To jedno z najlepszych doświadczeń hotelowych mojego życia, a od lat pracuję w hospitality business. Lokalizacja bajeczna, upgrade do wyższej kategorii pokoju - miła niespodzianka. Obsługa przecudowna, właściwie wszyscy, ale na specjalne wyróżnienie zasługuje Pani Maria z baru na 5 piętrze - wielka klasa, uśmiech i nienarzucająca się gościnność. Trzeba było się jej posłuchać, bo pyszny club sandwich, który zamówiliśmy na lunch, faktycznie wystarczyłby dla dwojga! Zawarty w cenie valet parking to absolutna rzadkość i to mnie również bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyło. Na pewno wrócimy.

Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful stay at Elounda Gulf Villas. The suite was luxurious, clean, and beautifully maintained. A special mention to the guys at the bar — their service was exceptional and truly made our experience unforgettable. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

New and beautiful property, just off the main road. Magnificient pool and small open-air gym. Walk to the beach - approx 10 min. Staff are very polite and happy to assist. Food could be improved to include more vegetarian and local options. Great value for money.

Wonderful stay! Not far from the city center, the pools are nice and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast was so good and they even have live musician playing for dinner. Amazing, would definitely recommend to others! Bus station is just ten minutes away from the hotel. Very easy to get here from Agios Nikolaos station. The bus costs only 7.8€ from Héraklion city. Loved every single second of my stay!

„Traumhafte Hotelanlage mit echter Gastfreundschaft“ Eine der schönsten Hotelanlagen, in denen ich je gewesen bin. Im April und Anfang Mai war es wunderbar ruhig und entspannt. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man spürt sofort, dass dort echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist mir die blonde Dame an der Rezeption, die immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren jeden Tag fantastisch – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Mein Lieblingsort war der wunderschöne Lounge-Bereich rund um die Bar. Dort konnte man tagsüber in sehr eleganter und entspannter Atmosphäre sitzen und den traumhaften Blick aufs Meer genießen. Auch dort waren die Mitarbeiter unglaublich freundlich.

Elounda Alikes is on the water in the beautiful and quaint town of Elounda. The rooms are above average size with a decent balcony for 2 people. The AC was great as well as the bed. The full bar and restaurant on the property are great and available most of the day and night with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and loungers are comfortable and enjoyable. There are a few restaurants in the same street. It is a 10 minute walk to The Square for more restaurants, bars, taxi stand, boat tours and supermarkets.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon. One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it. What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort. Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas. .

A very good hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The girl at the front desk is a true professional—very friendly, sweet, and helpful with everything. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. If I had known, I would have stayed longer.
