Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

Pod kapsul itu bersih dan cukup luas untuk duduk tegak sambil bersandar pada dinding. Penyaman udara di dalam pod tidak begitu sejuk seperti di dalam bilik, jadi berhati-hatilah. Selimut agak tebal jadi sesetengah orang mungkin berasa panas jika menggunakannya sepanjang malam. Juga ruang biasa agak gelap dan suram, bertentangan dengan gambar yang dipasang oleh pemiliknya. Juga bertentangan dengan gambar semua komputer dimatikan, dan bilik LAN juga ditutup, jadi saya rasa tetamu tidak boleh menggunakannya. Pasti terasa seperti tempat itu telah melihat hari yang lebih baik Pancuran mandi mempunyai pemanas juga tetapi air panas hanya keluar apabila tekanan ditetapkan rendah. Jika tekanan ditetapkan sepanjang jalan air sejuk atas sebab tertentu. Lokasi yang sesuai di tengah-tengah gunung Austin, jadi boleh meliputi kebanyakan restoran popular, kedai serbaneka dan juga kedai runcit Jaya dalam jarak 5-10 minit berjalan kaki Kakitangan kaunter terdiri daripada pakcik dan makcik, mungkin pemiliknya. Sikap mereka tidak begitu mesra, dan memberikan anda muka cemberut setiap kali mereka melihat anda. Mungkin itu hanya ekspresi muka lalai mereka, tetapi tidak berasa sangat dialu-alukan. Tetapi oh well, lokasi sahaja lebih daripada menebus kekurangan layanan mereka.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

The stay really gave me a warm and homey feeling. The place was very cozy, clean, spacious, and well-equipped with almost everything we needed. Once we stepped in, we could feel a nice touch of classic and nostalgic charm, which made the whole place feel very welcoming. The facilities were excellent. There was a washing machine with laundry detergent provided, which was very convenient. The water dispenser was definitely one of my favourite parts. As an Asian-raised girlie, having warm and hot water available anytime felt so comforting. I drink a lot of water, so not having to buy bottled water from the supermarket was super convenient. The kitchen area was also well-prepared, with tableware, dishwashing liquid, and a large fridge. The bathroom was very spacious and came with body wash and shampoo. Another thoughtful detail was the sink outside the bathroom, with hand wash, a hairdryer, and a rack provided as well, which made removing makeup and getting ready much easier. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a steam iron, portable clothes rack, hangers, and a stand fan. There was also a ceiling fan in the living room. The location was great, and the customer service team responded quickly whenever I had questions. Overall, the whole place was very clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. Disposable toothbrushes were also provided, which was another nice touch. The price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended! I rarely give 5-star ratings but Nest Home truly de served it!! I would definitely come back to Nest Home for my next visit.

Good location, customer service are great too, just unfortunately they do not have first aid kit there as my family member fell but thankfully there is a clinic just located right beside the hotel

Secara keseluruhan, homestay dalam keadaan yang baik dan selesa untuk didiami. Rumah bersih, kemas dan lengkap dengan kemudahan asas.

Tempah melalui trip.com sangat murah, boleh guna trip coin untuk dapatkan diskaun. Kakitangan hotel sopan dan baik, bilik hotel menyediakan pengering rambut atas permintaan. Berdekatan mendapat satu restoran Agus, roti canai sangat lazat, setiap malam kami pergi ke sana untuk makan malam. Akan tinggal lagi lawatan seterusnya.

I recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials. Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

Bilik bebas rokok yang ditempah, tetapi beberapa bilik juga dengan bau rokok dan puntung rokok di dalam besen tandas dan lantai. (Saya meminta untuk menukar bilik) Lantai bilik melekit. Mangkuk tandas retak, embun tidak selamat digunakan. Juga melihat kucing liar muntah di atas meja di ruang menunggu lobi. Setakat ini, lokasinya baik. Kakitangan yang mesra.
