Hotel Kota Batu dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Stayed for 2 days at El Royal. The location is very strategic, close to Jatim Park 2, in front of souvenir shops and a mosque. Complete facilities include a large grass field for playing soccer, a playground (indoor and outdoor), a mini trampoline, a swimming pool, a fish pond, and kids' activities. The food is varied and quite tasty. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The only downside is that the heater is difficult to adjust and can sometimes be too hot. Overall, it's very comfortable, and I would recommend to stay here again

Tempatnya strategis, benar-benar pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan, pelayanan ramah, dan staff sangat membantu. Kamar bersih, makanannya juga enak, cafe di lantai paling atas juga sangat bagus, pemandangannya indah, sayangnya kami tidak sempat memfotonya. Ada playground untuk anak-anak serta kolam renang. Sangat cocok untuk tempat menginap keluarga.

kamar yang kami sewa cukup luas untuk ukuran keluarga, interorior yang sudah upgrade dengan kondisi terkini, front desk yang ada inisiatip menanyakan keluhan pelanggan, support yang responsip terhadap keluahan pelangan, terima kasih atas pelayanannya yang berkesan.

Overall had a great stay as a couple here for 2N. Location is pretty good with a lot of local attractions nearby like Museum Angkut and Jatim Park. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and lounge with a great view of surrounding mountains and pretty lights at night. One thing can be improved is the amenities provided, we don't even know which one is shampoo or soap, there's no label and both liquid were super watery with bright colors..

The first room we’re assigned was quite dusty. Then after relocated to a new room, the sink is clogged. The egg station for breakfast was damn slow so overall stay was not so pleasant

During our stay every night they have event and the music was distrubing untuil 10 PM on the lasdt day on saturday until mid night. The foods ok the have various meals , the service is good

Saya pernah menginap di hotel ini tahun 1997, namun sampai saat ini Sangat terpelihara property hotel nya. Hotel nya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya perlu ada koridor dari hotel ke main lobby sehingga tidak basah kalau saat hujan karena tempat makannya berada di main lobby.

Villa nya bagus, luas juga, cm di lemari dapur agk jorok spt tidak pernah di bersihkan. Zink nya ada 2 yang 1 buntu. Untuk pelayanan staff nya oke. Breakfast aneka ragam, menarik dan enak.

Location seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice

Proses cek in cepat tanpa kendala tanpa deposit dan petugas FO sangat ramah. Fasilitas kamar perlu peremajaan seperti cat dinding, sprei kasur yang mulai usang dan handuk yang berlubang, remote AC yang tidak bisa digunakan cuma karena musim dingin akhirnya tidak menggunakan AC. Untuk pool berfungsi normal dan cukup bersih, menu sarapan sudah cukup dan sudah direfill jika habis. Cek out cepat tanpa kendala dan tanpa cek kamar.
