I stayed at the hotel for business and it is located at the “new” side of Jaipur, not too far from the airport and away from the traffic jams of the old city. The room, amenities etc are all suitable for business travellers. The only thing is that the hotel transfer to the airport booked was not punctual. We booked for a 2.45PM departure from the hotel but our driver was early and showed up at 2.15PM. We told the driver that we would leave at 2.45PM only. To our shock, at 2.45PM, the driver was unavailable. In fact, the hotel sent him on another job. We were only provided a replacement driver at 3PM. We already paid for the transfer, otherwise we would have booked a Uber to send us to the airport there and then. Such a shame, otherwise the whole stay would have been brilliant.

All the services were excellent The entire staff were polite and humble. Ankit, Sanchari, Debopriya and Anuj ensured that our stay was comfortable and provided our check in was seamless Tumpa took care of our requests and was very quick. Subhodip and Rukun managed everything very well. We would soon come back with our family as well

(1) Upon check-in, I found it strange that the male staff placed my husband's name and used his surname as the wifi password when I am the person who made the booking and paid for the hotel. Hence, I am unhappy about this as, even after asking the male staff to change to my name and surname. He was too lazy to do it! Felt very unrespected! In the final invoice, when I paid for room service, the same male staff did not change to my name!!! Terrible and lazy!
(2) The food for room service was delicious!
(3) The housekeeping was slow in getting us some things.
(4) The morning breakfast buffet was delious, with a wide range of local and intercontinential food. The staff in the Breakfast area were very efficient and excellent!

The stay at Pride Amber Villas was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day right. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect space to relax. The surroundings of the hotel were very pleasant, giving the feeling of being far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, even though it is conveniently located. The service was top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Deependra for helping with the air conditioning and for the lovely conversation – it made the stay even more memorable. Pride Amber Villas is a great place to unwind and recharge during your travels.

We were Stayed here in Golden Tulip Essential on dated 2-5 Jan 25. Check in and check out was smooth, Room was neat and clean, Food is so delicious and best things which we observed the part Service either dinner or Breakfast were excellent Khushi, Kuldeep and Vinod did a fantastic job. At last Thanks to Manager Mr Shan Siddiqui for arranged a best trip for us

NNicolas BEWhen we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple ***agers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

PPengguna TetamuIn the centre of Jaipur with an excellent rooftop view. Good ambivalence at night. However, music plays at obscene times of the day/night (23:30/01:00/06:30?!) with deep bass that can be felt through the walls. My friends and I had private rooms and weren’t there for a party experience, but I’m sure it would have been a banging time if we were. The rooms were a mixed bag in terms of cleanliness. Good beds. Decent bedding. The kettle was however horrific, as were the teabags on offer. Grime and old dirt crusted within the kettle showed a lack of thorough cleaning. The bathrooms smelled of particularly rotten sewage, too. As for check-in, the procedure took too long and they wanted far too many details. It’s not ideal after a flight, and whilst I understand it’s customary for the hostel, it is the first time to happen to us in India. It felt over the top. We also arranged to do laundry there and the entire thing was a mess. The lady running the reception is smiley and lovely, but it was a complete hassle getting our clothes back. We were concerned we might not see them again, haha!
If you want somewhere safe, central and with a good view, go for it. I would next time stay a little further out of the centre but that’s just me! Here, you get what you pay for :)

Very near to pink city and avoid the noise of the vehicle. Hotel provide great interpersonal interaction with the guest.
A nice recreational pool, SPA service and gym, this four level high hotel l.
Spacious room with tiny balcony, soft bed and pillows, bathtub and good wash up facilities.
The only restaurant “Jal Mahal”, serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner. ***y selection of pastries, cereals, local Indian cuisine, egg and fruits. Ala-carte menu are also provide Asian and western food, pizza, liquor, cocktails and dessert.
Lastly, do lookout for Akash, Sylvester and Aneesh as they go the extra mile to make the dining experiences more delectable.
Room service are prompt and friendly, allowing personal space with guests. House keeping execute the required protocols including evening turn down services. The cleanliness of the fridge need to more attention as it was sticky and dirty.
Overall, it is really a great service of 5* hotel that I ever stay. Staffs treated us like their friends.

