Hotel is perfectly located for exploring Ortigia. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful with information on the accommodation, parking and recommendations for things to do/see and places to eat.

Very beautiful place and super clean. Check in was hassle free and Stephano and his kindly mum are the greatest hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone! Stephano is most helpful and the much raved about breakfast lives up to its name. Thank you Stephano for helping us so much with the item we left behind, so blessed!

這家比較小眾，國人住得少，來測評一下。 跟我媽意大利旅行10天了，由於我媽睡覺打呼嚕，已經快精神衰弱。感謝這家酒店救我狗命，一室一廳的設計可以在客廳把沙發床展開，實現一人一間房。 有點像國內的設計師酒店、但用料比較好，傢俱都是意大利貴价品牌、還自帶一個桑拿，還挺有高級感。 地理位置是很好的，出火車站8分鐘步行就到了。離奧提加島也近，步行15分鐘到。 老闆人很好，錫拉庫薩是個民風很淳樸的地方，老闆説鄰居都是認識的，還蠻有安全感。 這家酒店還擁有隔壁的海鮮餐廳，生蠔和海鮮燴飯都很好吃，不過據説會比奧提加島其他海鮮餐廳貴一點。

位置在錫拉庫薩城外的村裡，門口不是很明顯，車子開進去後豁然開朗，經營的很用心，花園植物和游泳池都很漂亮，環境和服務都不錯，有時間可以住兩天享受一下，早餐的麪包都是酒店自己做的很好吃，走的時候還送了一瓶橄欖油。值得推薦！ The location is in the village outside the city of Syracuse. The door is not very obvious. After the car drove in, it suddenly became clear. The management was very careful. The garden plants and swimming pool are very beautiful. The environment and service are good. If you have time, you can stay for two days and enjoy it. The bread for breakfast is made by the hotel. It is delicious. When I left, I was also given a bottle. Olive oil. Worth recommending!

It’s fantastic experience because of the nice staff of this lovely hotel , the location is great , very convenient to go anywhere by foot , the most important is the reception is so kind and helpful , they contact you before you arrive in case you need any help . Not only the staff are great , but also the decoration of the room is wonderful as well , very clean and comfortable , I spent my two nights happily there , great !

フロントに常にスタッフがいるわけではないので、事前にホテルと連絡を取りwhatsappでやり取りできるようにしておいたほうが良い。 自分も到着時にスタッフが不在だったが、whatsappで連絡してドアを遠隔で解錠してもらえた。 アメニティとしてスリッパがあったのが印象的。 朝食はつけなかったが、周辺には朝七時くらいから開いているカフェやベーカリーがあり、困ることはなかった。

Excellent Stay with Great Location and Stunning Views I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air. What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. The location is excellent—just a **16-minute walk from the train station** and **15-20 minutes to the island’s main attractions**. The room itself was **spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated**, with the added benefit of being **close to the sea** and featuring **two balconies**. The staff were also **very friendly and helpful**, which enhanced our experience. However, there was one major downside: the walls are extremely thin. We could easily hear noises from the hallway and stairwell. On our last night, the neigh-boring room was very loud, which disrupted our sleep and unfortunately put a damper on an otherwise great trip.

We have waited for 15 mins outside the accommodation which no one is inside. There isn’t any check-in details provide for us when we arrive and we have to call the owner to wait for her arrival to check in. The room is nice and clean. However, the location is a bit too far from the city centre. There’s a bus stop nearby but there is only a single bus each hour.

The room is small but clean, and you get what you need (hairdryer and shower stuff). The breakfast time is very early and not much a variety of food so we skipped mostly. The location is very close to the Neapolis Archaeological Park but I would prefer to live somewhere closer to Ortigia next time as there are more restaurants and activities going on there. Especially if you don’t have a car, you will have to walk 20+ minutes there which is a torture to walk during the cruel summer. If you want to do laundry, nothing nearby. Also no reception so you will have to call the number upon arrival and wait for the lady to come.

Warm and thoughtful service, free parking, rich breakfast, reasonable price, will stay here next time, if there is mosquito repellent, it would be better,,,,,,,
