Regret for staying only 2 nights here. We book a room with balcony and the views are just breathtaking. I could wake up in the morning and seat at the outdoor sofa looking at the sea view for hours. Weather during October was all good. Not too hot and not too cold, perfect weather. Scenic area are much less crowded, restaurants are everywhere. The service staffs were all so nice. We book a spa massage from Orabelle, it was the world best massage i ever encountered. It was this therapist Fanny from Nava Spa. I travelled a lot. From States, Europe, Mediterranean, Southeast Asia and u named it. I frequent massage everywhere i travelled. Fanny has the technique, press skill and determination. I met a amazing masseur at Bali who had almost the same skills but Fanny beat her out. Fanny should had open up a massage training school and share her skill set with the therapist. Awesome experience. Orabelle offered fantastic breakfast. Ala carte breakfast menu, order whatever or whichever u like. They will be more than happy to serve you well. If you wish to order the entire menu. Think they will not hesitate to serve your table full of delicious delicacy. Speechless views, services and breakfast. Told my wife, we will be back next year again. The same period, this time round a few more days. Wanna enjoy the Villa more and chillax. Strongly recommended, if you read my review. Im not paid or request to write this. We came a long way. Its from my sincere heart from Singapore.

너무 아늑한 동네에, 해변도 버스정류장도 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 숙소도 매우 청결하고 호스트도 매우 친절합니다. 특히 웰컴 맥주랑 콜라도 사소하지만 감동적이였습니다. 구시가지도 버스로 10분 정도 이내여서 이동하기 전혀 어렵지 않았습니다. :)

Had a great stay at the Royal Princess Resort. The hotels are all part of the same group so you can use the facilities across the properties. The walkway from the promenade into Lapad was so beautiful. Beaches are super clean and the staff could not be nicer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so incredibly memorable. Dubrovnik city is only a quick Uber away.

Nous revenons tout juste d’un week-end à Dubrovnik et franchement, une très belle expérience. L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Lapad, au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le cadre est vraiment superbe et très reposant. Les espaces sont bien entretenus et l’atmosphère est très agréable. À notre arrivée, nous avons même eu la bonne surprise d’être upgradés, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus appréciable. La chambre était confortable, propre et très agréable, avec une vue splendide. Le personnel a été professionnel et accueillant tout au long du séjour. On sent que l’établissement est bien géré et que l’expérience client est prise au sérieux. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé pouvoir accéder facilement aux promenades en bord de mer (en passant par le bas du restaurant) et au quartier de Lapad, qui est très vivant le soir tout en restant beaucoup plus calme que la vieille ville. Le seul point d’amélioration serait le bruit extérieur de la ventilation. En résumé : un très bel hôtel, bien situé, avec un cadre exceptionnel, un petit déjeuner topissime et un personnel agréable. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Dubrovnik.

房間不錯 有一個室外陽台 周邊設施很好 有室外泳池還挺大的 雖然不在老城區但是如果要是去老城 也可以乘坐公交六號線 是個不錯的體驗

Although this hotel is situated quite some distance from the Old Town this is not a bad thing at all. Insect I very much appreciated being removed from the thick crowds and noise, and very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility and spectacular sea views from this wonderful resort. Definitely worth paying extra for a c facing room, for breathtaking panoramas day and night. My room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, with ample space for everything although a luggage rack or designated space for luggage would enhance overall comfort greatly. Staff were generally helpful and polite, with special mention to Matija the Restaurant Manager, who, despite handling large volumes of customers, remained unfailingly cheerful and energetic. The breakfast buffet was very generous by European standards, whilst the dinner buffet selection was also more than adequate and quite good value at 35 Euros per person. As mentioned in previous reviews, a bus connects the Babin Kuk area (where the Royal Ariston and her neighboring sister hotels, the Royal Princess, Royal Blue, Royal Palm and Neptun are situated) to the Old Town. If you purchase the 40 Euro Dubrovnik City pass, discovers one day worth of this bus travel plus access to the city walls and its museums. Cannot recommend this resort highly enough and look forward to my return.

Reception was unfriendly and arrogant. The interior is quite outdated. There was a musty smell in the room and bathroom. The spa is not included! The mattresses were worn out. The breakfast selection was okay (the coffee didn’t taste good—either the machine was dirty or the milk was bad). Parking was good. The old town is not less than 15 minutes on foot, rather 25 minutes or more. The value for money was not justified, and for a little more we could have stayed at the Hilton Imperial lol

This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.

We stayed at this apartment during our visit to Dubrovnik. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality from the owner, although there were a few things worth noting. The apartment was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen essentials. It had pans, plenty of cutlery, salt, coffee, milk, and other small items that made self-catering convenient. There were also brochures for boat trips, city tours, and other local attractions, which were helpful for planning our stay. The standout feature was the owner. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Even though we arrived late, she was available by phone, responded quickly to every question, and did her best to guide us with parking and check-in. Her helpfulness made the experience much smoother. The main downside was parking. There is no convenient parking nearby, and finding a place to leave the car was quite challenging. The apartment is located in what feels like a residential neighbourhood, around a 15-minute drive from Dubrovnik Old Town, so having a car can be both useful and frustrating because of the parking situation. The apartment also felt more like someone’s home than a serviced hotel apartment. If you’re expecting hotel-style accommodation with dedicated reception or professionally managed facilities, this may not meet those expectations. However, if you’re happy with a simple residential apartment and appreciate a responsive and caring host, it offers good value. Overall, a clean and practical apartment with an exceptionally helpful host, but be prepared for parking challenges and a more residential experience rather than a hotel-style stay.

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.