Namaste, this is my second visit to this hotel, my priority is hygiene, order, timing, the hotel is very successful in this regard. My other priority is that much more luxurious hotels could never meet, because you can't pay for friendliness and friendliness. It comes from within and the staff at this hotel have plenty of it, especially CHANDAN, Suresh housekeeping Thank you very much YOGESH, I would like to thank especially the restaurant responsible and staff whose name I do not know, everything was very delicious, it is great that they asked if you had any special requests for the other day. And if you have a birthday, they help you celebrate it in the best way 🙏 12 or 13 November I'm there again and I've already taken my Biryani promise ☺️ Thank you so much for everything🙏

A Very Disappointing Experience – Beware of the Front Desk Service I booked this hotel after reading positive reviews, but my experience was far from what I had expected. Although the architecture and ambiance are quite appealing, with the hotel being centrally located, my overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Room Issues: I checked in on a Friday afternoon with a reservation for two deluxe rooms, one made through another booking site. After completing the formalities, I was led to my room, only to find that it was claustrophobic, with no natural sunlight and no view. The room felt cramped, and the condition was far from what I had imagined based on the reviews. The bedsheets were dirty, which was unacceptable, and I had to request a change immediately. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, the response was disappointing. I was told that the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available. However, I noticed that many rooms on the property appeared to be vacant, and I hardly saw any families staying there. This made me question the validity of their claim. Unresolved Concerns: Later that evening, around 8 PM, I witnessed another family being moved to a different room, even though the staff had told me earlier that the hotel was sold out. This made me feel like my concerns were being ignored and that the staff was simply not interested in accommodating my needs. When I spoke to the staff member who was assisting the other family, he showed no interest in addressing my concerns or offering any explanation. He walked away without even an apology or any attempt at a solution, which left me feeling humiliated and frustrated. And at last at the time of checkout no one came to pick up the luggages, me an my family dragged the luggages by own. Food Quality: I had opted for both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, hoping for a decent meal. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was subpar. After trying both meals, I decided to venture out and dine at other restaurants in the city, where I had a far better experience. The hotel’s food was not worth the price, and I strongly suggest that future guests consider eating outside the hotel. Staff and Service: The most frustrating aspect of my stay was the lack of professionalism and courtesy at the front desk. The staff there seemed disinterested in addressing any of my concerns, and their overall attitude was indifferent and unhelpful. It was disheartening to feel like my issues were not taken seriously. However, I do want to commend the waitstaff in the restaurant. They were attentive, polite, and genuinely respectful, which was a refreshing contrast to the front desk staff. It’s clear that they value customer service, unlike the reception staff. Final Thoughts: To the hotel management: I hope you take this feedback seriously. The front desk staff need better training in customer service and conflict resolution. It’s crucial that they be more empathetic a

He sent a full team to assist me in my travels daily, from picking me up to sending me to my best friends wedding, to meals to tourists spots like Amer fort, 💎 diamond city 🏙️ etc He sent me 💯 god sent, amazing driver, travelling guide, bodyguard Sam (Ghanshyam) for me for all my 5 days of travelling. It was my first time in Jaipur. His top suite which expands of 68m sqft is very impressive. I love the ensuite washroom, that has a place to store luggage and our wardrobe, the white marble ceramic tiles were outstandingly beautiful , I was told India 🇮🇳 top marble is this. The washroom and room was very inviting to stay, felt a lot like home. The breakfast and in room dining cooked excellent meals. We were so impressed, pleased and happy with the hotel, hotel staff, and the hotel spaciousness and top service. Thank you so much Mr Surya and his team. I captured top pictures of them here, they were united, kind, compassionate, respectful, amazing. Their service is 10/10. Extremely outstanding with meticulous detail. Took care of me everyday with top hospitality.
