PPengguna TetamuThe location of the hotel is very good. It’s just a few mins walk to the entrance of Petra. You may find the stores and restaurants nearby.
The chef is so friendly. He prepared breakfast to us when we came down every morning. The breakfast has little difference every day and the chef was so nice to introduced the food to us.

SSiokyThe hotel is only 3 months old, very new and well maintained . Room is large, bright and airy with a nice view on Petra. The staff is very polite and professional . Ample of parking and right down there is the petrol station .
4th floor has swimming pool and view on Petra too.
Breakfast offers sufficient choice despite not many variety but good enough .
Nothing I can pick and this hotel is definitely worth the money and highly recommended . Small suggestion : motion sensor should have more not just be installed at the lift lobby.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is located about a 10 minute taxi ride from the Petra visitor center. It is a quiet location which faces over a canyon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. The food was tasty and there was a wide selection. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel is try to make sure that the food items that are in the metal containers are warmer/hot.

PPengguna TetamuPetra was an amazing experience for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful place. The Nomad Hotel is pretty strategically located near the Petra Visitor Centre, provided you have a car or someone is driving you. It's still a walkable distance but on the way back it can be strenuous as you have to climb uphill to where the hotel is located. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was not really spacious so we had to manage a bit with our large suitcases. But the bed was comfy and we had a good sleep. The view from the rooftop was fantastic. Breakfast was adequate, nothing too fancy but it served its purpose. There is a resident dog called Lucy who is very friendly.

DDamidaaI feel bad for all the touristic place in Jordan, not having enough tourists, most of the restaurants and guest houses are literally empty. We only had 3 guests the night that I stayed. However, the room was really, really hot, and there was only one window to let the air. I had to complain to the reception woman who called her manager to have the AC on for a couple of hours.
Even 1 guest should be treated as a guest. I understand the no people situation but still.
Location was excellent though. I would stay again because of this reason.

CChloeC10The hotel is perfectly located a couple of minutes walk from Petra visitor centre - I could even see it from my balcony! The room was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. My only minor criticism is the breakfast, which I think could be improved (it's strange to not have fruit available, for example).

The location is great, you could see nice views of Petra from the swimming pool in the hotel. Plus the hotel is super quiet and peaceful ❤️
The staff are super kind, friendly and attentive.
Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed , the assistant manager in the front office , he is a very kind and friendly person, delivering a great service and kind attitude when interacting with the guest .
I would like to recommend this hotel for your Petra stay .

I recently stayed at Hotel Petra Gate and had an overall wonderful experience. This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking for exceptional value and genuine, personal service.
The most outstanding feature of this hotel is without a doubt the owner. He is incredibly polite, soft-spoken, and went far out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. He expertly arranged very affordable cab services for all my travel needs and was invaluable in guiding my sightseeing, offering helpful tips and advice that greatly enhanced my trip.
The hotel itself offers great value for money. A lovely perk is the self-serve coffee and tea service available in the kitchen at any time—a perfect way to start the morning or unwind in the evening.
Petra - Wonder of the World is just 1.5km away from this hotel.
