Hotel yang sangat baik, bersih, dihiasi dengan rasa yang sangat baik, perkhidmatan dari pelayan sangat lambat terlalu lambat nampaknya semua orang memasuki komputer dan mengambil masa terlalu lama Saya memesan beberapa bir dan mengambil masa 15 minit untuk membawanya kepada saya dan ada tiada siapa selain kami Di ruang makan pelayan terlupa dua kali bahawa kami telah meminta bir ketika kami keluar ke balkoni di dalam bilik kami, kami tidak perasan najis merpati di lantai balkoni dan kami mengotorkan bilik kami supaya mereka harus melakukan sesuatu dengan merpati juga di akses ke pantai anda tidak boleh bertanya sama ada kami boleh melalui dalam beberapa cara dan mereka memberitahu kami bahawa di sebelah hotel tetapi semua keselamatan mengatakan bahawa tidak ada akses akhirnya seseorang membenarkan kami lalu dengan sangat baik oleh pada suatu hari pada waktu pagi saya turun untuk meminta kopi dan tidak ada perubahan dengan bil 200 peso yang saya berikan kepada mereka dan mereka mengambil masa 10 minit untuk memberi saya kopi dan 10 minit untuk mendapatkan pertukaran tiket . rto mereka tidak boleh berubah dan saya terpaksa membayar dengan kad hotel secara amnya cantik tetapi perkhidmatan dalam pengalaman kami sangat buruk tetapi saya mengesyorkannya Hotel itu sendiri sangat bagus tetapi tidak mempunyai akses ke pantai

The hotel has a beautiful view of the valley. Bed it's bit too soft and pillows are to high. The free coffee is good. The staff check in was very fast.

This is an Amazing Hotel, I will recommend for all type of traveler, its safe and have everything one need away from home. breakfast is very good, have swimming pool and gym, the rooms are super good, clean. I would give a 5 star for this Hotel you have everything a business traveler need, you have shops restaurants, money changer, pharmacy just 2 min walking, the front office is so so friendly and go out of their way to Help the foreigner, Mr. Luis especially was very good Man. The view from the Hotel seeing the pacific ocean is great, even a Cruise was spotted beautiful view Thanks I will come back.

Hotel is a on a nice little area. There were no huge issues but also nothing above the ordinary. Our cabanas were clean. 4 of their 6 houses are by the pool, working WiFi, electronic doors and rooftop decks. The other two houses are in a gulch, with sliding access doors that don’t really work and keys that don’t really lock. WiFi doesn’t work down there. Funny enough there is no cell reception either. If you need to work, go elsewhere. There is no check in or staff anywhere. If I was in one of the other units it probably would’ve been a 4/5. This place is probably worth $100 a night. 200-300 is overpriced in my opinion

The Hotel is good, but compared to Hotel next Door this is way below. the room is good, the front office service is very bad, the bathrooms are very small and floor is dirty. The location is amazing, it s in the Centre of the walking street, on Sunday they have events on the road and they block the road ,its good and can have nice time in the nights, with lots of music and god activity, lots of shops restaurant etc. if there is no rooms available in other hotel i will sure stay here.
