Great house, with all amenities we need. Easy check-in, instructions were clear. The staff has turned on the AC before we checked in the house after a hot day out. It’s very sweet and detail-minded. The house is nicely kept, very clean, tidy and neat. We really appreciate the owner equipped the house well and great amenities. This is a hidden gem in Furano. We really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend to the others. I hope we will come back during the ski season.

Location of hotel is very good with beautiful view and many eateries serving good food. Driving to attractions is convenient. The room we booked is spacious with mini kitchen and washer/dryer. We loved the room. The only great inconvenience is parking at hotel is limited, only 5 lots. Had to park at the designated carpark which is away from hotel, it was dark and deserted with stairs that looks like ******* place.

A small and simple place to stay, you can see that the place is a bit aged but its clean and tidy. The room is small but one thingn want to highlight, the breakfast was incredible! very nice breakfast :)

Very good hostel for snowboarding. With facilities that suite for guests. Shuttle bus stop to ski area in front of the hostel. Very recommend

I was lucky enough to have a room on the top floor which offered great views of the town and some of the mountain. The room was large and easy to negotiate with a small ensuite bathroom. The fridge and large tv made it even more comfortable after a long day on the slopes. There is a good size lobby with plenty of options to relax and unwind Infront of a fireplace and a small in hotel shop to buy assorted foods and other items. The staff are fantastic, so helpful and understanding to my request, allways greeting me with a smile and warm hello.

Excellent location. As close to the quad chair as you can get. I recommend the dinner a breakfast package. Amazing selection of sushi, meats, seafood, burgers, curries and so so much more. Enough variety to feed my fussy eating child. Open bar and pour your own beers. Kids play area…..more for younger kids. Sweets table in the kids play area was awesome as were all the amenities, hot chocolate, beer, sake. Rooms were spacious although the beds are true singles and small. Sofa bed was utilised for child and was super hard. We would com back here again.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this guesthouse and really enjoyed my time here. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and went far beyond my expectations. Apart from the usual amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, shower gel and shampoo, the guesthouse even thoughtfully provided facial cleansing and skincare products. I was genuinely surprised and impressed by how much attention was given to the guests’ comfort. It really made me feel well taken care of. The guesthouse also has a very convenient car park located very close to the property, which was especially helpful for us travelling by car. The washing machine is also new and very convenient to use. The shower deserves a special mention too, the water pressure is fantastic, and the hot water supply is excellent. It made showering after a long day especially enjoyable. The only downside was that the bed and pillows were a little too soft for my preference, so I didn’t sleep as comfortably as I would have liked. I hope the guesthouse could consider providing firmer pillows in the future. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the warm, thoughtful and attentive hospitality. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend this guesthouse to others.

ที่พักสะอาดมาก ใหม่และทันสมัย ดูแลดี นอนสบายเลยครับ ✨ ทำเลดี ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เดินทางสะดวก และมีที่จอดรถให้แบบสบาย ๆ 🚗 ข้อเสียคือ จานอาจมีน้อยไปนิด สำหรับบ้านที่ทำอาหารกันหลายคน แต่ แก้วที่มีเยอะมาก จนเลือกใช้ได้ตามใจเลยครับ 😂🥂 โดยรวมประทับใจมากครับ ถ้ามีโอกาสมาแถวนี้อีกก็อยากกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

Room is spacious for 2 futons and 2 single beds, good size for family of 4. Bathroom is tiny. Location is great, surrounded by lots of hotels and we are glad great coffee is just across the street. In short, this hotel is dated, basic which is typical of ski resort/hotel type. No other entertainment around or within the hotel. Can be quite boring for kids since we are here in summer. Ample parking. Food/restaurants is less than 10mins drive with lots choices. But it’s a dead town after 7pm. Overall, would only recommend if there is no other affordable options. Just a place to sleep in that’s it, good base to explore Furano.

I had a wonderful stay at Fernix Furano From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location is excellent—convenient to attractions, yet quiet enough to relax. I also really appreciated delicious breakfast and efficient housekeeping]. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations.
