- unusual pool
- abundant breakfast
- many options to dine (including beach set up, fine dining, tepanyaki)
- safe and clean beach access + beds on the premises facing the beach which protects from annoying beach boys and is safe
- availability to arrange boat trips, snorkelling and other activities- very helpful and efficient
- loved other activities offered (kayaking, surf etc)
- finally just a perfect beach spot in diani
worth the money you pay - you feel extra every moment, highly recommend

The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. )
Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible.
the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen.
the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not

SSoniaPosto molto carino proprio di fronte a una bellissima spiaggia bianca. Il resort è popolato anche da simpatiche scimmiette. Le stanze sono pulite e non grandissime ma con i servizi essenziali e dotate di comodo balcone. Animazione di 1 ora la sera con spettacoli sempre diversi. Cortesia e gentilezza del personale

PPengguna TetamuI noticed that many reviews mention the hotel not living up to a five-star standard. However, no one seems to complain that the price doesn’t match a five-star level either. In my opinion, this is an excellent hotel for the price.
The property is spacious, the rooms are fresh and cleaned daily, and amenities like slippers and bathrobes are provided. The staff is welcoming, and the breakfast offers a great variety. From 4 to 5 PM, there’s a complimentary tea and pastries service, which is a lovely touch. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of loungers equipped with soft cushions.
This is definitely a place I would consider returning to.

PPengguna TetamuEin preiswerter, schöner Ort mit viel Natur und Tieren rundherum. Das Highlight ist sicher die Giraffe, die man füttern kann - ohne viel Leute rundherum, ein sehr besonderes Erlebnis. Auch sehr cool, wenn man direkt am kleinen Tümpel lebt und die Vögel, Affen und so weiter direkt erleben kann. Die Marketing-Verantwortliche Faith war ein echter Sonnenschein :) - vielen Dank!

PPengguna TetamuOttima struttura con tante ville indipendenti nel giardino intorno alla piscina . Direttamente sulla spiaggia ampia e di sabbia bianchissima. Camera master molto bella al primo piano con grande bagno terrazza . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
