Hotel Toba dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

The hotel is very overpriced for an old facility.  We booked an oceanview room but the windows are blocked with bars and can barely be opened.  Our room on the second floor could barely see the ocean.  Furniture and decoration scream OLD.   Most front desk workers are not Japanese.  They claim to have an ”international crew” but the problem is they don't know much about Japan.  When we asked the doorman about taking trains, he didn't have a crew because he just got to Japan from another Asian country.  On the other hand, the restaurants only have Japanese workers and no one speaks English.  We booked an 8-course dinner.  The chef was going around to explain the dishes to guests but just left us when he found out we don't speak Japanese.  The menu is in Japanese only.   This hotel also charged us at 135:1 foreign exchange rate while all other hotels charged 142-144:1 JPY-USD.  It's not a foreigner friendly hotel and way overpriced for what it is.

It was a good stay with a nice modern room with an excellent view to the bay. The coffee, tea and ice candies were provided free. The public bath boiler was broken but they quickly arranged with the neighboring hotel and refunded us 50% which was a very good gesture on their part!

It is a great hotel. The hot spring and breakfast are great. When I arrive the hotel that night, the restaurants of the hotel were full. The staff are very helpful and bring me to the nearby restaurant. (仁海大眾酒埸）Sanawa tataki and soba were great. I will sure come back again.

The inn was conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the Toba station and a short walk to Mikimoto Pearl Island and Toba Aquarium. Most of all, the hospitality of our lady host was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious and she made onigri for our lunch when we left the inn. Will recommend this quaint inn to our friends in Sg!

Долго выбирала отель в Тобе - остановилась на Izumigo Hotel Altia Toba и не разочаровалась. Есть трансфер от/до станции Тоба. Снаружи здание очень красивое и необычное, внутри всё тоже весьма достойно. Номер нам достался слегка ”уставший”, но это с лихвой компенсировалось очень вкусными завтраками/ужинами (завтраки были европейские, ужины - кайсеки, в обоих случаях кормили ”на убой”), а также совершенно фантастическим видом с балкона.)) Онсен довольно просторный и приятный, есть сауна. В ротенбуро на улице не была, но такой вариант есть. Классно провели тут три дня!

Very nice hotel in Toba. I was lucky to be there when the weather was bright but the hotel empty so I spent a lot of time in the huge Onsen all by myself. Only thing for me as a foreigner, I had no possibility to contact the hotel beforehand for a pick up shuttle so just make sure you find a way early to reach out :)

料理が食べきれないくらい種類が多くて手の込んだ 見た目も綺麗な素晴らしい料理でしました スタッフの方々も皆感じが良くてテキパキしてました お風呂は露天と室内と両方あり肌がすべすべになりましたお部屋に戻ってもずっと体がぽかぽかしていました お部屋はHPどおり落ち着いた風格で窓からの景色が良かった

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the bus stop, and only a few steps to the beach. They have free shuttle bus from the hotel to Toba station at 9.00 and 10 a.m. The staff are accommodating and some speak some English. The area is very beautiful and peaceful but very local. If you are planning a trip here make sure you stock up snacks from the convenient stores because there are no 7-11, Lawson, or any Family Mart within walking distance. If you would like to have breakfast and dinner at a hotel please inform them when you make booking or a few days in advance. People are very nice but language can be a barrier.

ホテルの外観は少し古めでしたが、お部屋の中は和室で清潔感があって、部屋からは鳥羽駅から海まで見られて朝の景色はとても綺麗でした

This ryokan has a good view of Toba bay. Its unique offering is that u can rent fishing rods. Guests on level 1 rooms can fish from their windows & others can go outside to do it. Onsen facilities are small & old. Rooms are also pretty run down. The futons are very thin n uncomfortable. Dinner was Matsusaka beef sukiyako and pretty good. Breakfast is simple japanese fare n no coffee is available. Service is inconsistent depending on the staff. I don't consider this place value for money.
