotelnya pun bersih. Bener-bener bersih. Kerennya ada guling-nya, saya dan anak saya suka. Bantal dan gulingnya terlihat baru, empuk dan tebal. Semua fasilitas kamar dari AC yang dingin banget, kran kamar mandi nyala bagus. Makanan juga enak. Best, recomended. Next time pasti staycation di sini lagi, see you next time

I can and do recommend this hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 17 nights. My room was on the ground floor and was very comfortable, there is not one thing that I can complain about. I got to know the staff, who were absolutely magnificent. They could have done nothing more to make me feel very welcome and at home. From the reception, bar, dining room, kitchen and housekeeping staff, they made me feel like I came home every evening when I got back to the hotel. They went out of their way for me. Thank you to Varun, Aniken, Jake, Vix and the rest of the staff. I can’t recommend Garner Samlesbury Hotel enough!!!

There is work ongoing which means there is no restaurant. It is very loud expecially with the work starting at 8am. The staff are really lovely. Although the heating did not work in my room, they were able to offer me a new room.

More a less completely clean, only nit pick could be towls, as are white need a bit of a better wash. Located right along from the station makes it very convenient, there are also some local shops nearby too. Lady who greeted me was freindly and prompt although we did not interact much after that. Not much in the rooms nothing in the ways of fans, hairdryers etc but you dont expect it for the price you are paying so not an issue. Overall, very good value for a decent nights sleep so no complaints would stay again.

The room and bathroom were clean, the mug and kettle, coffee-tea-sugar and milk were prepared in a tray, even the room had a fan and heater which I didn't use , because weather was good but it was really good I saw them in the closet, I asked for iron and hair dryer, reception was a super nice gentleman who explained to me everything I needed. I stayed for one night, but I recommend strongly, better than Airbnb, no Airbnb with same or higher price accepted my request because I just wanted a night and all of them said you should at least book for 3nights! The other reason is I had my own shower and toilet. there is no need to share it with others,and lock the door. The doors had electronic locks, though, really safe and close to different bus stations. Thank you!
